Just completely repainted in Dec 2024. Large End Unit 3BR + Bunk Area 3BA 11th Floor Sleeps 10. 3 King Beds, Set of Twin Size Bunk beds 2 Commercial Grade Queen sofa sleepers. It is great for a large family or 2 Families or Groups sharing this spacious condo.

Sleep Safe: All linens and towels provided are 100% sanitized and disinfected after every stay by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.

Tidewater Beach Resort is a great family resort with lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. Great Amenities! 3 pools 1 is indoor. There is a Movie Theater on site, Tiki Bar by east pool, Bar and Restaurant on first floor best work out area anywhere on the beach, Free WI-FI in unit, grilling areas on site. Located a short walk, 1/3 of a mile west, of Pier Park Mall and entertainment center.

Master Suite King bed, flat screen cable HDTV and a private ensuite bathroom Tub and Shower combination. This bedroom has a view of the ocean and the sand dunes from a large window.

2nd Master Suite King bed flat screen HDTV with cable and a private ensuite bath. This bedroom has a view of the ocean and the sand dunes from a large window.

3rd bedroom King Size Bed and adjoining bathroom a flat screen TV with cable.

Bunk area has a set of Twin Size bunk beds

The living room has a Large Flat Screen TV 2 Commercial Grade Queen size pull out sofa sleepers

RESORT FEE There is a one-time resort fee of $60 + Tax per condo for up to 3 parking passes & Pool ID bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $70 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

It was a great location. Have stayed at Tidewater before. This unit was nice but could use a off-season update. There are a few problems with the unit but just mostly maintenance. The bad problem is I don't think the floor has been cleaned it was nasty. We enjoyed ourselves. I would rent again but they need to do better at cleaning.

We were given the wrong code to the garage gate and our condo door. The light in the master bedroom on the other side of the kitchen, ceiling light only worked when it wanted to. The pics should be updated, the furniture is different and no more carpet in condo.

The only issue we had was with the resort and not with the condo as sometimes there was a wait for an elevator maybe 5 - 10 mins. Otherwise it was great. Tidewater Beach Resort is a great place to stay. This is our 4th time, but first time in this particular condo. The views were great & the condo spacious for 9 of us.<br/><br/>Each room had a window for some great sunshine.

This is by far our favorite condo to stay in. It is very roomie with plenty of seating for our big family. The views are what make it! My only complaint is that the bed in the room I stay in wasn&#x2019;t very comfortable. I felt like a broken spring. It was towards the eadge of the bed. Even with that I would definitely stay there and hope they put a new mattress in the second room soon.

We loved the view. Cleanliness was a little iffy. Dishwasher does not work; vacuum did not work; had a broom but no dust pain; mold on shower curtain in back bedroom bathroom; found baby syringe under dresser; debris under bed - empty water bottle, used contact case, dirt, etc.; shower curtain in jack-and-jill bathroom with wrong hooks so curtain did not stay in place; stain on blue couch; no toilet paper holder in back bathroom. Nice location for things to do close to condo.

We flew down to this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo to spend a week in Florida. This condo had a fantastic view of the water, and sunset too. The balcony was huge, and was furnished with chairs to sit in, even a table to eat at. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. We had a great time!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The corner balcony was the best. I would, however, recommend black-out curtains in the rooms because the sun comes up at 5 o&#x2019;clock. I would also recommend new shower liners, the elevators are horrible to catch but other than this, it was a great experience for our family. I would certainly recommend the space.

The condo was as it was described. Located on the 11th floor out of 30 was nice and the corner view of the beach was incredible. The condo was very spacious for our family. However, we did encounter a few problems. There were two screws with the sharp side coming up out of the tv stand in the living room. With a 14 month old, it was a little dangerous. The nails were covered with a piece of cardboard box on top of it which didn&#x2019;t help whatsoever. The king beds in all three bedrooms were a great plus. On the first night, we climbed into bed and two of the three beds had sand in the sheets. The mattresses were very old and need replacement. You could feel the springs when laying down. The pictures showed a large coffee pot in the kitchen. There was only a Keurig machine. We had to go buy a cheap coffee pot to meet our needs. Overall, I really think the condo just needs updating with new furniture. The actual condominium was very large. The elevators almost never worked, so be prepared to walk the stairs. The condominium also sets up chairs and umbrellas for purchase on the entire beach in front of the building. If you bring a tent and chairs you have to walk to either side to set up for the day and the spaces on either side fill up quickly. You must set up early or you will have to walk even farther down the beach.
