Located on the less crowded west end of PCB close to City Fishing Pier and Pier Park Outdoor Mall with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike. No matter what you are looking for, you will most likely find it at SPLASH!

Washer & dryer, Fully equipped kitchen for vacation rental cooking, coffee maker & other small appliances.

NO SMOKING & NO PETS Please take care of this unit as if it were yours.

The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking. Arm bands for the pools are included in that fee.

Families no security deposit required. Under 25 $300 Security Deposit required and will be refunded with-in 21 business days of departure date if no issues.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

We were in PCB for an extended stay so we became very acquainted with this unit. First off, the balcony and views can’t be beat. The balcony runs the length of the unit and is very spacious. There was 4 adults and 3 children (3 and under) and we all stayed comfortably, even with our husbands working night shift. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, so we were able to cook and have all of the necessities to do so. My only complaint was the carpet, because it was old and I’m funny about carpet. Also the couch and the entire unit itself could use a deep cleaning/dusting, but other than these few things we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning to this unit.

We loved Splash! It was a perfect stay. Room was great and the location was perfect. However, we wish there was a more convenient way to pay leftover amount rather than sending a check or computing taxes and extra charges on our own.

We had a great time! The pool area is a life saver for anyone with kids. Beaches were double red flag most days so the pool area was the only option. Location is great! <br/><br/>Only negative is the elevator. I get it kind of is what it is, but the elevators broke twice during our week. People were waiting up to 2 hours to get up to their rooms.

Splash was great. Condo was perfect for us. It could be a bit cleaner. Guessing cleaners only have so much time to clean, but vacuuming under furniture and dusting should be part of the routine. Purchasing some new skillets wouldn't hurt either. But overall would stay again. The views are fantastic!

Pros: unit was clean upon arrival and check in was simple. All the necessities we needed for our spring break vacation. <br/>Cons: Every mattresses in the unit could use an upgrade, uncomfortable, but sleepable. <br/>The management company had scheduled a thermostat change during our stay and we had to be in the unit during the time. It was the only warm, pretty day, as we went in spring break and it had been super cold previous days. I think they should schedule maintenance during owner stays or not rent the unit during these days. Don't use the time someone has paid for vacation to use them to monitor maintenance. <br/>We never rec'd check in instructions and had to call to receive them. But pro is company was quick to call back, even on a Sunday.

Condo: It had a clean look with an open layout and nice furniture. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. The balcony was huge with chairs, a table, and access through 3 sliding doors. The water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi was strong. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The a/c was awesome. There were all kinds of beach toys in the closet. With the pull-out, it would sleep 8 comfortably. The curtains block the light rather well if you want to sleep in. The free beach chairs were a big plus, get down there early for a front row seat.<br/>Cons: The master bed TV screen was damaged and the remote was missing. (This really bothered me because you can get a good-sized TV for under $300 now) There was soap on the wall above the tub. The ice maker didn't work at all and the freezer took 2 days to freeze popsicles. The frying pans and baking sheets were burnt and have seen better days. A cell phone fell behind the bunk beds, and when we retrieved it, there was an extreme amount of dirt and trash left from previous tenants underneath. More dirt and dust under the couches. Ceiling fans need cleaned. The dryer takes a couple of tries to dry, but expect that with wet towels in an apt sized appliance. The outlets were a pain, your cords and chargers would just fall right out of the wall.<br/>Property: Remember, this is a kid-centered property, expect the screams of children and cries of unhappy babies. The location was convenient, the west end of the strip is nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking. The kids loved the pools and the splash pad. On-site donuts and coffee, snow cones, snacks, drinks, and adult drinks.<br/>Cons: Check-in for bands and passes closes at 4:50pm, not at 6pm, so don't rush getting there. But, if you go by in the morning, they will be in. The elevator wait times can get ridiculous, especially on the weekends. The staff was welcoming and friendly.<br/>Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this condo, I still give it

Our experience with ECDI was great. I have used them several times and We could not ask for a better company to trust with our family vacation accommodations. The condo was exactly as described, and even had a few extras not mentioned that made it even better. The view is breathtaking and the resort itself is very nice and clean, and has very friendly staff. I have to brag a little bit on our property manager, BOB, who went above and beyond for our needs. He was quick to answer our questions and help with whatever we needed. His response to my emails were quick, and he was always very nice to us. Which was much appreciated. I highly recommend ECDI as a rental agency. You will not be disappointed.

We spent a month at Splash Resort 1407 W. I have NO complaints. It was amazing. Nice , clean, condo and resort. I have to HIGHLY recommend renting with ECDI. We had the nicest, most helpful rental manager, BOB. We extended our vacation 3 times, and he was happy to help and was very responsive to emails. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be back.

Everything was wonderful. We have stayed at the Splash on previous vacations and it never disappoints. As an added surprise, there were floats, an umbrella and boogie boards at the condo.
