This low 4th floor condo is located perfectly in the building, the 4th floor is just high enough for breathtaking views but only 3 flights of stairs up from the pool when the elevators get busy!

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Cancellation Policy:
A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you. If you cancel for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice-

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

Overall we enjoyed the unit. It wasn’t the nicest we’ve stayed in at Regency Towers but was nice, updated, and clean. The laundry closet needs to be cleaned- it’s filled with lint and dust. The dryer also needs to be vacuumed out- it’s filled with sand. There wasn’t a regular vacuum in the unit which is a downside. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. There was a broken door in the secondary bedroom that needs to be fixed or replaced. The bathrooms were clean but the showers drain slow and the shower heads are very hard. The kitchen doesn’t have a garbage disposal- I think it’s the first unit we’ve stayed in at this building without one so it’s an inconvenience. One of the elevators broke one day so being on the 4th floor was nice when using the stairs. The downside is we heard guests in the pools late at night more than we have in higher units. We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. The negatives were inconveniences but wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.

Just as described. Beautiful, well-stocked, and convenient. Big complex so 2 pools were nice, however elevator is well used and busy- especially on move in day. Loved having washer and dryer and 2 free beach chairs.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo! It was super clean, very well stocked, nicely decorated, the mattresses & pillows were awesome, the view was amazing, great location (8 minute walk-on-the-beach to Schooner's), complimentary beach chairs were the best (+ extras in the closet!), 2 nice pools and hot tub, gated condo/easy in and out. We enjoyed this condo and our stay so much! I would definitely rent again and recommend this property :)

There were some pros & cons regarding our rental. The rental management was very prompt to respond and easy to work with! However, there were some things in this unit that need to be improved. The main sliding door to the patio does not slide well at all and was very hard to open & shut(my grandma that was with us found it too difficult to use.) One of the beds/mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced as my two 20+ yr old daughters said it was like sleeping on springs and they did not rest well the entire week. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and grout touch up. The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was nice, the unit had everything we needed and came with several amenities. The washer was a nice & big and the dryer dried our laundry fairly quickly. The beach was clean and the unit <br/>also came with 2 rental chairs which was nice and in addition there a trash chute on the same floor made it easy to empty to trash. All and all there were more pros then cons and we enjoyed our stay.

I (Sharon Heidman) have spent two to three visits to PCB for oh 40 years minus covid of course and many, many times from owners at Regency Towers. We have friends close by in Graceville and Eufaula, AL The condo we stayed in (409) was comfortable but we must relay to you that the floors were absolutely filthy. I have a picture of my sisters socks and feet... black. If the condo price reflects your paying cleaners to ready the condo then you need to claw back funds from them. The fact that we have never been on a low floor and would tell you I dont think patio door locks. But, please know that we were otherwise comfortable and liked the chairs on beach. We thank you and hope to do this again. Appreciate the opportunity to speak. The shower rod would not stay up but the nice lad who came to fix managed to do just that. Thank you again. The condo was nice. The building was older but the condo had been renovated. I didn&#x2019;t like that there was no ceiling fans or overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were too small for my liking. Biggest issue was not enough elevators for size of condo and parking was terrible due to construction going on. Pools, deck, and bar were really nice.

the unit I rented with VRBO was good, the building nice location, but is a big building for only 3 small elevators at least we were on the 4th floor had to use stairs many times. Short walk to get to the water, this was a must. Security old lady by the pool needs to be more friendly specially when dealing with family with kids.
