ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 2800 SQUARE FOOT 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM CONDO ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF STERLING BEACH. THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 14 COMFORTABLY.

(Primary renter must be at least 25)
-The Living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas and a pool table!
-Living Room includes a 60” Flat screen TV

-Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat screen TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a two separate showers and double vanity

-2nd bedroom has a KING size bed with views of the gulf and a full bathroom attached.
-Off the 2nd master bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin size beds.

-The 3rd Bedroom also has a KING size bed with a full bathroom attached.

This place was conveniently located and very spacious! Loved how much room there was. The pool was nice but cold this time of year, a heated option would be nice. Any staff we ran into on the grounds was super nice and respectful. Loved having a pool table in the place, it got a lot of use! Great views out the windows. The side balcony was a bit small but big enough and this was the first time we stayed in a place that didn't have a front balcony, so was surprised how warm it got through the glass without the balcony being there to shade it. The carpet was nice to have although it could use a good cleaning for sure. Couple of the toilets made weird noises and a TV in one room that was tried did not work properly. Not a big deal on any of this as everything else was super nice and we really loved this condo.

Great except really needs a deep clean. My 1-year-old's feet were black from crawling around the inside floors within the first hour we were there. We all wore socks or shoes after that. I expected the black bits in the whirlpool tub, but other visible dirt would be the reason we shop around next time. Also beds were SUPER firm. I thought I liked a form bed, but even I was uncomfortable.<br/><br/>For planning purposes:<br/>-had pepper but no other food (we left a little salt)<br/>-missing measuring spoons, batteries in remotes, oven mitts. Pots and pans were as expected at a rental; enough to get by.<br/>-One roll TP in each bathroom. For 6 adults, did not last all week.<br/>-One roll paper towels, one mini dish soap. Did not last all week. One washcloth and one dish towel. One used sponge under sink.. Not sure if used for cleaning or dishes. One dish brush that was fine.<br/>-Table had 4 chairs but would have fit more. We used the backless barstools that were too high for the table.<br/>-nice stock of beach gear in closet. Two chairs that weren't the best.<br/>-Beach gate code was wrong but got it from a resident.

Nice unit, though like many, it could use some remodeling - carpet and furniture stains, some noisy bathroom fans and a commode that sounded haunted when flushed. We reported the commode but no one came out. Roomy, clean beds and bathrooms. There is mold on some shower heads that could use some bleach. Nice TV&#x2019;s.

The vacation rental was awesome! We loved having the pool table. Spacious, clean, easily accessible to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The pool and hot tub are very nice and well maintained. The area is not as busy as further down the beach which was great for our family vacation.

Overall, we had a good experience. A few things were concerning. There was not sufficient silverware in the condo. Had to purchase plastic ware. The sheets on the bunk beds were dirty. The toilet in the master bath made a loud screaming noise when flushed. The doors coming into master bedroom and going into master bath were loose from their hinges and scrubbed loudly when opened and closed.

This unit is big and roomy, plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a hit and used every day. There's plenty of seating in the spacious living room. The kitchen and deck are bigger than they appear in the photos. It was a little chilly when we were there and we loved that the pool was heated. We appreciated that there was filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. The only cons are that they could use more silverware and the pans are pretty bad. <br/>The view is amazing and the private beach wasn't crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet location even during Spring Break. Visible employees all day. Kitchen had no hot pads and only one dish rag and dish towel. Can openers didn&#x2019;t work but we left a new one. Only one large sharp knife. Jets in tub didn&#x2019;t work and there is not a dining table on the balcony. We were Grandma, daughter, daughter-in-law, and 4 kids. Plenty of room.

Unit was spacious for the needs of our group. Pool table was a nice addition. We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows looking out at the fantastic views of the pool and beach. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool and the property were nicely maintained. There were a few items that need improvement, the Unit A - with the mini frig; the mini frig was not working, Kitchen could use a few more kitchen cooking utensils and cookie sheets and the dryer door locking latch needs replaced - dry works great- latch needs repaired/replaced. Would certainly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our second year renting this condo. It is large and accommodating with four bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. The views of the ocean are magnificent. The unit was clean, communication with the rental company was great. There could be more silverware in the unit. Overall, we highly recommend this condo.

We had a good two week vacation. I love staying at Sterling Beach. We&#x2019;ve stayed in this particular condo several times. It&#x2019;s on third floor end condo. It sleeps 14. All three bedrooms have king beds. It has 3 sofas and two pull out into a sleeper. It has a large closet off master bedroom with bunk beds. There were plenty of bed sheets available for pull outs. The view was ok, however palm trees and new condos built next door blocked it partially. Everyone enjoyed the pool table in the great room. There was some mold/mildew in two of the baths. The air conducting in one of the bedrooms did not cook well

We stayed with a group of 14 ranging in age from 4 - 42. The condo was clean and roomy, we didn&#x2019;t feel as though we were cramped despite our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool table provided hours of entertainment. Partner that with a wonderful view of the beach and great location, it was a fantastic get away!

We love staying in condo 307 at Sterling Beach. It is a large condo which is well-suited for our family. It&#x2019;s in a great location. Never feels crowded. New furniture and remodeled. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning in the bedroom that was a lock-out did not work. It stayed around 75 degrees in that room the entire week. We have rented this condo for two weeks this summer and hope it can be fixed before our next vacation. Otherwise. We love staying there.

This unit was good for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Love the pool, and this area of beach is not as crowded as some. Overall an awesome experience and we will definitely stay there again. A few complaints were&#x2014;<br/>-small refrigerator in front bedroom did not work<br/>-ice maker in kitchen makes very little ice. We had to go buy bags of ice every couple of days. <br/>-the kitchen area and table are a little small for a big group. <br/>-there is a vent in the bathroom in bedroom off balcony that makes constant loud clicking noise.

We had a great time and was a large unit, enjoyed all the space. The beach and pool were never crowded. Only down fall was no restaurants or stores within walking distance.
