Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is so beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The resort is great - lots for the kids to do and very clean pools. Elevators were recently redone and are fast and quiet. We can’t wait to visit here again!

Pictures could never do justice. Everything was really wonderful! No complaints. Very friendly staff. Lots of water rentals available. Beach is beautiful. Condo had everything we could ever need! We were on the 28th floor. Amazing view!!!!!! No problem with the elevators at all. We stayed 9-14 thru 9-20. Off season, yes. Waiting on elevators for more than 2 minutes. Never. Went straight up from ground to 28th flo non stop 90% of thebtime. THAT was our experience! We will be back for sure.

This was our second stay at Tidewater. This unit was on the 28th floor so we were a bit worried about the elevator rides. These elevators are very fast and do not allow you to lose much vacation time riding up and down to you unit. The unit was very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quite even though it was a busy weekend. Tidewater is very close to pier park and the beach is amazing. The staff at Tidewater is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book with Emerald Coast Destinations again. Great communication with them.

The condo was great. Very clean, beds were comfortable. The view of the water was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. Would suggest a better frying pan as the one there was difficult to use, everything stuck to it. Didn’t have a big problem with the elevator,we’re able to use it in a timely manner. Staff at the Tidewater were very friendly,helpful and courteous.

We were very impressed with the property, and the staff at Tidewater. Everything worked well, with exception of the washing machine, and it was fixed the day we reported the problem. Elevator service was generally very good, and the availability of luggage carts was great.

We were in town for the Ironman so the location was fantastic and walking distance to Pier Park. <br/>The unit itself was beautiful! Furniture was stylish and comfortable! All the kitchen things needed were plentiful. <br/>The resort was very well organized and maintained. Most days were beach days for us and there is no better beach anywhere! <br/>Highly recommend this condo and would stay again next time!

We have nothing but good things to say about this room and property. The check-in process was seamless. The room was absolutely amazing. The view was beyond anything we could have expected. 28 floors up with a south-facing oceanfront view. It was incredible to say the least. We absolutely loved this room and property. We looked online for several weeks before coming across this one and I am SO glad we made this choice. This place would be ideal for a couple's retreat or for a couple with some small children. Super clean room and facilities. Super friendly people everywhere we went on the property. Several people mentioned in previous reviews that the elevators were very slow - we did not experience this at all. We were there during a very busy weekend (Thunder Beach) and never had to wait more than 30-60 seconds for the elevator. They are fast and efficient and there are at least 10 elevators on the property. The one suggestion I would make to future travelers is to check on the rentals for beach chairs. If you are there for a long time, look into weekly rates. If you are driving, bring your own chairs and umbrella as the rentals can get a little pricey if you do it on a daily rate. This did not bother us and there is no negativity in what I am saying - just a suggestion for future travelers. We have already decided that we will be returning to this exact property and room in the future. We just hope it's available next time around!

Condo was clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Great views from the balcony. Wave(restaurant) great food nice employees. Elevator sometimes was hit or miss as far as time it took to get to our floor. When employees were able to run it took no time to get to the ground floor. $60 dollars a day to rent lounge chairs we thought a little ridiculous. Buy an umbrella at the local store. Overall very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. The view from our unit was wonderful. The elevators were a pain. The wait was sometimes long and there was one out of order all week. The unit smelled musty. There was a layer of dust on all the decor. A thorough cleaning is probably all it needs. Over ado our stay was just what we needed! Thank you.

I do recommend grocery shopping prior to getting there because there was zero toilet paper when we arrived no dish soap or spare garbage bags so just make sure you have everything you could possibly need because it wasn't stocked at all. Other than that is was the perfect location and place to stay.

The view was perfect and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. I feel like the cleaning staff could have cleaned better considering there were clothes laying around from the guests before us. We had to do light cleaning ourselves when we got there which should not have had to happen. I suggest that anyone interested in booking should purchase the insurance for your trip. I had an unexpected death in my family during our stay and had to leave 3 days early. I ended up losing my money because I hadn&#x2019;t purchased the insurance. But overall I would recommend this agency and condo. I will be booking again in the future.

This was my first experience renting a condo.. clearly, I don't have much to compare too. Initially, I was overwhelmed with the 2 page confirmation email full of the "Do and Don'ts" and the access codes. Overall, everything was pretty easy and hassle-free; especially, after coming and going once! I felt like the middle elevators were faster than the end elevators. The gym is old (rusted, from the sea salt) equipment. Only free weights are dumbbells. Felt like the bathrooms in this particular condo could be updated to match the common area. Also, I felt like checkout (other than the time) was very vague.. like do I need to have all the dishes washed or in the dishwasher, all the towels in the washing machine... Like I said, I'm a newbie to all of this so.

We had an amazing time with the family. Slept 6 well and comfortable. I would maybe suggest a little more cooking utensils in the kitchen. Maintenance was great with some small issues we had. Property is great pools get a little crowded and elevators may take a bit in peak times. We used the farthest one most<br/>of the time.
