Dive-in movie theater in season, an Arcade equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck. Located on the less crowded west end of PCB close to City Fishing Pier and Pier Park Outdoor Mall with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike. No matter what you are looking for, you will most likely find it at SPLASH!

Beautifully decorated HD-LCD TV's in each room, washer & dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pots & pans for vacation rental cooking, coffee maker & other small appliances.

NO SMOKING & NO PETS Please take care of this unit as if it were yours.
Check-in: 4 PM CENTRAL TIME, Check-out: 9 AM CENTRAL TIME

The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking and arm bands for the pool are included in that registration fee.

We rent to families with no security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation. Under 25 $300 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the rates.

PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

First time staying at Splash 407E was Great ! The location was great & loved the end unit very roomy and comfortable for 7 adults & 3 children !<br/>Rooms are large , beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen & the unit was clean ! Perfect for us and our large family ! Would highly recommend!

The place was clean enough (but not great), but there were issues with remotes not working, being broke, or needing batteries. There was a broken chair sitting in the closet, so we couldn&#x2019;t use it during our stay. The water was slow to come out of the fridge, so I guess it needed a new filter. Of course, elevators are always an issue here. But it wasn&#x2019;t bad mid week (M-Th). Over all though we would stay here again. Fourth floor was the ideal place to be. The only complaint is that when we brought things to their attention, nothing was done and no one showed up.

The location of the unit was perfect. Especially being on a lower unit. The unit could use some updating. The dining room table had a broke chair( I'm sure from a recent past guest). One of the remotes to the kids TV was broken. Minor things and the until having 2 master bedrooms basically made it worth the money.

Everything was very nice and spacious. Great view of the ocean with a nice breeze from the balcony. Only complaint I have, is the dryer door wouldn't shut. Luckily we didn't need the dryer for our stay!

The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed our stay. My only heads up to future renters - not a complaint- the beds are very high so keep that in mind for any elderly person (like myself) i had to go get a 2-step step stool to get on and off the bed and i am 5&#x2019;5. My stay was amazing and i would stay here again!

Experience from when we got into the condo until we left was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, the weather was great and play area dn beach are were awesome. The property manager responded quickly with 1 questions I had so they were on the ball!! Also, the balcony on the corner unit was the largest balcony I have stayed on and it was amazing to spend time out there.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a great family place, this would be it!

We arrived on Sat and had to Evacuate on Tuesday morning. Still hoping to get a refund for the days we didn&#x2019;t get to stay there. The room was great and we loved it while we were there. We plan on rebooking this condo pending the results of a refund for the days we were under mandatory evacuation.

Thank you for the 4 star review. but not really understanding the 3 Stars for services from manager since after the hurricane we drove to Walton County to get cell phone service and contacted you and all of our other customers advising that our office was shut down due to damages from Hurricane Michael. Panama City and Panama City Beach did not have phone and internet service available for several weeks. However, we did refund you and all of our other customers for the days that you had to evacuate the area.

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was spacious and clean! Very nice location! The slats on the balcony are close enough together I was very comfortable with my children being out on the balcony and me not right on the side of them. Very great time!

Very clean, which is very high on my list! Beautiful views from every room and balcony was very spacious. The pantry in the kitchen was very convenient to have and it had just about everything you need to cook with. The beds were so soft and comfortable. This unit was on the fourth floor so it was in a perfect location. We were there during a tropical storm so the Alvins Beach <br/>store was awesome to have because it was connected to the resort, (gave us something to do when it was raining). The glasses in walk over to the parking lot <br/>was very convenient and nice. Loved the few cute areas you could take pictures. The pools were very nice also.?If you have small children it's a perfect kids dream as far as water play areas! We will definitely pic this resort again to stay at! Very close to Pier Park, grocery store, etc..
