This condo makes coming to PCB amazing by being right on the beach and located on Long Beach.

This unit is equipped with 2 Bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and flatscreen TV and en suite bath.

The second bedroom with one queen size bed and a bunkbed with 2 twin size bunks and a flat screen tv.

Two bathrooms in this unit, one off of the master bedroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, the second is equipped with a shower/tub combo as well.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, 4 high barstools provide great extra seating to the 4 person dining table.

Built in 2006, Ocean Villa is a 23 story high rise building with 125 units. There are 21 floors of condominium units, 6 units per floor, with parking garage decks on the first two floors. All units are beach front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with large oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space.

Ocean Villa also has a three-story parking garage across the street from the main building. There is a pedestrian skywalk bridge connecting the 3rd floor parking garage deck to the 3rd floor of the main building.

Here for the Winter months? No problem. Ocean Villa has a large indoor/outdoor heated pool that you can enjoy no matter what the weather outside is doing. Swimming is fun no matter the time of year. Clean bathrooms and clean interior pool deck is a mainstay here and something we pride ourselves on. So go swimming any time while you’re at Ocean Villa. We’ll leave the light on for you.

Large, multi-person indoor steam room

Just had a quick dip in the gulf or the pool and want that warm feeling before heading to your condo, just stop by our Indoor pool area and enjoy the spacious steam room. Clean and comfortable.

Outdoor heated whirlpool hot tub spa

What’s a resort experience without a soak in a steamy hot outdoor hot tub? Ours is ready for you to come sit and relax. Just be sure the little ones are supervised by mom and dad.

When you’re here, we want to feel like you’re at home. Feeling hungry for a nice big steak cooked on the grill? We have two enterprise-quality natural gas Infrared grills to cook that steak to perfection!

Exercise room with dry sauna

Keeping fit, even while on vacation, is a big deal to a lot of folks. We have a fitness room with large glass panes ceiling to floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico where you can ride the bikes and walk the treadmill while you enjoy the scenic view outside. Over all it was a good stay and convenient to everything. We did walk into an abundance of bath towels and bedsheets still laying on the floor next to the washer, the lock latch busted,and remote missing bottom cover,and a scrub shirt. I did email them just to notify them what we found. They responded in a timely manner and came up to retrieve them but we already washed them ourselves. They also did not have any potholders to get things out of the oven and they had 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. They need to increase those things. Elevators are very slow to retrieve and have waited 10 mins for one.

The condo remodel was very nice. Felt like our toaster and coffee maker were from good will! Not impressed at all! Only 3 teaspoons in drawer!! Patio chair should have been replaced, ripped out on one side when we arrived. Master bed was very comfortable but couch and love seat were less so as well as dining room chairs!! Location was great!

We had a wonderful time. The Ocean Villa condos are beautiful but the best part was the balcony & they views. We had minor plumbing problems with the bath tub in the 2nd bedroom & sink in the master bathroom. Maintenance did come & fix the problem. We will definitely stay with Ocean Villas again

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. Everything was as described. The only problem was the tv in the living room did not work properly. We had to do a channel search every time we turned it on. The microwave was not cleaned before we got there. Minor details, but overall a great condo.

Condo was awesome! Beach, water and view were all wonderful. Easy access to everything we needed. The little Cafe across the street was great! Confo was well kept and clean. Worth the stay and can't wait to come back.

The condo was perfect and the grounds were just great. Parking was no problem at all. I have never seen such a clean pool as the one at Ocean Villa. So easy to get around and everything was close add to get to. I would stay again at no problem. This was on my bucket list and finally it’s after six years I got to go and I picked the exact perfect condo. The maintenance guys were just great. We had a few problems but they came right away and took care of it.

