Been coming to PCB for over 40 years and have stayed at many different condos through the course of time. The condo itself, I will give a 10. Clean, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. Had everything you would need to stay a week on the beach. The rest of the property while was ok, just be prepared for a horrible parking situation. If you spot is in the garage and you have a low profile car, don't go in there. You will will scrape bottom every time you go to enter the garage. I had to park in the VERY limited over flow parking across the street. I drive a camaro and there was no way I could go in that garage after the first time. The pool, is clean but small. No place to escape kids running and jumping around should that be something you are looking for. Condo 10/10 property 6/10 and you can't beat the location.

Everything was wonderful. Condo is close to shopping, restaurants and fun entertaining things to do while in PCB. The condo is beautiful and the views are exceptional.

Loved the view! Had a few problems but quickly resolved. Worst part is the parking. Good if you have only 1 vehicle but we had 3 and had to pay to park. Needs a few updates. Elevators are slow and there not enough carts for such a large condo.

Nice and relaxing. The room was clean. Well decorated had everything we needed, but I will say they should invest in some pots and pans. Plenty of space for 8 people. I saw several reviews regarding the elevators, and that they often were not both working. However, we had no issues while we were there. I do think it was the time of year that helped the elevator situation as most kids are going back to school. The only complaint I have about the property is that the gas grills are not working. The flame would not stay lit, and when addressed with property management, they did not seem to care at all. There were multiple families upset because we bought groceries based on being able to grill however, we were not able to do so for the entire week we were there. I appreciate that there was an assigned space to park for the room and there is an overflow parking however, the overflow parking fills up quickly. There is a pay parking behind the overflow parking, which is convenient but again you have to pay.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and helped out big time. The day before our departure the condo owner decided they wanted to go and she called and had another unit for us. The TV in the living room was out and she had someone there the next day to swap it out also. Definitely will use ECDI again.

The place was in a great location. The place was clean. The parking garage is NOT made for vehicles that are low to the ground. I was unable to park at the parking garage because the bottom of my car would scrape trying to enter/exit the garage. I had to pay $90 to park in a general parking area away from the condo. The only negative we had on the condo is that the dryer vents really needed to be cleaned out. They had a nice pool and easy beach access.

Beautiful view with a nice size balcony!<br/>Condo is decorated nicely and very nice to have ALL 3 bedrooms as en suites. <br/>Staff around resort were very helpful & friendly. Condo was missing a few things & once I called ECD &#x2014;they had the items to us asap. <br/>Only 1 elevator worked the 7 weeks we were there but did not have to wait very long. The parking spaces are very tight though!!

Rooms were clean and the very large. We love all the space in these units. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ocean Ritz. There were a few issues this time. But nothing too bad. We had a great time. Chairs were broken in the living room so we didnt have enough seating for all our guest. 2 of the tubs drained really slow and the cable was not working. We had small kids so we had to buy a ROKU for them to be able to watch TV.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and everything was new looking (except the couch, but it was fine to sit on). It was also very clean. I would definitely recommend. Also highly recommend Dolphin Snorkel Tours and Pathfinder Sailing Charters. Great captains and experiences on both.
