The condo sleeps 8. King bed in the Master Suite, 2 Queen Beds 2nd BR, a queen size sofa sleeper. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen

Regency Towers has great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Price shown is for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests. A $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown.

Regency Towers Resort$40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Pleasant experience. Everything from booking to check in and check out was easy. The beach service was very helpful and the people were nice, helpful and easy to get along with. The beds were comfortable. The entire area was clean and comfortable. I was a little worried from reading the reviews, but upon arriving I was comfortable with how clean it was. We would stay again and I would recommend to friends and family.

The resort was on point, loved the Tiki bar and the pools and liked that the resort held events in the evenings for everyone to enjoy. The room however, not so much! Outdated, needs repair and mattresses were filthy. Urin and vomit stained! Sleeper sofa was dirty, matress was dirty. Advertised 2 free beach chairs but forget to mention you have to rent the cushions and umbrella, many outlets didn't work. I highly recommend the resort but not condo #0510

We stayed in this condo on the 5th floor and the location was perfect. We have stayed a Regency Towers every year for the past 7 and always try to find a condo on the 5th floor. The view is great and you are not too high that you get "air sickness" haha. Also good for getting an elevator without having to wat. We will try to rent this condo again for next year as soon as it comes available on the ECDI website.

We absolutely loved our stay at Regency! This condo is in the perfect location. Traffic is less hectic on our side of town, but it easy to get to any location. The condo offers many different activities to keep you busy during your stay. Amazing view and amazing staff. Tiki bar has good food, and the pools are large. We will be making this our yearly vacation resort.

Unit is nice and was clean. The neighbor is an issue though. Consistent smell of marijana smoke is smelled on the daily for his unit. We also had one night where he was belligerent and played loud music all night. The next morning he had put a sign in his window that said “510 only cares about money” I’m not sure who he was referring too but I guess he’s had some issues with the owner of 510 but I’m not sure. I went to the office the next morning and they assured me they would take care of it and were very helpful and we had no further issues other than the smell.

We had a wonderful experience renting this condo. The unit itself was exactly as described and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The booking, payment, check in instructions went as anticipated. The staff and security at the condo were all very helpful. This is an older building, but they do a great job taking care of it. I would stay in this unit again and book through ECDI again also!

We stayed here for 7days. The unit was pretty much as advertised. The bathrooms were out of date and need to be updated but was clean. The refrigerator doors had to be pushed hard to close good or it wouldn't close and you would have water in floor. Happened twice but over all no big deal. The unit was clean as was most of the property. The pools were nice as the beach. Overall I would probably rent again

The view was amazing. We had everything we needed. This was our second stay at regency towers and we will use regency towers again for our next vacation. The beds in room 510 were extremely high, but we rested well during our stay.

I loved the stay at Regency Towers. The view was amazing. I loved the pool area and the beach. Everything was well maintained. We did have an issue with the AC leaking but when reported, maintenance was there in minutes and fixed the problem.

We were very happy with our unit. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. The property was perfect. We had everything we needed right there. Great view, pools were great! I would recommend to a friend!

We enjoyed both the condo and the building. It was located in a great spot, not right in the middle of all the tourist activity, but close enough to be able to enjoy these easily. There were a few issues - neither the outlets in both bathrooms worked. Kettle did not work, had to boil water on the stove or in the microwave.<br/>Our biggest issue was that the neighbours smoked day and night, and the smoke would be sucked into the condo with the windows closed or opened. Something was wrong with the ventilation. We frequently had to have the windows all opened and have an aromatic candle going for the duration of our stay. We would recommend this particular condo with caution due to the smoking next door and how it seemed to invade the condo constantly. The larger building was great.

The place was fantastic, the only downfall which could have just been us was the inability to open the bedroom sliding door.

I have to admit we read several bad reviews and were nervous, but upon arriving we very much liked the condo inside and out, all of the condo employees and locals who lived there were all extremely nice especially to our 3 children. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

It was outstanding. All four of us had a wonderful stay at this condo. We would definitely stay again. It was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable it allowed me to sleep well. Something I don&#x2019;t do at home. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Overall, very satisfied with the property. We had to do some touch up cleaning when we arrived but nothing major. No issues with the unit except for one of the sliding doors to the balcony was stuck on arrival so we ended up calling to get that fixed which they took care of the same day. Kitchen could probably use some upgrades to the frying pans and the shower heads could be updated too but nothing major. The 2 sets of beach service really made up for any shortcomings though. I would stay again.

Me and my entire crew would like to Thank and everyone at emerald coast for the awesome week and giving us a fantastic place to stay all week. We had an amazing time and will likely be back very clean and friendly people all around. The tiki bar by the pool was amazing great prices and delicious food and the bartenders were amazing all week. Thanks again
