- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

It was a good vacation but can’t say was because of Splash. Our condo was ok. The kitchen was under equipped and a hodgepodge of items. We cooked most of our meals so made I challenging. With 6 people 2 teaspoons didn’t work well. Also, our ice maker did not work. We contacted the property manager about these concerns but no one responded to fix them. Our family enjoyed our stay despite this but will probably choose a different condo.

My husband and I treated my daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters to a trip to PCB. They’ve actually stayed at Splash a couple times and loved the area and the facility so we decided to stick with a good thing. We were not disappointed. The location is great - close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The facility has a great place for kids to play with multiple pools and a drink/snack shop poolside. They also have grills you can use which is a nice break from the kitchen and/or restaurants. The condo we stayed in was on the 15th floor and was very nice. We had a great view of the beach from our huge balcony with access from both bedrooms as well as the living room. It had 2 master suites which was a must with 6 people as well as bunk beds and a pull out bed in the living room. It was also nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer which allowed us to pack less and return home with all clean clothes. I would recommend giving this place a try.

The property is right on beach with a beautiful balcony view of the gulf. We have stayed at splash several times now, it is our favorite. It has 3 pools and a lazy river, a splash pad and a kiddie splash pad. Our condo was nice and clean.

We had a great stay, for the most part. Room was very clean and updated. Pictures were accurate. Note during spring seasons Splash&#x2019;s pool side bar/grill are not open. On-sight staff was friendly and accommodating. <br/>Here&#x2019;s the BUT...<br/><br/>Our first day, after arriving, I had gone to the store to get groceries and left my wife and two young boys at the condo. While in the store I got a call from my wife who was pretty concerned that a man who claimed to be with Emerald Coast Destinations had knocked and before giving time to be addressed just let himself inside the condo. I was very upset after getting this call. For one, the company could have called to ask anything they needed or stated they were coming by. Secondly, when is it standard practice to just let yourself in?? I spoke with the on sight rental company and they said this should never happen. I would agree.<br/><br/>I hope ECD can get this fixed and can understand why this might make individuals feel unsafe.

My dad and his assistant stayed here for a week. Unit was nice. View was awesome. Unit was clean. They enjoyed their stay. The only 2 cons were that the beds were really high for an 86 year or any children. Also we were told that we could come help get my father in and out of pool. We were staying in another condo down the road. Registration would not let us. So he was unable to swim. This was his last trip of his life and he wanted to swim and see the ocean.<br/><br/>Overall I would suggest this unit for anyone!

Great condo. Very accurate description. Splash Resort was a lot of fun for the entire family.. especially the 9 year old who really enjoyed the kids slides area. Clean place, only minor inconvenience is only two elevators in each tower. Sometimes the wait could be a few minutes. Really loved our day spent at St. Andrews Park. Snorkeling near the rocks was fun!Definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time on our recent vacation. The patio and views from our entire condo was perfect! We especially liked the set-up of the 2 master suites.<br/><br/>I would like to mention a few downfalls. The condo wasn't very clean upon arrival. We had to reclean the dishes and floors as we found dirt and hair all over. The furniture needs to be updated and/cleaned. The couch and chairs had a smell and coffee table was broken. The bunk beds were also in bad shape. The one updated need the most was the tv /service in the living room. The channels were horrible and had challenging time flipping through them. We weren't in the room much so these things didn't bother us but were very noticeable. The kitchen appliances were updated, and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. <br/><br/>Also, we anticipated the elevators to be hectic but they weren't bad at all. The first day of arrival was busy but then it became easier. Kids loved the pools!!!

Splash was awesome we loved our stay! The view from our room was amazing we saw tons of sting rays from our balcony, a turtle and even some dolphins! It&#x2019;s a close drive to pier park and not to far of a drive the the sea screamer which was awesome and def worth driving to! The beach is just steps away and the pools are very nice as well. The bar and grill that&#x2019;s pool side is a little pricey but has great food and drinks! Our stay overall was great and we would definitely go back! The only small issues we had were the bunk beds were wobbly and top bunk bed was stained like it had been peed in so we didn&#x2019;t use. And the dinning room chairs were a little broken and uncomfortable.

When we first arrived, there had been some miscommunication about the cleaning staff, so our room wasn&#x2019;t clean. They immediately sent someone out to clean (at 9 at night), but it was perfectly fine because we needed to eat dinner anyway! I was impressed that they made it right so quickly. The location and the room is STUNNINGLY perfect. The room is immaculate and comfortably housed 5 adults and a toddler. The location and amenities were spectacular. I couldn&#x2019;t have asked for a better experience!

The condo was very nice! We really enjoyed the property although we didn&#x2019;t use the pools as much as we thought. The kids really enjoyed the beach. We got food from the bar and it was good. Always had hot water and even though we were by the elevator it was never loud. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. Carpet was clean. It should be mentioned that there is a closet full of beach toys and chairs! We were pleasantly surprised! There were a few areas that could&#x2019;ve been cleaned better: hair on shower walls, toothpaste on counter, something splashed on wall by fridge, decor was a little dusty, hole in the wall in second bedroom. I recommend loosing that rug in the kitchen for 2 smaller rugs. Overall it really is a nice place and spacious and we were very happy with the rental!

