When booked through Vrbo the total first payment shown includes their Vrbo service fee that they will charge to the card provided and our ECDI $300 down payment that we will charge separately. The total first payment will be deducted from the total price shown. The balance is due by check to ECDI 30 days prior to check in or within 7 days for last minute bookings.

Vacation in this clean and fresh oceanfront condo at Tidewater with 1131 sq. ft., Sleeps 8 king size bed in suite 1, Queen size bed in suite 2. a separate bunk area with 2 Twin Beds & Queen Sofa Sleeper. It is essentially a 3 bedroom + 3 full baths condo for the price of a 2 bedroom.

Tile and wood flooring NO CARPET. washer / dryer no need to pack extra clothes. We replace all linens before each check in so you always have clean sheets & towels. Enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this professionally decorated unit.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newer, resorts on Panama City Beach. Located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches, private beach more than two football fields wide. Tidewater has THE BEST amenities including two huge lagoon pools (4,200 sq ft each) outdoor and indoor spas, indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4,300 sq. ft. fitness center, a movie theater, climate controlled walkways to parking garage, 7 elevators, parasailing, jet skis, paddle boards, beach volleyball and 24/7 security.

A short walk to Pier Park famous for it’s 20+ restaurants & over 100 specialty stores, 16 screen Grand Movie Theater & IMAX. The City Fishing Pier is across the street from Pier Park You will have a great view from the balcony to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July, New Year's, and many other times throughout the year.

10-minute drive from the airport, closest resort to Frank Brown Park various sports and major events are held.

RESORT FEE There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

We enjoyed our stay! The deck could have used a few more chairs considering up to 6 can stay in this room. Other than that, it was very clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the fact that beach chairs were included in the price of the room. <br/>

This condo was fully furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything to cook and to serve. Ice maker worked great. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend if you are a cold nature person to bring you an extra blanket. Our only negative comment was with air conditioner. The lowest we got temp to was 74 during the night. Most of the time it was 78 degrees even at night. The bathroom was so warm it melted my makeup. I would rent this unit again. We did call about the A/C but no reply

The unit was very nice and clean. I loved being on the first floor. was quite surprised that there wasn't a closet or drawers in master bedroom. location was perfect.
