This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

This unit is unique because it is an end unit with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Most at the summit just have 1 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathrooms. Experience this beautiful end unit with wrap around views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The 13th floor offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as breathtaking sunsets.

Unfortunately, the weather could have cooperated a bit more. We knew this was a risk with the Panhandle. We will not be returning to Panama City Beach again for Spring break ... construction work next door al La'Ela at 4:30 a.m. was a bit ridiculous.

We had a great stay in room 1301. The unit was a little dated compared to some of the others in the building but it suited our needs. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of beds (we were short some linen on night 1 but after messaging the owner that night we had a full supply the next day). The master bathroom was a little small for a traditional “master” and the tub drained slow. The balcony was very spacious and the location of the unit was perfect because we had full access to the afternoon sunsets.

We recently rented this condo, April 2024. <br/>The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean upon arrival. <br/>Very easy to book and information is shared in a timely manor. <br/>Having comfortable beds/seating is very important to me as I have a bad back. I would definitely rent again! You sure can&#x2019;t beat the view!!!<br/>The free beach chair rental is an added bonus!!!

We had a great time but I am easy to please. Sliding glass door didn&#x2019;t work- thank God for the other slider. Balcony was amazing- views, breeze, sunsets- loved it! Ceiling leaking water in kitchen, black mold in both bathrooms, big pile of dirty whites on floor when we arrived- even bigger pile when we were done pulling sheets and pillow cases off and I did not like doing the housekeeping for condo before I had to exit the condo by 9am!!! I was on vacation not here to work! Anyway, loved the beach, amenities, kids loved dive in movie but missed the arts and crafts Summitt used to have for kids anyway, I could not recommend this unit unless all those things were fixed. Did send man out immediately to fix sliding door but didn&#x2019;t work the day after he fixed it. Keeps coming out of what little track is left. I had a great time and so did all my family who joined me!

We were very pleased with this rental. The rental process went very smoothly, as did our week long stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, with beds to spare! We had no issues with the condo whatsoever, and would gladly stay here again. The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect.