We've stayed at Splash before and love it, no complaints there other than if you're trying to social distance and stay safe from COVID, this isn't the place to do it. Nobody wears masks and nobody adheres to 6ft of social distancing anywhere on the property. <br/><br/>The condo itself was nice. There was a build up of dust on the ceiling fan blades, and a few of the dishes in the cabinets needed to be re-washed before use. The view from 15th floor is beautiful. A lot of the furniture is old and worn (balcony and couch), or flat out uncomfortable (dining room chairs). The ladder for the bunk beds was very unsteady, thus my kids didn't use it as they were terrified of it. <br/><br/>Our biggest issue was that on day two of our trip we discovered the dryer would not turn on due to the power switch being stripped. It looked like somebody had ripped it off and then just put it back on to make it seem like it was fine. We looked everywhere for something we could use to turn the switch manually, but to no avail. I contacted management and was told they'd have someone out the next day. I had to call 4 times before it was "fixed" 6 days into our stay. Nobody ever called to let us know they were coming or that it was fixed, it was just by chance one of us happened to open the door and see a handwritten note with a set of pliers. I could have done that! Apparently the part needed to be ordered, which isn't a big deal but probably could have been ordered day 2 instead of day 6 had someone responded sooner. I feel like things may have been better had we not been dealing with all the COVID things, everyone seemed swamped and unsure of what to do on all levels.

We were really happy with our vacation and rental! This was our second stay at Splash, and our first time in this particular condo.<br/><br/>First of all, being on the beach is amazing, and the views are incredible from the balcony! (Extra fun watching the Rays swimming along the beach. Last trip we saw dolphins from the balcony, but not this time.) Having the two free beach chairs was great to leave our "stuff" and for a couple to lay out while the rest were in the water. There's really nothing like the white sand beaches! <br/><br/>Second, the room itself was great overall (and clean). We had 9 people total (4 adults, 5 kids) and all fit very comfortably. The sleeping accommodations are for 8 people (2 king beds, one sofa pull-out, and one set of bunks), but our youngest of age 4 could squeeze in anywhere. If you have 9 people and one can't squeeze, then you'd need to plan for a blow up mattress. Still, we felt we had plenty of space and seating for everyone between the table and the bar seats and the table/chairs on the balcony.<br/><br/>Our only potential issue with the condo was it didn't seem like the fridge was very cold the first day, but we waited it out before calling/complaining, and it seemed nice and cold the rest of the days.<br/><br/>Finally, Splash is a great place for our family which is why we came back! When you need a break from the sun on the beach, you have a kiddie water park, pools, and a small lazy river right at the condo (still outside but mostly shaded). For the adults, the drinks at the outdoor bar were great.<br/><br/>Extras: <br/>-We tried parasailing this year, and signing up was quick and easy right on the beach in front of Splash. <br/>-Being just 3 miles from Pier Park is very convenient when you want to get out. <br/>-If you have kids and are looking for a fun experience, you must go on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise at sunset! They do a wonderful job entertaining the kids (and adults) the entire time, and it was absolut

The reason it didn't seem like the fridge was very cold the first day, was that often times guests go to the store purchase groceries and food for the week and by the time they get back to the condo they get warm in the car or bottled water or other drinks were purchased warm and it will take at least 24 hours for the fridge to catch up. Al;so with 9 people in and out of the fridge every day it really loses cooling capacity. Please do come back again and now you can contact us directly. Bob

The condo was exactly as pictured with nice looking furniture. The dining room chairs were uncomfortable to sit on due to the wicker being stretched. The beds were very comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and wayyyy better than what we had expected. It was clean, modern and the view was amazing. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay in this unit. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we had lots of room and didn't feel crowded in the unit. The unit was spotless! Huge balcony to listen to the waves in the am or play cards at night(just need a new light bulb we swapped one from a lamp inside as one was out outside). Loved being less than half a mile to Thomas's Doughnut,Carousel Market,Mikes,Salty Sues and Pier Park. Beautiful furnishings in the unit. I have stayed in some units that had terrible beds the beds in this unit all slept great! Only issue ...and it has nothing to do with the unit itself.... was the luggage cart process. We didnt know you had to have a ID to check out a luggage rack. So my husband who had been out on the beach already with us(we had already done the check in process was just waiting on room to be done) walked all the way to parking garage to unload to find this out had to walk all the way back to beach to get a ID for them to hold. Needless to say he wasn't happy!<br/><br/>We would def. recommend this unit and rent it again!

Perfect layout for 2 small families. Resort is wonderful for entertaining children. Views from huge balcony are breathtaking. Will definitely stay at this condo again.

This condominium was absolutely breath taking. The view was fantastic. The place was spotless and very cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the patio early in the mornings drinking our coffee and seeing the sun come up. Being on 15th floor, the view is gorgeous because you can see so far out in the ocean. We would love to come back to this same condo and stay again.