We were lucky enough to get to spend 2 months in this condo. The view is awesome and we watched playful dolphins several times. The balcony is huge(but needs a chaise) and I spent plenty of time out there. The location is perfect. Very walkable but we had a car. There was enough parking and we only had to park in overflow once. We were there Jan and Feb and many of the restaurants are closed. Some do not open until March 1 but most in Feb. The grounds are very well maintained. Everything is clean around the pool, hot tub and sauna. We rarely had to wait for the elevators. I would like to suggest they put a clock in the condo. The only one in the entire condo was on the microwave. Now the thing that really bothered me. The condo was not clean when we arrived. I specifically asked Jonathon to make sure it was and he assured me it was. IT WASENT. My mom and I drove down from MT and ND (2200 miles) and had to clean when we arrived. There was a used mask behind the dresser, bobby pins, m/m candies and matted down carpets into the bedroom entry. I could continue but I think you get the picture. The other issue was it took 1 week for 2 of the 3 tvs to work. I understand Charter is busy and all but other reviews said they weren't working before us. I would definitely stay in Oceanvilla but not this unit due to the lack of cleaning.

Great Bldg very well taken care of, no wait literally no wait for elevators. Condo 1004 needs some attention from owner or property mgrs. Already left a review about such. But the things that need addressed the elevator and cleanliness of bldg outweighed it for me. Four stars just cause condo needs some attention otherwise it’s a 5 star for sure

The condo is clean and spacious. The balcony view is amazing. We saw dolphins in less than a minute of stepping onto the balcony. Ocean Villa had a very warm pool and hot tub during an unusually cold stay.

Myself and my two children and my dear friend and her two children booked the condo for a last minute long weekend. We could not be happier with the condo and it&#x2019;s location. Our teen boys loved the ability to use the pool and return to the room while the girls and moms stayed out on the beach all day. The condo was clean and had two big bathrooms Which is important for 2 tween girls and 2 teen boys. The only thing missing in the kitchen area was a corkscrew for Mama&#x2019;s wine, but we survived in rum! The location of the condo to restaurants was perfect and the parking garage with the walkover bridge was perfect. It would have been nice if the condo supplied a few beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels but we were able to bring them with us. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I plan to return.

Overall our experience was good. The Condo was clean and comfortable. we had a little trouble getting in the condo upon arrival but after several minutes and repeated attempts we finally figured out the keypad on door. The other we had was with the plumbing in the kitchen We called about the garbage disposal backing up in sink but after finding a plunger we thought we fixed it, but to our dismay on Wednesday OF OUR stay both sinks backed up and filled both sinks with water as well as the dishwasher. Dishwasher was new and we only used one time on Tuesday with no problems. After Wednesday was unable to use because a light AE stayed on and we reported it and the sinks backing up on Wednesday and I left message about light on dishwasher too. That call was never responded to. I guess they thought we could fix that too, but we could not. That was the only problems we had and everything else was good. I would probably stay they again after asking if plumbing was working. I know these things do happen in a home but I did think after explaining on the 2nd plumbing problem they would have came up and checked it out and fixed dishwasher. Dishwasher looked new, so I think the sinks backing up and into dishwasher had something to do with it.<br/>

The drag was busy and LOUD, as expected. on the road side of the condo. However, on the beach side of the condo. much calmer and enjoyable. Condo was in great shape (could use a cooking sheet).

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa. The unit was very clean. The A/C worked well and we had a beautiful view of the Ocean. We were on the 10th floor, so not too high, but also high enough that we were never disturbed by the beach crowd early or late at night. I did email our booking agent once, to get the code for the pool, and I never received a response. However, someone on the property was nice to help us out. I would highly recommend Ocean Villa to friends and we will definitely stay again!

My family really enjoyed staying here! It was very spacious. The bathrooms we a little dirty when we got there and the drain was stoped up but luckily we fixed it yourself. The sliding balcony door got stuck closed but the the company sent someone to fix it the next day. Overall I would recommend this condo to others. Besides the bathrooms the rest of the rooms were really clean. The things in the kitchen were very convenient. We only had four armbands but shortly after contacting them there sent someone with the other armbands and the other parking pass we were missing! The condo made it really easy to enjoy our vacation!
