The Treasure Island front office charges a one time fee of $35 per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island Pet Policy
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable pet fee of $300 upon arrival. No Exceptions To This Rule Will Be Made, Please Do Not Ask.
Parking Policy: The resort allows for a third vehicle to be parked where there is space available for an additional fee.
The registration, pet and parking fee are charged by and paid to the resort. These are not our fees and are not included in the rental price.

We have stayed at Treasure Island several times and love it! The condo itself was a very comfortable and relaxing unit. But you need to ask if there is any cleaning or construction going on outside. Because of it we could not use our balcony the last 2 days!!!

Condo was very nice, view was excellent. If we had 6 people there would not have been enough bath towels but there was just 2 of us. There was mold in the main shower. again if 6 people were there 1 roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper?

This condo is an excellent value and great location right on the beach. The condo is large and perfect for a family. The covered parking is a plus and the view can't be beat!

We were elated to find such a beautiful unit at an unbelievable price. This unit has two large bedrooms, plus bunks for the kids. Three large screen TV's , large balcony facing the gulf. Nice big kitchen/dining area and living room with recliners and sofa bed. Not many units have recliners and for us, we love that. The master bathroom and walk-in closet are super. We are very pleased with the unit and the price couldn't be beat. We recommend this unit. Dog friendly too!

Overall it was a GREAT place to stay!!! Upon arriving, the first thing we noticed & were thrilled about for the week was the parking garage!! It kept getting in & out of the condo quick, safe & easy. Also, kept our car cool! <br/>The location at this particular condo was PERFECT. Just minutes from Publix, Dollar General & restaurants! Condo was clean & everything was great...and I&#x2019;m picky! &#xD83D;&#xDE2C; We have no complaints about staying here! Getting to the beach was easy as well!

After reading some of the previous reviews we were pleasantly greeted with a spotlessly clean condo! They must have changed their cleaning company! Everything was comfortable, including all the mattresses which all had a thick memory foam topper on them. The kids loved the closet bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked as far as pots and pans and small appliances go! The balcony was amazing! Spent a lot of time out there. They were doing a beach reconditioning project during the dates of our stay which was unfortunate timing but we loved watching the trucks working, and the walk to the public access was not far. Elevator wait time was extremely short. We had an amazing week and would stay again!

It was nice. The bar stools weren&#x2019;t in good shape. The cleaning service needs to do a better job. The air was broke but they sent a technician the next day to fix it. We are at Pineapple willys. I recommend getting there at 4:30. We were seated right away.

We loved staying at Treasure Island Resort and loved the view of the beach, the pool, and our accommodation. It was quiet and the back porch was especially nice to enjoy the views and relaxing. The restaurants in the area were great and we never had a bad meal at any of them. Our favorites were Wicked Wheels, Shane's BBQ, Jin Jin II, and Scampy's. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our condo and had to do some cleaning and dusting to be comfortable with staying there.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. We have stayed at Treasure Island for the last several years, so we kind of knew what to expect. Condo was clean when we got there. Everything worked. This one has free beach chair rentals for the week which is a plus. Only thing I would say is outside seating could stand to be cleaned. Would recommend <br/>

Because of hurricane Michael we got bumped around locations but we ended up at 1103 in Treasure Island Condominums. It couldn&#x2019;t have been a better fit. It was a great location and was a beautiful room all in all. We enjoyed dinner at Schooners beach bar and grill (which we walked to on the beach two buildings down) it was a great place to eat and you didn&#x2019;t need shoes and was busy but we received top notch service. We will be coming back to this location!

Only issue was with getting into condo. New lock system had been put in place with no instruction on how to use it. 1.5 hours late getting in. Customer service handled issue once we finally got through to them.
