Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 14th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds, both with their own flatscreen TV's! There is also a second bathroom with access from the hallway.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!

The views from our balcony were amazing. Our first impression was how clean the property was. Our only issue was that we were led to believe we had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that were included in our rental. As it turns out we did not and if we wanted them, it would cost us $40 per day. We sat on the balcony every morning and watched as dolphins passed through. We were close to many great places to eat; you should go early if you don't want to wait for seating. Not only was our condo well maintained the whole property was very well seen after. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We were very impressed with this condo! It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we wished they would have provided dishwashing soap and maybe a few other cleaning supplies. <br/>We wished the pool would have been warmer, especially in April. The hot tub was nice!! All in all, we would definitely come back! Great beach, great location!

We have stayed at the Summit for 6 years and this is by far our favorite condo. The condo was updated and very clean. The only issue we had was the dryer in washer/dryer combo didn&#x2019;t work. This is a pretty big inconvenience, but we wouldn&#x2019;t not stay there again because of it.

The building and rental was very clean. We loved the decor and set up of our rental and can&#x2019;t bear the price! On the beach and views were gorgeous . The only thing we didn&#x2019;t like was the washer/dryer, when cycles were all finished everything was still damp so we had to hang stuff over patio chairs to get completely dry. My friend used the laundry room in building which was fine but very outdated .

Loved this condo! It was very nice and up-to-date! Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived! Definitely would recommend staying here! The ownership agency made the process of booking super easy as well!
