A super clean beach condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! The largest 2 bedroom floor plan in the resort sleeps 8, Ocean Front Master Suite king size bed with En-suite bathroom & walk in closet. 2 queen size beds in suite #2. A Queen Sofa Sleeper in the den. Custom wood grain flooring in the great room kitchen and entryway. A washer and dryer so no need to pack extra clothes. We replace all linens before each check in so you always have clean sheets & towels.

You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this professionally decorated unit.

The comfort of our guests is most important to us, we have furnished our spacious unit with everything you would expect and deserve while on vacation. The living room features a brand new 55 inch flat screen TV with cable . Each bedroom has flat screen TVs of their own. The open kitchen area looks out over the beautiful blue gulf water and is fully stocked with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances.

Tidewater Beach Resort on Panama City Beach has one of the area's largest beaches (more than two football fields). Tidewater is one of the newest and most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach and has THE BEST amenities including two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each) with spas, a heated indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4300 sq. ft. fitness center with a health bar, a 5000 sq. ft. conference center, a movie theater, covered & climate controlled walkways from the parking deck, seven elevators, on site beach toys* (parasailing, water bikes, kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards, beach volleyball), and 24/7 security.

You'll be amazed by the views from this fabulous resort on the Gulf of Mexico. The moment you arrive, you'll be surrounded by the comforts of home, the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach and serenity every moment you spend here. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets on the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches known as the Emerald Coast! This unit is located on the 7th floor, which is perfect for the best views of both the emerald waters and the sugary white sand beaches.

At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

30 days or more out a $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people is increased after the initial reservation.

Property management and the owner were responsive to issues during our stay. However, the unit was not very clean on our arrival. Although fixtures and linens were clean, the hard-surface floor was extremely dirty, there was deep dust on all decorative items, woodwork was dirty, carpet is stained, overstuffed chairs soiled, etc. We did a lot of cleaning but overall, the unit is due for a deep cleaning and painting. Tidewater Resort's amenities are super, the location is perfect, and we can't speak highly enough of Security and Grounds personnel.

Our condo (unit 705) was awesome! It exceeded our expectations. It was not only gorgeous, it was clean, spacious, and very accommodating. We loved that it had a washer and dryer. I loved that the bed linens were provided, I loved that the condo provided us with towels and wash clothes. The kitchen has everything we needed. The views were gorgeous from our balcony. The ONLY complaint we have is the elevators!! The waits are ridiculous. We definitely stay here again!

I took my daughter and a friend. The condo set up was perfect. We could be at Pier Park is less than 5 min. Every restaurant that we ate at was on Front Beach Rd and that was awesome! We didn&#x2019;t do a ton of cooking in the room but we had everything we needed when I did. During the busy times,check in and check out, employees got on the elevators to speed up getting everyone to their rooms. Very nice place. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great week at PCB with several other friends and families in the same building! We enjoyed that there were different layout options and price points in the same building- which allowed this to be the perfect location! To be honest- ours was the best! We ate together each night in this greatly decorated, spacious condo! Only negatives are the speed of elevator, lack of enough elevators, and elevators in and out of service.

This was a beautiful condo that had everything we needed. The King bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. It was just my wife and I so there was plenty of room for us. What an awesome view from the balcony as well. The only downfall to this place was the wait time for an elevator. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4! Our kids had their own room with 2 beds to have their own space. We loved our master suite overlooking the gulf with large windows. Well stocked with pans, dishes, pillows and towels. My only suggestion is maybe getting a more comfortable couch. But all the other great things made up for it.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at TideWater resort, condo 705. It is very spacious, was clean and we enjoyed hosting a small Family Thanksgiving Day lunch there also. Bob, with Emerald Coast Destinations, was our contact person; and we appreciate his assistance with questions I emailed to him prior to arriving. The condo does have plenty of cookware available, dishes, silverware; also has a nice stove, dishwasher and microwave; washer and dryer. It was perfect for us! The parking was across the street in a parking garage. There is a one-time resort fee, $30, which covers parking and armbands. The walk-over from the parking garage was under maintenance; however, there was a courtesy shuttle available. The location is great, within one mile of Pier Park and other restaurants/bars, as well. We walked most everywhere we went. We would definitely stay here again.

