Low 10th Floor 1131 sq.ft oceanfront condo, Sleeps 8 king bed in suite 1, King bed in suite 2. bunk area with 2 Twin Beds & Queen Sofa Sleeper. Essentially a 3 BR + 3 BA condo for the price of a 2 Bedroom. There is NO CARPET. a washer / dryer. Enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from the balcony.

Furnished unit with everything you would expect and deserve while on vacation. The living room has a brand new 65" HDTV cable, . Each bedroom has flat screen TVs . Living room & both bedrooms have room-darkening drapes & blinds for guests wishing to sleep late, or afternoon naps. The kitchen area looks out over the blue gulf water, fully stocked with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils & appliances.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches. The private beach 610' wide. and amenities including two huge lagoon pools, outdoor and indoor spas, an indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4,300 sq. ft. fitness center with a health bar, a movie theater, climate controlled walkways from the parking garage, 7 elevators, on site parasailing, jet skis, paddle boards, beach volleyball and 24/7 security.

Overall very happy with our experience. Unit 1010 was the best equipped and laid-out kitchen we've ever had. The unit was also one of the cleanest we've ever had. The master bed was very comfortable. The living room furniture was attractive but it was very uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was top notch, however. One really big negative is that there is no outside heated swimming pool at Tidewater Resort. The gym equipment needs updating.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1010! We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were resolved within 24 hours which was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It does not have a Keurig but it does have a regular coffee pot. <br/><br/>I had a couple of questions for the host and they responded immediately. <br/><br/>Park on level 2 when you get there. That is where the walkway is where you will walk across the street through the overhead tunnel to check in. There is also a 30 min unloading zone on level 2. <br/><br/>The water was closed the first 2 days we were there but we made the most of it and enjoyed both of the outdoor pools. <br/><br/>There is a little store that has Starbucks, daiquiris, and Edys ice cream. It is onsite down by one of the outside pools. The other pool has a tiki hut. <br/><br/>There are 2 ramps for wagons and 4 stations with hoses to rinse off after a day at the beach. Our room included the beach chair rentals which was amazing! <br/><br/>There is also a place to inflate your floats with an air compressor over by the Starbucks area. <br/><br/>Overall we would stay here again. Only areas of improvement would be to clean the pools more often&#x2014;seemed to be a lot of hair in the water. And the elevators were extremely slow. Check in early to avoid the lines. I checked in at 2:00 with no problem.

This condo was very nice! It has an amazing view and the balcony wad clean with great furniture to watch the surf and beachcombers with our morning coffee or watching the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening! I was very happy about how clean it was. We didn't get black feet from walking without shoes! The Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The condo kitchen is well stocked. Their check in instructions advise if you need any specialty cookware to bring them with you. Pier Park mall is short walk from the resort. Communication by email with Bob at ECDI was great he was very quick to reply to my questions. The resort is very clean and security is very good. We would stay here again!

The condo has a great Ocean view seeing dolphins daily. The condo could use some updating though, the refrigerator has broken pieces inside. There is a broken towel rack in one bathroom. The front door lock needs to be replaced as the screws seem to be stripped and were coming apart and you have to screw them back in and make sure it does lock. The pool was ice cold and not able to enjoy either one outside. There are not many frying pans. Otherwise, everything was great with the condo. We would stay again for the price.

Top notch, perfect view. Only complaint is the elevators can take a long time, I believe this to be because they have everyone checking in at 4Pm and out 10 am. I would definitely stay here again, tons of things to do in the area and we had a blast. <br/>Thank you!!

The staff at the resort were efficient, funny, and made checking in a breeze. The condo itself was perfect. It was clean almost spotless! Plenty of utensils, cookware and pots and skillets for cooking. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Nothing compares to watching the ocean, sunrise or sunset and all the time in between. Plenty of towels, washcloths. Washer/dryer used daily since sand get in everything. The appliances are modern and perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a mother/daughter trip and the condo was very nice and spacious for all 8 of us. There was easy and accommodating beach/pool access as well as access to local attractions. The hotel restaurant/bar was so accommodating and the food was delicious too.

It was a nice condo with a beautiful view. Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable. It was a VERY busy Spring Break week, so the elevators were very SLOW but we used it as an excuse to get some exercise and used the stairs (very happy we weren&#x2019;t higher than the 10th floor;). Our kids loved the beach and loved visiting Pier Park. We would stay again.
