We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay, however the only down fall with having 9 people in a room was that the dryer didn’t work so we all had to come home with dirty laundry! The balcony is huge and amazing! The view is perfect!

Perfect for my 60th bday celebration with the whole family!

We had a group of 7 adults ranging from 20-80! Having private space for everyone, complete with en-suite baths made privacy & getting ready a dream.the balcony is huge & was incredible.

I want to start by saying ECDI was super easy to deal with and the condo unit was exactly as pictured. ( BEAUTIFUL). The balcony on this unit is by far the largest we have ever had in a rental property. (Amazing). Now to the parts that were not pleasant. The washing machine was holding dirty water when we went to do laundry . I ran the washing machine clean cycle and it resolved the problem. We ate out most of our trip so I had no reason to look inside the dishwasher until the day of checkout when I was putting the coffee pot and utensils we had used. The dishwasher looked extremely dirty and moldy. And lastly let&#x2019;s talk about the parking garage. Going in is fine and the designated spot for 2201 couldn&#x2019;t have been more convenient to the elevator. Coming back out is where it gets tricky. The ramp you have to go down has concrete walls on both sides also you are turning into the ramp. If you drive a larger vehicle this is crazy hard. For reference we drive a F-150 short wheel base. It can be done but it is not an easy task and there are rub marks on the wall where other people didn&#x2019;t do so well. So here is my summary. The condo is beautiful, balcony is amazing. I will probably never stay here again just because of the parking garage ( my husband agreed) and the major appliances need some love. If you have a small car and don&#x2019;t need a dishwasher. Then it&#x2019;s great. <br/>

Unit was very spacious. Loved having 4 bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The couch needs to replaced. Cushion sinks down way too far. Beds were not comfortable at all. Needs new mattresses or memory foam toppers added. Also be sure and buy plenty of ice. Ice maker doesn’t make adequate ice. Would rent again though

Our door trim was broken when we came in but we notified them and within an hour of us being gone it was fixed! All the staff we came in contact with were super friendly. There was only one elevator working because they were working on building a new one but we didn&#x2019;t go in peak season so the longest we waited on an elevator was maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Prime location. Property basically sits on the beach, very large condo. Patio is amazing. Everything you need in the home for a wonderful vacation. No complaints. Will recommend and will stay again.<br/>Walmart is really close. pier park is close as well.Rock it Lanes is close as well. It&#x2019;s a bar inside for adults only, it has skating, bowling, an arcade as well as a pool table.

Room was as described. We had a couple minor problems, but maintenance handled them quickly (Huge shout-out to Chris).<br/>The only negative thing is the parking. I actually damaged my large SUV trying to exit the garage. <br/>Overall, the room was great. The view was absolutely amazing. The balcony is hands down the absolute BEST!

Ocean Ritz 2201 September 14-21, 2019<br/><br/>Unit was pretty much exactly as pictured. It was adequately clean, however the floors felt gritty to walk on barefoot. Was in need of some painting. Overall not too bad. The balcony was very huge with lots of room but the balcony couch and lounge chair did not have cushions on them. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. One of the kitchen chairs has a rip in the back and 1 chair was missing. Parking was not great but was expected. Washer and dryer were not full size it was apartment size. Did not like washer and dryer in the bathroom for convince. For the price it was a really good deal. We had plenty of room for a large group. We would definitely consider staying there again.
