This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. This condo does not have a washer and dryer in the unit!

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.

This condo has everything you need for a week at the beach. The bed is comfortable and there are an additional two bunk beds in the hallway if you have kiddos. The ocean front balcony was our favorite part. We went when it was a little colder, so we took full advantage of sitting out there when it was too windy for the beach. The worst part for us was the elevators- the one closest to this condo is being refurbished, so we had to use the main one. Not a big deal unless it&#x2019;s one of those nights where the summit is at full capacity because then you&#x2019;re waiting for a while.

Booked for overflow family in town for the holiday. It was perfect. The property is centrally located, very well maintained and secure. The amenities like pools, courts and game room were well kept and inviting. The owner has done a great job updating the unit, sticking the kitchen and keeping it clean and comfortable. The management company communicated well and we had zero issues with our stay. There is a lot of great food and activities nearby and the beaches behind the condo are nice and not crowded.

The condo was ok but could use a few things... the shower liner was nasty & moldy and needed to be changed the tv only had a roku tv so I&#x2019;m not familiar with that & could watch any local news or weather!! But other than that it was a nice place! The worst about the whole experience is the elevators there&#x2019;s only 4 in the whole building and you have to wait a really long time & stand in line just to get on the elevators! This condo was on the 7th floor so be prepared for waiting a long time to get the elevator!!

Loved every minute of our stay. Description of condo was consistent with the place. Pools and hot tubs were awesome, beach area was too. Staff we interacted with were very nice. Will stay here again.

Overall good experience. Location and beach were very nice. Property (building in general and the unit itself) is a little worn, but is not in bad shape. Emerald Coast Destinations was responsive and addressed the one immediate problem we had with our unit.
