Awesome layout and plenty of room with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. Needs a few updates, especially the couch. It's definitely on it's last leg. Could definitely be cleaner is some areas.

Perfect views and sea breeze to wake up to. Nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. We have stayed at the Ocean Ritz many times and it is a great property close to Walmart, Willey's, and many other locations.

The house was in a great location, located right on the beach. Two of the bedrooms had doors leading to the balcony giving a wonderful view to wake up to, or watch the sunset. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms worked perfect for our family. The kitchen light had a mind of Its own, coming on sometimes, and others, well we just tried to wait! Some of the dishes had been put away dirty, and the floors weren’t very clean. After a little cleaning, we enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to return.

Great place. Neat and clean. Everything was as advertised. Parking is a little aggravating with only one spot and we received parking passes for overflow the last day we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Rental experience was good! A few things were broken in the unit but overall very nice! Does not have a pantry, which for 9 people was a little difficult. Also only has one parking space reserved for this unit and it is hard to get in and out of! Definitely not for a large vehicle. The other family had to pay for parking everyday.

Besides having problems with getting our room number, everyone and everything was great. It was nice to wake up with the beach water to. Everyone had fun time and the staff was very nice and the housekeepers let us check out late because of our 90 something year od and a two year old to feed.

The property itself was under construction both the road and the building. The parking spot was small and hard to get into. Had to park across the street as we had two cars. Inside the condo was decorated very nicely however was not cleaned to my expectation prior to our arrival. Soap left in shower, full garbage, handles on door broken, tub didn’t drain well. No hair dryer, no spoons, or broom. Did appreciate the amenities that were available, the view, and the deck! Had to buy chairs and ended up leaving them behind but still cheaper then the $30/day cost of the beach chairs. Close to everything in town which was nice. It was pretty quiet and the beach was nice!

Had a great time. Condo was cleanand in good shape. Management was great to work with. The parking situation was not so good, very tought to get into parking spot. Had to park one vehicle across the street and sometimes could not find a parking spot. All in all was a GREAT VACATION.