We love condo 0705, it&#x2019;s our fav thus far. Have stayed there a couple of times. We love Tidewater, adore the condo, it&#x2019;s roomy, it&#x2019;s our home away from home. It has all the comforts of home. (Ps please buy new steak knives, they are all broke and hard to use)<br/>No one stopped in to check to see if everything was in working order this year and if I were to be honest, it wasn&#x2019;t as clean as last time. But still absolutely love it there. We will be back:)<br/>

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful, on the Beach with a beautiful view, just as pictured. Check in was a breeze. Location was convenient and walking distance to local grocery Win Dixie and Pier Park. We took an Uber to an awesome restaurant Runaway Island.<br/>Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, very accommodating.<br/>Only regret is we couldn&#x2019;t stay longer.

The condo building was literally 10 mins from everywhere we wanted to go, so super close! Parking was good, granted we were in off season, but there were still ample amounts of people out and about, and we found relatively close parking everytime. My only complaint is the 4pm checkout is SOOOO late compared to other rentals. I want to start my vacation as soon as i can and waiting til 4 to get to our room was a pain, but other than that, everything was a DREAM! We will definitely be renting here again!

The condo was very nice. The balcony furniture does need to be updated. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Tidewater has a problem with their Roman Spa and elevators. The elevators are very slow. The Roman Spa is closed every time I stay there. However, this is not the fault of this condo.

The condo was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the view was amazing.<br/><br/>Our only complaint was the SLOW elevators.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tidewater.The condo was very clean and nice. Beds was ok not the most comfortable I have slept in. My biggest disappointment was that the inside hot tubs were not working, was told that they had to order a part and that it was on back order.which I understand things like that happen and can't be fixed overnight sometimes. Emerald Coast Destinations were very nice and took care of any issues when I called to make the reservation.One of the things we liked most was that it had quiet time so that you could sleep without a bunch of noise going on.<br/><br/><br/>

Location perfect, condo in good condition spacious,clean. We enjoy the stay the view is perfect of golf. Sofa is uncomfortable.

This condo is very nice. Plenty of room and places for storing your things. The beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. <br/>The TV in the guest room would only show one channel that did not show child appropriate material. Since my 8yr old was staying in that room, this was a bit of a inconvenience but not enough to call maintenance. <br/>I was very disappointed that we were left with One caplet for the dishwasher for our 5 day stay. Every dish I pulled out to use was dirty in some matter or the other. So I took a trip to Wall-Mart to buy a bag. So I can say the next group will definitely have clean dishes. But even with this it will not deter me from another stay in the future, since we drive down I will just pack according to this. <br/>Every staff member we had interaction with was very nice and always helpful. All that being said I was very happy with our stay.

Hi Kimberly thank you for your review. I am gl;ad to hear that you were very happy with your stay! You rated 3 of the categories 5 Star and 1 category 4 Star. I wish you had called us the TV was set on the wrong input someone had a Xbox attached to it before you arrived. We start you out wit a starter supply of items you need the first day or so the rest is left to you since our guests have their own personal preferences for products they use. Every dish was dirty seems like a possible embellishment but if they were we are very sorry that the previous guests may have put away some dishes that were not clean. The Florida Department of Business Practices and Procedures recommends that guests using dishes, glasses, flatware and cookware in a condo should wash and sanitize everything they intend to use prior to using to their own personal standards. We post a notice in the condo with this information for our guests. .

When we arrive, cleaning had not been in. Called the phone number given. During a storm 2 cleaning ladies came immediately, super sweet and did an exactly cleaning job. We enjoy meeting both of them and they gave some places we should visit. Looked exactly as the pictures

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. There are a couple things lacking in the kitchen. I bought a potato masher because I needed one for Thanksgiving lunch. There isn&#x2019;t a hand mixer or a whisk. The cookware is on units last leg. Other than that it&#x2019;s fully stocked. We enjoyed everything about this location and condo!!

Great view. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, etc. The girl at the check in was not friendly at all though. Registration fees were 27$ on top of the room fees. I was sent a list of rules that seemed ridiculous, like no jumping in the pool (ours did, dont think they enforce that) and clean before you leave, even though we paid 125$ cleaning fee. The password for the door was insanely long, meaning we always had to have our phones with us so we could retrieve it from the email.<br/>We traveled from NC with 4 adults and 3 kids. Condo was perfect, beach and pool was great. Sauna wasnt open, unfortunately. Condo was incredibly soundproof. One child was up all night crying and we never heard a thing from the 2nd bedroom. We would stay here again. Remember to bring your own dish soap, toilet paper,paper towels, etc as nothing is provided. All together, we had a great time and would stay here again.
