It is a 2 Bedroom + Separate bunk area and has King Size Beds in both bedrooms, Twin Size Beds in bunk area, Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Area 3 full bathrooms Washer / Dryer and a full kitchen fully equipped for vacation rental cooking and eating.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts and is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Tidewater Beach Resort has great amenities including two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each)with spas, a heated indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4300 sq ft fitness center with a health bar, a 5000 sq ft conference center, a movie theater, covered & climate controlled walkways from the parking deck plus seven elevators.

Just a short walk to Pier Park a 900,000+ square foot beach-side Florida open air shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Serving as the premiere Northwest Florida shopping destination, this mecca offers dining, specialty shops, attractions, events and more. Come get your feet wet with Panama City Beach shopping!

Walk to Dusty's Oyster Bar, Pizza Hut, Marco's Pizza, The Sand Bar, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Busters, Dick's Last Resort Longhorns Steakhouse, Chipolte, Panera Bread, Osaka, Shoneys, Five Guys Burgers, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, . Stores in Pier Park include Dillards, Old Navy, J. C. Penny, Target, and a variety of other specialty shops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv with cable and its own private bath.
The second master bedroom has New Furniture king size bed and a flat screen tv with cable and its own private bath.
There are twin size bunk beds in a separate out of the way area off of the hallway with another full bathroom next to it. They are big enough for grown adults.
The living room has a large flat screen tv and has a Queen Sized pull out couch.

At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

Perfect location. I read a lot about there not being enough elevators... we only experienced a long wait the day there was a lot of overlap from people arriving and leaving at the end of fall break week 1. Everything else was great!

My rental experience with Emerald Coastal was exceptional from the very beginning. Before my trip began they offer me an extra day based in availability. While I was there, hurricane Helene happened to be arriving. They were very informative as well as attentive to my safety and well being. The customer service is top notch. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely use Emerald Coast Destinations again!

The condo was great. It exceeded all expectations. The view was gorgeous, tranquil clear blue water with a continuous breeze and glistening white sand. We all loved it.

We are teachers in desperate need of a break. This week was amazing. Great amenities, great location. The condo was clean and spacious. The view was amazing. We are definitely planning on using this facility for future trips. We have been taking a girls beach trip each year for 20+ years.

Overall the stay was pleasurable. 2nd bedroom was smaller than anticipated. There’s an A/C vent that’s rusted in the bathroom that needs to be replaced. Also the shower needs to be updated so you’re not hitting your elbows or head while taking a shower. It’s just way too small and outdated. The vent in the bathroom in the second bedroom doesn’t work. Only saying these things bc I’m a business owner myself and would want to know even the small things that would improve the quality of my guest stay.

We usually vacation in Destin but this year we decided to change things up and we sure are glad we did. Tidewater Resort was beautiful and the Condo was so beautiful and was so comfortable and fit our family of 6 very well. The views were stunning. Sure the elevators were slow and there were some things that others could pick at but not us. We don’t sweat the small stuff. The elevators are slow because there are 30 floors however when I am on vacation we most certainly are not in any hurry. We stayed an entire week at this condo and loved every minute of it!!! Definitely would recommend!!!!

Check in was a little hectic but overall our stay was amazing! The property was so clean. The security at the desk were amazing and so welcoming. Our room was very nice. Carpet was dirty but beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pools were freezing which was a bummer but the inside pool was nice but very small.

Loved the location, close to nearby attractions. Loved the views in morning and evening. Condo was accommodating had everything we needed. Wifi wasn't great but we managed. The elevators were the biggest issue for us, long wait times. Overall great experience.
