At Splash you have the most exciting place on the beach, full of fun for kids and adults. Splash is conveniently located near Pier Park Mall offering shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Close to great golf courses and Frank Brown Park. No matter what you are looking for, you will most likely find it at SPLASH!

UNIT FEATURES:

Splash has 3 huge pools, 2 are heated seasonally, lazy river, enclosed toddler play area and a awesome water playground for kids with water slides, water cannons. Dive-in movie theater and the famous HUGE SPLASH BUCKET THAT DUMPS HUNDREDS OF GALLONS OF WATER ONTO THE KIDS, they will have a blast while you relax in the sun or at the pool bar & grill. Splash also has a Arcade with a Mini Bowling alley and nicely equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck.

Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a High End Vacation Rental. Flat Screen TV's & DVD's in each room, surround sound stereo system in family room, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pots & pans for vacation rental cooking, coffee maker & other small appliances.

Splash is a NO SMOKING resort & NO PETS are allowed.

We rent to families with no security deposit required. Under 25 $300 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 14-21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the totals.

The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking and arm bands for the pools are included in that registration fee.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

ECDI has been our go to rental agency for years. Great people there.<br/>This condo was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Beautiful views.<br/>The resort itself is family friendly. The pools were freezing, which was the only downfall this time. Hot tub stayed over crowded. Unfortunately for us, we had mostly double red flags our entire stay, so it would have been nice to enjoy the pools had they not been freezing cold.

Our vacation was perfect! The condo was huge and felt like plenty of space for our two families.. we love splash and visit every year! This was our first time in this unit but would absolutely stay again!

Splash Resort is a wonderful property. Well maintained and a great location. Our unit was very spacious and the views were fantastic. The unit could use a deep clean and some updating but was overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only major complaint was the elevators in the resort. Need replacing or a new elevator repair company.

Overall it was a good experience. A few adjustments are needed though. First the entire Splash resort has not been maintained. As someone who has visited each year it&#x2019;s sad to know how much the property owners are paying in HOA fees and see they are not using it appropriately to maintain the building. The toddler section used to be covered, and the cover is long gone with no intentions of replacement. The lazy River jets were not working and had not been for some time. The splash pad side was heavy with water/rust damage on the equipment. The gates that once blocked off the exit to the road we&#x2019;re gone, they looked to be rusted through break points. And the bathrooms were not maintained well and show heavy age/use. The room itself was GREAT SIZE for the large family I brought. I was pleasantly surprised to that feature. The double masters were so nice to have with several little kids running around. However the door latches to the living area and one master out to the balcony were non functioning and pose a huge safety risk. The master bed to the east was SO NOISY... every move it creaked and squeaked, it is NOT a bed for honeymooners &#xD83D;&#xDE05;. The showers were not truly cleaned when we came in for our stay, there was hair on the walls and sand in the corners. May want to talk to your cleaning company about a discount for subpar services. The furniture was heavily stained, along with the main curtain in the livingroom. It was all about toddler height so safe to say someone let their baby run around with chocolate from the looks of it. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental, but the oven struggled to get to temp so probably needs some maintaining. Overall I would recommend someone to stay here, but as a rental owner myself I say the property needs work. We stay here for location to the beach and restaurants, plus the covered pools for my little ones.

This place was better than described. I have stayed in PCB several times but never in a condo where both rooms were beachfront! Especially great if you are taking children with the waterpark right on site. Exceptional communication with the owner. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a great time, this was our second time staying at Splash but this was a different condo, I would definitely recommend this unit, and the ladies at Emerald Coast Destinations were wonderful
