Description

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has private access to the master bathroom.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

It was nicely located on the 3rd floor so we did not use elevators. The room had everything we needed and a nice view of the pool. We would stay in 316 again.

We booked the rental online having never stayed in this area of Florida before we were very much surprised when we arrived. The location of the suite was perfect the view from our balcony was exceptional and the sunset gorgeous. could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great place to stay. Garbage disposal didn't work n sink would overflow into the dishwasher. Dryer didn't vent right but worked. Great location

My stay at Enerald Coast was a very good experience overall. My Fiancee and I really liked the location and access to the beach area and other amenities. Also we feel the price was fair compared to other rentals.

Nice rental....clean, may need updated in the next few years...needs a screen door on balcony.and sound proof the front wall area, can hear the trash shoot and elevators ..would stay here again

We stayed here for our honeymoon and was overall satisfied with our stay. It was in a great location. The only thing we didn’t like/understand was why the shortage on supplies. There were only 2 rolls of TP, and no hand soap. We were told because there was a shortage in the area due to covid. However, we saw no shortage. We were able to go to the dollar general down the road which had an abundance of supplies, so we just don’t understand why more could have been provided. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and glad we rented.

Nice unit, close to elevator. Some general maintenance is required. Door hinges on bathroom are falling off, door scrapes floor when opening. Lint tube needs to be cleaned out, clothes won't fully dry, fire hazard. And I don't mean the lint trap, I spent over 1/2 hour cleaning that. Some cable or satellite tv would be nice, unit only has streaming.

The unit itself was dirty. Floors needing washed. Several maintenance issues-dryer didn't have lint trap cover so it would throw lint on us each time you opened door; bathroom door latch coming out of door; neither tv worked correctly-one remote didn't work even after installing new batteries, the other tv would only work to cast to and the internet in the unit was spotty, at best. My husband worked from the condo during the day & we had to use our hot spots because the internet wouldn't hold a good signal.

This was our second time staying at the Summit. We loved our unit. The only complaint we had was with the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. We reported on our check in day that the door wasn’t working properly. We just hope that they repaired it for the next renters. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

The living room/dining room furniture could use some attention. Sofa not very comfortable and chairs for the dining room table were a little "rickety". We thought the kitchen was rather sparsely furnished when it came to dishes, utensils and knives ... until the night before check out when we were loading the dishwasher for the 1st time (we usually just wash as we go) and found the dishwasher full! Don't know if it was run and not emptied or not run at all. In general the unit was clean enough but could have been cleaner. Corners were dusty, etc. Linens on bed were "pilly" making it feel like there was sand in the bed at all times. Aggravating.... The biggest issue with the master bedroom is the light that comes in from the window! We had trouble sleeping the 1st night and ended up going to the store, buying black poster board and covering the windows to keep the light out. Maybe consider light blocking curtains or even tinting those windows. Overall enjoyed our stay at The Summit, not sure if we would choose those property again however.

As far as the resort goes it was more of a "Party" Atmosphere than many places. I did not mind nor would I call that a complaint, in fact I liked it and I am an not an 20 year old by a long shot. A group of college kids had a beer pong game going on the beach for a couple days and with Club Levela right next door you could here the Bass from that place on the balcony some nights.<br/>As far as the room goes I can not complain for the money it was great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint with the room would be light bulbs. There were 6 burnt out light bulbs in the unit. The first day I went to Dollar General and bought some to replace them because I could not stand being in dim or dark rooms and it was easier to spend $6.00 on bulbs than make phone call to have it dealt with. It was nice it was a third floor room because you could just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator.<br/>All in all I was happy with my stay and would consider renting this room again. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations look somewhere else but if you are looking for good 3-4 star accommodations which is what this place offers you should be happy.

We were very happy with our location and price of the room! We had so much fun in PCB and would definitely go back! However, I was not very impressed with whoever was in charge of our condo! We had a few problems n left a couple messages and were never contacted to fix the problem!
