Description

BEACHFRONT condo on the 3rd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 8 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

You can watch your kids swim at the pool from the balcony.

All photos are from this exact unit and were taken recently!

Our 3rd FLOOR unit at the Watercrest is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

This unit is 1440 sq feet!

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have king beds and both have balcony access.

The third bedroom has two Queen Beds.

The living room has a queen size pull out couch.

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths for your convenience.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

Everything was as described. The condo was large enough for the whole family. Furniture on patio was ok. It would have been nice to have a lounger. Only complaint was that it is vert close to pool and the noise at night was loud. On the plus side, pool hours were enforced and it noise was over by 10 pm.

The room has wonderful views. Very accommodating and was clean upon arrival. My only complaint was that the beds (both kings) were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning had a very hard time keeping up. Woke up many nights sweating. But we enjoyed our stay!

stayed at Westgate for spring break just recently and enjoyed our time there. My husband is in a wheelchair so we like the fact that the path to the beach was accessible for him and the view was spectacular..

This is the perfect spot for 2 families right on the ocean! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms on the 3rd floor! This is our 2nd year in a row in this same unit! We will for sure be back again!

The property was just as pictured! It was perfect for our family, and the location is amazing. Coffee in the morning and dinner on the porch could not have been more relaxing. The Beach is. Right. There. On the beach in a few minutes, and it's easy to get back to the condo for lunch or just a break. The pool was wonderful and clean, and we all enjoyed evening pool time. The elevators were quick, and unloading your car coming and going was easy because of the carts provided. This property is in a quieter part of Panama City but close to everything. Walmart, restaurants, and fish markets were all within a few minutes. The property had plenty of room for the nine of us, and we never felt cramped. To be honest, it was the best place we have stayed at in a long time. Our property manager, Jonathan, was very helpful. He was always quick to answer my many questions. We will be back!

We were very pleased with the condo for our family vacation!! We especially loved having 2 master suites that we facing the ocean and entrances to the large balcony! The washer was not working when we arrived so I emailed our host and the next day (a Sunday!) maintenance came and repaired it! I was very impressed! The condo is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool , which worked out perfectly for us since we have 2 teenagers and one almost. We could watch them swim while relaxing on the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay!

I booked this for a last-minute getaway. I chose it because of the furnishings style, the proximity to the beach and the price point. I had been looking at more expensive properties that didn&#x2019;t have an ocean view. Honestly, I wasn&#x2019;t expecting it to be all that great... I was just hoping it would be &#x201C;acceptable&#x201D;. I was very pleasantly surprised &#x2013; it was excellent!<br/>This rental is not opulent. However, the unit was very clean. The appliances and furnishings are in good condition with a nice beachy style. The view was terrific. The pool and spa were very clean. We had the patio doors open for most of our stay so we could listen to the waves --- and we didn&#x2019;t have to worry about crowd noise. The pictures provided in the rental listing are accurate.<br/>This condo is in an older area... but the condition of the property was very good. When compared to other areas closer to Pier Park or Seaside, we found this location to be quieter and we could easily get to shopping and restaurants without the stagnant traffic. The beach in the panhandle this time of year is not as busy as the summer &#x2013; but in some places there are still huge crowds. The beach outside of this condo had a few people on it throughout the day &#x2013; but no big crowds.<br/>A building like this on the ocean takes a beating and weather/salt air can ruin the facilities very quickly if not properly maintained. The property is an older building, but the maintenance staff is excellent &#x2013; you will see them every day quietly going about their business of keeping the building, the pool, the landscaping, etc. in top condition. <br/>The only improvement I suggested to the management company was updating the dishes and cookware &#x2013; they&#x2019;re looking a bit overused. <br/>

A great location just steps awayfrom the pool and beach. 10 minutes drive from the down town center with a mall and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipt but dish washer didn't work and the microwave was would start and stop. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed beautiful views. My booking agent Sarah was amazing and took care of all the details and resolved anything that came up right away. WOuld definitely recomend.

Spent 8days with my daughter in law and 2 granddaughters! We do girls vacation every year, this place was perfect! Great Location. The time share was nice with beautiful view of the ocean, the girls really loved it. They met kids their ages and played everyday! While my "daughter" in law and I relaxed and enjoyed! Great location to restaurants shopping and fun things to do!

We had a very nice time and the condo was clean and ready for us at 4:30. We were very pleased with the location and being on the 3rd floor was a huge plus for us. My only drawback was that there is no pantry and that was tough to work around because we cook several days out of the week, other than that. I recommend this condo, we had a fabulous time!

It was very nice, the condo was not a bad place, the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen, needs a lot of work and more space for pantry items. In my opinion the kitchen is way to small for a condo that has 3 bedrooms. There was 1 casserole dish and no tupperware, 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel, i had to go out and purchase these items. Over all the condo was nice and quiet and loved the easy access to the beach and parking lot, having an elevator right there was very nice and never busy and the stairs were easy from the 3rd floor. loved that we were never bothered by security for armbands and such. it was a family atmosphere which was nice.

My friends and I had a great time during our week-long stay! It was so nice being able to come home to a clean space with plenty of room for everyone after long beach days. It's a great location and everything was in great condition. The only constructive comment I had is that it would have been nice if they supplied starter dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Other than that, everything was perfect.
