Description

The owner of this condo is an interior decorator. No expense has been spared on the furnishings.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and many great restaurants with-in walking distance!!! Each floor has 12 condos that is served by 4 Hi speed elevators. All quest have reserved covered parking in joining parking garage. This unit is professionally decorated and is a platinum rated accommodation--everything you could possibly need to share a wonderful family vacation.
In the Great Room you will find a sofa that makes into a queen size bed-- The TV is a large flat screen hanging on the wall. The patio doors that open to the Gulf!!! A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the Dining area over looking the gulf. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass doors to the balcony.
In the Master Bathroom you will have a large walk-in closet, private toilet and a Huge dual head shower.
The master bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen tv.
The 2nd bedroom has coordinated bed linens, furnishings, and bath accessories. A king sized bed is dressed with custom linens. Also has a flat screen tv.
A large utility room with a full size washer&dryer is also available for your convenience.
****High Speed internet included at no cost. ---bring your laptop.
NO SMOKING PLEASE
The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, too. The kitchen was well equipped and the views from the balcony were amazing. There was a huge crack in the master bedroom shower wall, but the shower worked great with two shower heads. The complex was very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that we weren't even given a whole roll of paper towels or toilet paper so we had to get some to replace FAST. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

PCB never disappoints...My family always has a great time! The only thing that the rental slacked on is ppl pay Big cleaning fees and just about every dish we used had to be (not normal wash) but scrubbed before we used bc of left over food that was in them from many ppl before us.

1702 is an Amazing place!! My son, and I came for a father and son trip and it was perfect! Pictures don&#x2019;t do it justice of how beautiful it is. With the huge balcony overlooking the most beautiful water and beach you&#x2019;ve ever seen that even if I wanted to I couldn&#x2019;t give constructive criticism. I ended up booking two extra nights just because it was so fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be looking forward to booking again. Again, I can&#x2019;t recommend 1702 enough. The decor and layout makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to rent it!

Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath at Treasure Island. KING BEDS BOTH ROOMSThe condo was exactly as described. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular! We saw quite a bit of marine life. The condo is super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept so well! There is an area at the complex with really nice grills for renters to use. We didn&#039;t use them, but the bunk beds were a smart addition to the space. The market by the pool came in very handy to grab a bite to eat. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Covered parking was also a plus! You will need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels if you choose to not use the rentals in front of the condo. I could go on and on.

This rental lives up to its &#x201C;stunning&#x201D; description and then some! My husband and I are so grateful to have had the pleasure of staying there. It&#x2019;s beautifully decorated and really does have everything you think you&#x2019;ll need during your stay. Everyone is so friendly and the beach view is priceless. The only downside we experienced was an issue with the main shower, but my husband contacted property management and the issue was addressed right away! If given the chance, I definitely look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend; you won&#x2019;t be disappointed. &#xD83D;&#xDE42;

Treasure Island 1702 did not disappoint. The unit is lovely and it was very clean. Located on the 17th floor the view was spectacular. We liked that Treasure Island is not in the busiest part of Panama City. Very good restaurants within a short distance. Loved sitting on the balcony having coffee, relaxing, and watching the dolphins and stingrays put on a show. The sunsets were very beautiful. We planned to bring our dog but after booking found that the rule was no larger than 30 lbs. We had to leave him behind only to find out from a guest that they were not monitoring dog size and there were many big dogs there over 30 lbs. Upon check-in, we didn't feel that the Management Company was very helpful. For first time guests, they could have been more informative however this did not dampen our stay. The woman in charge of housekeeping stopped by our unit to make sure it was clean and gave us some good restaurant tips. Other workers on the premises were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had everything we could possibly have needed. Definitely recommend this VRBO unit.

This place is GREAT! Very clean, nice pool and hot tub area, nice little food and beverage area, and a great location. The only thing that I would say could be improved is an easier access to the beach. It's a long walk and when you are carrying a lot of stuff it's a long walk.

This condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view from the balcony can't be beat. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee as I watched the wildlife swim by. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. This unit really gives you the beach feel with all the beautiful decor. I would definitely stay there again!

Very well stocked with everything you would need for the kitchen and lots of towels, wash cloths and hand towels in the bathroom. Perfect location as I am a regular to Patches and Schooners. Definitely want to stay here again and again. The only problem was I couldn't get a signal for the tv in the master bedroom but this was very minor as I didn't need it anyway. Stay here! You will love it!

This was the second time we stayed at Treasure Island Resort and we will definitely come back for a third! This condo was very clean and well decorated. It felt bright and cheerful yet warm and comforting at the same time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We all slept well. I love the view from the 17th floor! Having the glass door on the front was really nice. We could look out to the marina and also watch the sunrise. The condo was very well maintained with new modern appliances and TV's. I would recommend to future guest to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags and salt and pepper. Even though we had to supply very basic amenities, it was still a wonderful place to stay. The pool is very nice and clean. Liza's cafe by the pool is convenient and the staff is very friendly. Beach access is a breeze even for my 86 year old mother. We love this end of PCB. It is a little more quite and less crowded than some places. You have restaurants in walking distance. We ate breakfast one morning at the waffle place across the street. I wish we had discovered it sooner. Walking up to Schooners from the beach for appetizers and a drink during the day is a great way to break your day if your getting too much sun. Shrimp City is a good place to get fresh steamed shrimp and bring back to the condo for an evening in. Also, we like to pay for the beach chair service when we visit Treasure Island. We have gotten to know several people that we met the previous year. Seems we have the same vacation schedule! The elevators are pretty quick too. If you are trying to decide on this condo, just book it. You will be happy you did.

I chose this property based on location and high ratings. It did not disappoint. Exactly as pictured very roomy comfy,and beautifully decorated. A few extras they don't even tell you about. On cleanliness I deducted one star only because the carpet in the main living area could have used a cleaning, but the floors did not leave your feet black! Overall a great condo. I'll will be back&#xD83D;&#xDE09;

I chose this property based on location and high ratings. It did not disappoint. Exactly as pictured very roomy comfy,and beautifully decorated. A few extras they don't even tell you about.
