Twin Palms rm1503 was really a wonderful condo, has all the amenities you would want and close to allot of very nice restaurants and within walking distance to shop. The most important aspect to this condo is the security and safety of a very secured parking garage with a code needed to get in! A lot of other condos in the areas just have security officers working in the front Gates and anyone can slip by it any given time!! I found this condo Twin Palms to be a very secure and safe environment for my family I would stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for our family, within walking distance to pineapple Willy’s, gorgeous ocean view. Some of the huge condos have problems with their elevators this one did not at all we had three elevators running at all times and maybe only had to wait a minute or two everytime

Condo très propre, bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le golfe. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de contacter Emerald Coast Destinations car nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires dans le courriel reçu. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Overall we had a good stay. There were some things that we did not like: 1) the shredder under the sink was constantly leaking, 2) there was no cloth for wiping the floor, 3) at the time of moving in, there was sand on the floor and in the corners of the rooms, 4) there were too many things on the balcony...

Beautiful views, great location. Condo is given 3 stars. The floors were very dirty. Chair in living room was very dirty. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay. Was told to start laundry before we left, but provided no laundry soap. No batteries in thermostat to provide AC. We purchased batteries for the unit. Elevators went down a lot. Had to walk up/down on the stairs. Maintenance did repair elevators quickly on week days. The pool/spa were beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. Parking was nice for smaller vehicles.

Everything was taken care of the condo was clean when we arrived but the floors were not washed our socks by the end of the day were streaked black we washed them and then settled in for 57 days of bliss relaxation and comfort

This condo is exactly as pictured- it was clean and ready when we arrived. The building was secure and seemed safe. Parking was somewhat limited, but we were always able to find a spot. The pool and deck area had very nice chairs and umbrellas. Beach chairs & umbrellas were set up daily first come first serve and we totally took advantage of that! There are NO extras in the condo- in the past I have stayed in places that have left a few rolls of TP, a fe trash bags, maybe a few beach toys or salt and pepper type basics- this place doesn’t have anything like that. It was totally fine, but just meant we really had to shop as soon as we arrived, no waiting for the next day. Traveling with 6 & 12 yr old kids, we really loved the full table for playing cards in the evening. The balcony was perfect. We felt like we were in good proximity to restaurants and shopping.

The room itself was beautiful and access in and out of the condo was super easy. The room was very clean upon arrival and allowed for some beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely a convenient location if you are a fan of daiquiris due to the Daiquiri Shack being across the street! With Pineapple Willy's being a 4 minute walk away this is one of the most perfect destinations I have ever stayed in for a vacation. <br/><br/>To the owners of the condo, there might be a problem with the air handling system for the unit. Every night the humidity of the unit would go up to 80% or above. We were able to counter this during the day by leaving the slider open while we were home, though this may not be as useful the warmer it gets outside. It might be something to mention to the maintenance of the building upon your convenience. We both would also like to add that if you are looking for a couple to promote your condo we would love the opportunity to do so for you by returning for further trips! An absolutely stunning place to get away from life's worries! Thank you for letting us share your home!

The place is absolutely lovely and cozy. Recently updated, very nicely. The kitchen had everything I needed even though it is rather small, of course I didn&#x2019;t come to the beach to cook a gourmet meal. The view from balcony is absolutely amazing. The balcony was rather large and it was well equipped with a tall table with two matching chairs and two fantastic lounge chairs, I actually slept out on the balcony at least 4 evenings on one of those loungers. I had absolutely no negative issues, this is a fantastic condo. I will definitely be a return customer. Even the bed was comfortable. You will not be sorry if you decide to stay here in number 1503 Absolutely no issues with the elevators longest wait I had was maybe two minutes and this was fall break so they were quite a few people there. Twin palms gets five stars from me. Be sure to ask about a parking permit for their garage. &#x2B50;&#xFE0F;&#x2B50;&#xFE0F;&#x2B50;&#xFE0F;&#x2B50;&#xFE0F;&#x2B50;&#xFE0F;
