Enjoyed this rental and stay so much.<br/>Room was excellent. Kids enjoyed the pools and splash pad.<br/>Beach was okay. Waves made it difficult to swim.<br/>Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The location was fantastic! Easy access to the beach, we having been coming to Splash for 15+ years. This condo was the roomier one we have ever stay in. The only problem was no broom to keep the floors swept since we stay a week. The rooms were large enough for our family,could have used a few more chairs at the table.The only negative was the floors hadnt been mopped other than that place was very clean. We are looking forward to staying again next April.

Great vacation in PCB! Love the Beach and the restaurant choices. Our rental was clean, well equipped and the location was super. Great location, low floor. The condo was very clean with nice decorations. My only complaint was the master bed was TERRIBLE! It was very broken down and noisy. Anytime one of us moved or tried to get on and off of the bed it would wake the other person up. My husband and I ended up putting our pillows at the foot of the bed and sleeping that way, it was literally like sleeping in a hole. That’s my only complaint as we didn’t sleep very well because of the bed. Other than that the kids loved the pools, and the location is great right on the beach with a beautiful view.

The condo and views were great. There was so much room for our whole family, and you couldn't beat the views. Our only issue was the TV in the master bedroom only got one channel, but we we had 3 others so nothing major. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We had a large group but did not feel cramped. We had plenty of space and the views were perfect! Our only complaint would be the long walk to the parking garage and no unloading area close to entrance of the building. However, this unit was great!

It was a beautiful condo. Just a few unsatisfactory moments. The bed in the first room, that was separated from the rest of the condo was squeaky and uncomfortable but not terrible. And the main sliding glass door got stuck and was hard to open on the second day. I put in a work order but no one came to fix it the entire time we were there. The washing machine was full of sand and smelled awful so we had to clean that. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The family loved it and we plan to come back again.

Definitely would book again.

The condo was great. Perfect amount of room for the nine of us. Our only complaint would be the supplies for kitchen use. We read on a previous review to pack paper plates and bowls. We did that as well as forks and spoons. The bakeware was lacking so we went and bought our own.

We booked this condo last minute to due change of plans from Myrtle Beach to PCB due to Hurricane Dorian, now I wish I had done a bit more research as you get what you pay for! The pictures of the condo are exact, however, what you don't see if that it needs a major cleaning and painting done. The washer, dryer and refrigerator are fairly new. The master and in-law quarter beds were horrible; however, the bunk bed was comfortable. I am not sure when the last time the floors were mopped, the first few days our feet were disgusting, we ended up wearing socks or shoes the rest of our stay. The condo is big enough for 3 families especially with the in-law quarters, the kitchen is rather small and could use some more cooking ware (has plenty of silverware and glasses). The guest bath off the bunk bed room needs some shelving or storage unit, no place to put your bath items. Unfortunately, the lazy river and frog pad were closed during our stay and they are working on the building, had we known this prior to booking we would have stayed at another location. The splash park is in doors so it was COLD the entire time for the little ones to play in even though it was 95-98 degrees during our stay, we didn't use it that much due to being so cold.

Well Teresa I must say I disagree especially the Services From Rental Manager Rating. I answered at least 30 emails from you inquiring on various properties we have here in PCB trying to find you a place to stay at the very last minute because of the Hurricane closing Myrtle Beach. Then you provided 2 different credit cards and both were declined. All of this after I reduced the rate because you didn't think you were getting a refund from your other reservation. I did tell you they were doing building maintenance on the East Tower and the frog pad and lazy river would be closed and you were in the West Tower and pools and water features there were open and not affected.. There have never been any complaints about the beds in this condo but it is not possible to match the mattress preferences of all guests..

We rented out this condo during Spring Break, this condo was big enough for our family of 12. Splash Resort was in the West end of Panama City Beach, and it's quiet. The view from the condo was breathtaking and beautiful. I enjoy waking up to the view of the beach in each bedrooms. The condo is well stock and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, my kids enjoyed the bunk beds. I enjoyed the pool, can't say much about the game room or the fitness room because I didn't use it during my stay. This unit was as described<br/>Unit: -nicely decorated, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths<br/> -balcony lovely with sturdy, comfortable furniture<br/> -good location with great views but not within walking distance of pier or restaurants - must have a car<br/> --basically clean but in need of a deep cleaning and painting (Ex. we vacuumed and used Clorox wipes on the baseboards and they looked the same. Thus, need to be painted.) The artificial plants were laden with dust. <br/> -unit was stocked well with new bath towels and plenty of dishes. However, skillets were non-functional - flimsy, so scratched that bacon stuck to them (we bought our own)<br/> - plenty of silverware but it was miniature compared to regular silverware<br/> -beds were comfortable but sheets did not fit mattresses properly causing sheets to come off and bunch up during use<br/> Splash resort - great for families with several pools, game room and gym<br/> - Pamela at front desk was awesome (very kind and helpful)<br/> Gym -large & spacious with views of the beach & ocean, good machines but no balls, mats, towels, or AC <br/> Owner/manager - we did not communicate directly with owner as we rented through Emerald Coast Destinations. After our arrival, we informed Emerald Coast Des. of several issues with unit. It was our misunderstanding that the owner would want to be aware of things that did not function. We were wrong, in a lengthy email from ECD we were told that "snowbirds always feel that they need to report every minor issue". I guess that is true but we just wanted the owner to be aware of these issues. So we bought our own skillets, ice (ice maker did not work) and light bulbs. We have rented directly through owners before and they have always been very cooperative & concerned about their property, Emerald Coast Destinations did not. We would NOT rent through them again.<br/> We would recommend this unit to others if it rented directly through

We were not aware of this but luckily the security guard was very helpful in explaining the process. When we arrived in the room the cleaners did not do the greatest job of cleaning the floors. It looked as though someone had a glitter explosion. There were some areas that could use a little more attention to detail when cleaning but nothing that would make me not come back (co-webs & dust bunnies). Another thing that would have been nice was if they had a few spices on hand (which we did buy some and left them). They leave you a zip lock bag of dishwasher and washing machine pods but no note stating what to use for each item. We opted not to use and purchased our own items to be on the safe side. Over all we were all happy with our stay, the location and the attractions that were close by to keep the kids busy. We most defiantly would stay again as well as recommend.

The condo met our needs and was spacious. The view was nice especially since we were on the end. There is a separate balcony in the guest bunk bedroom and in the lock out suite. The lock out suite is spacious and nice. The only issues were the mattress in the lock out suite was in need of replacing and the cook wear in the kitchen needed replacing. I contacted the rental company when I got home about these two issues and they said they would get them replaced. All in all this was a nice unit and these 2 issues did not cause to not have a great time.

This destination is geared toward kids and was a perfect place for my 20-month old grandchild. But too many rules for my taste...such as no drinks, not even water, within 4 feet of pools and no playing music without headphones. Condo had a few cleaning issues but they were resolved quickly. Not a place I would go back to, but would recommend for families.
