Perfect for fresh air, morning coffee, sunrises, sunsets and more! As a bonus you have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you at the beach. Savings of $50/day in rental fees. Enjoy the beach in comfort (available from Mar 1 st to Oct 10 th ).

Next to your unit is upscale workout facility, with breathtaking views of the ocean. One floor down is the lobby and resort pool area. Impressive pool and spa recently refurbished. You can enjoy beach atmosphere as you grill out at that beach chair area.

Palazzo Condo has an excellent, central location! You are a block away from Winn Dixie SuperMarket and CVS Pharmacy and near the famous area seafood restaurants - Dusty’s Oyster Bar and Mike’s Café and Oyster Bar! Pier Park entertainment hub is just minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and vast entertainment including ferris wheel
and train rides. If lucky to book July 4th, you can watch the pier fireworks from your balcony. Nearby Arron Bessant Amphitheater has performers and festivals year round!

Other attractions include Shipwreck Island, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, swim with the dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park or take boat tours with Panama City Dolphin Safari. lf golf is your game, Holiday Gulf Club is an immaculate course. Along with Kayaking at Camp Helen, the beach has endless activities. Coming in the near future, across the

Parking garage has maximum clearance is 6’-10”. Thus vehicles with car top luggage carriers, will not make the garage
clearance and have to park across the street. Boats, trailers, RV’s or jet skis are not allowed in garage.

We were so fortunate to be able to get this unit for our family vacation. Very clean, beautiful sunsets, fantastic location, and very comfortable. We are so looking forward to coming back to visit this beautiful beach and great property. The hosts were fantastic.

This place is fantastic for a stay! Just outside your balcony, the beach offers calming surf sounds and a cool night breeze. The condo boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for entertaining. It's only steps away from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, the pier, pubs, and shopping. The condo is elegantly decorated in neutral tones and kept very clean. Whether you're looking for a family vacation spot or a couple's retreat, you'll want to come back again!

this was better then the listing ! Beach area was amazing, place was spectacular. Everything was great! My only it could have been better is- the floor in the unit was very dirty - my feet were always black and had to be washed off constantly or shoes had to be worn at all times.

The unit is clean, large, looks recently updated, and has abundant sleeping space for our family. In unit washer/dryer, oceanfront workout room next door, and pool and spa one level down are so convenient! Spacious front porch has gorgeous ocean views. Beach is clean, not crowded, plenty of space to play or walk the beach. I love the easily accessible parking and proximity to the unit for groceries, errands or exploring PCB. The unit is equipped with all the essentials. Beds are great - comfortable and feel like new. Very relaxing stay in the unit and complex is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot - it's a hidden gem. We will be back!
