Plan your vacation in our 1131 sq. ft. very clean condo completely repainted plus 2 new leather recliners and new Sofa Sleeper in Dec 2024. Sleeps 8 like a 3 BR 3 BA unit for the price of a 2 BR unit. Master BR & 2nd Master BR have King beds and Ensuite bathrooms, a 3rd bathroom is next to the separate bunk area with 2 Twin Beds & Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room. A washer and dryer for your convenience. Tile and wood flooring NO CARPET.

Spectacular views of the Gulf through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a balcony perfect for enjoying magnificent sunsets.

Furnished with everything you expect and deserve while on vacation. All rooms have wall mounted HDTVs with cable. Windows have room-darkening drapes for sleeping late, or afternoon naps. Fully stocked kitchen with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils & stainless steel appliances.

Tidewater Beach Resort has 2 huge lagoon pools & hot tubs, indoor pool and Roman spas, Tiki bar, a large. fitness center, a movie theater, climate controlled walkway from the parking garage, 7 elevators, on site parasailing, jet skis, paddle boards, beach volleyball and 24/7 security.

Walk to the City Fishing Pier and Pier Park Mall 20+ restaurants and 100 specialty stores, 16 screen Grand Movie Theater & IMAX. .

RESORT FEE: There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

We had ZERO issues with the unit itself or the host. I was disappointed in the gym equipment. The machines were pretty rusted, the back on the leg press was unstable, there wasn't even a cable for the bench press machine. My biggest complaint was the downstairs tenant smoking marijuana twice a day EVERY day of our stay filling our unit with the unpleasant smell. One day the people in the beach chairs (the ones rented out front of the complex) next to us lit up a joint right next to us.

The condo and furniture was nice . Beds were very comfortable. Other than needing to be swept and mopped , the rental was overall pretty clean and tidy. Location was great. The elevators were horrible and extremely slow and hot but no fault of the owner himself. Definitely need better system. Overall would stay again and recommend to others.

Thank you for your 4 Star review. Elevators have operators during peak periods. However, during non peak periods children often push multiple buttons causing stops on floors that were not required. We have asked the housekeeping company to place more emphasis on the tile floors but n the Saturday you arrived we had thunderstorms and very easy to track into the condo from the wet parking garage floors and the outside common walkways. Please do come back again!..
