It was a nice condo. Could use some upgrades. Has three bathrooms which helped alot. Location was great. But the elevator situation was terrible. Have to wait along time for them. Other than that was nice.

My husband and I stayed here a full 2 weeks &amp; thoroughly enjoyed staying here. In a great location, except the current road construction, but will be nicer when done. Close to many popular spots. We found it to be exceptionally clean, well decorated, fully stocked with the exception of a knife set or can opener., which was missing. My husband's handy pocket tool saved us there, as we prepared several meals there. The kitchen was supplied with many nice things. Our favorite thing, what's the few from the balcony! On our second day, which was a colder day, My husband's spotted a whale yes, a whale! So cool! We saw lots of dolphins swimming, a few sharks, many Stingrays daily &amp; several other marine life activity. We actually got to watch swimming competition from the IronMan Event from our balcony, as they swam around the pier. We got to see Blue Angels &amp; Thunderbirds fly over a few times in practice of air shows they did together. My husband is disabled and needed the spacious rooms &amp; easy access to the beach with the ramp .We so needed this time &amp; the unit &amp; place perfect fit for us. We definitely will return to this unit again &amp; highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our time there very much. I was very worried at 1stbabout the book since ECDI &amp; us had issues with initial email, but all turned out fine. We stayed two full weeks.On the last full day the elevators were having issues. All other 13 days were fine. It was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with exception of no knives or can opener. It appears to have been missing. We prepared several meals there with an ample supply of all kitchen needs. My husband's little pocket tool came in handy with missing items. In spite of that, everything else was lovely...ESPECIALLY the view! We were blessed to see a whale on the 2nd day, yes a whale (was a colder day), lots of dolphins, stingrays daily , some sharks &amp; other marine life. We even watched the swimmers for the Ironman competition from our balcony! Saw Blue Angels &amp; Thunderbirds fly over!! My husband is handicap and we greatly appreciated the spacious rooms, wheelchair ramp accessible to the beach. Everyone was so friendly. We really needed this beach ! trip and plan to return in the future! We highly recommend this unit!

The condo is right on the beach where you can sit outside on the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's in the middle of a lot of attractions and about a 20 minute walk on the beach to the pier, restaurants, and shopping. This condo was very clean and spacious for our family. A lot of reviews mention long wait times for the elevators, but we had no issues granted we went during a non-peak time.

This condo complex is a wonderful place to stay. It’s close enough, about 1/2 mile to walk on the beach to Pier Park, or to walk on the Pier. I loved that the complex had two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. The large parking garage made it very convenient to park and was very secure. Condo 1213 had all the pans and utensils we needed to cook for the week. The 3 bedrooms 3 baths was very convenient for all of us, with comfortable beds. I feel the location was high enough for the deck ( my favorite spot) so you don’t hear beach noise, yet you could still hear Waves and see dolphins swimming in the morning. We enjoyed finding shells in the ocean right there at the complex and finding craps along the beach at night. Our condo room 1213 and the complex was very clean.

This was my first time to visit Panama City Beach but it won’t be my last. The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is only 20 minutes from the Tidewater Resort and is easy to fly in and out of. Tidewater Resort (and condo) are in a great location close to restaurants, shopping (supermarkets, trendy shops, and souvenir stores), vacation attractions and the white sandy beach. The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated, just perfect for our girls week away. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, etc....It was very relaxing to end the days sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful sunsets or the remaining beach goers. The 2 outdoor pools were refreshing, clean and a good alternative to the ocean. I appreciated the well lit walkway and parking garage plus the security provided by the resort. We never had to wait long for an elevator which was a plus since we were staying on the 12th floor. I loved that the unit had a washer and dryer. It came in handy with wet swimsuits and towels after being out at the beach or pool for the day. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. I will be returning to Panama City Beach and hope this condo will be available.

First time in Florida during the July period. Had a great view of the fireworks on the pier. Water was warm and the Emerald colored water was spectacular. From the 12th floor balcony we saw sea turtles, dolphins and a whale!The condo is set up great. Once on site, we didn't have to leave. Condo was set up with all the items we needed for making our meals. The three bathrooms were great and having access to a washer and dryer made it feel like home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in February! From the balcony and the living room, we watched the surf, beach, and sunsets. We even saw dolphins swimming just off shore one morning! The condo is very clean, roomy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sleeping area with bunk beds. Each bedroom, including the bunk area, has its own private full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The spacious kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. Appliances include full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven. (We ate many of our meals in. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store about a half-mile away.) The living area has ample comfortable seating and a large screen television. We found the resort to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Doors accessed via wrist bands provided safety and security. The elevators were fast! Resort amenities include a very nice restaurant, a couple of pools, game room, workout room, and a small movie theater (get there early). The covered parking garage is just across the street, with a covered walkway over the street containing plenty of luggage carts.Access between the resort and the beautiful sandy beach is also via secured doors. We walked the beach every day – you can go for several miles in either direction! Pier Park, just a few minutes’ walk down the beach, has plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We also found Conservation Park in Panama City Beach, just a few miles away, to be a great area for walking in nature and looking for wildlife.We would definitely consider coming back to this terrific place, and highly recommend it to anyone!

We watched the surf, sunset, and even saw some dolphins swimming in the gulf from the balcony and living room of this very tastefully decorated, roomy, and clean condo on the 12th floor. The comfortable king bed in the master bedroom provided a great night's sleep. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bunk area with two single bunks. The bedrooms and bunk area each have their own full bath! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware and full size refrigerator. The living space was cheerful and bright - very conducive to relaxing, reading, listening to the waves, and watching TV. We appreciated and used the washer and dryer in the hallway. The staff at the Tidewater resort were friendly and helpful. The parking garage for the resort is conveniently located just across the street, with an enclosed walkway connector to the building. We found the elevators to be very fast. On site pools, restaurant, game room, fitness center, and movie theater provide many options for entertainment in addition to enjoying the beach.Pier Park, with it's many shops, restaurants, etc. is just a few minutes walk down the beautiful sand beach. If you choose to buy groceries for cooking and eating in, there is a Winn Dixie store within walking distance. And, if you want some place besides the beach to walk or hike, Conservation Park is just a few minutes away, providing several miles of wooded trails.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Tidewater resort, We definitely will return, and highly recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting the Panama City Beach area.
