This condo was just completely remodeled and updated at the end of May 2019. Brand new appliances and new furniture and decorations throughout the entire condo.

Located on the forth floor of centrally located Ocean Ritz! With all of the amenities of home, plus the added pleasure of the Gulf of Mexico right out your back door, you may never leave Ocean Ritz once you check in! This condominium features four full bedrooms and four full bathrooms; Lots of room to spread out and really enjoy your vacation at the beach! These gulf-front balconies are really something to experience personally to fully appreciate! The size is unmatched in Panama City Beach! When you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by the kitchen featuring granite countertops, and all the cooking and baking utencils you could need. The kitchen overlooks the enormous dining and living spaces. The living room features a lovely flatscreen television and queen sofa sleeper. From the living space you have access to both of the gulf-front master bedrooms with attached bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub. There are also two additional bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

The two master bedrooms with a water view have king size beds in them. The 3rd bedroom has one queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, and a bunkbed that the top is a twin bed and the bottom a double!

Condo location, beach and pool access, and walking distance to several stores/restaurants made this a great vacation! We used the stairs for the most part, so never had to deal with the elevator much. Parking is not ideal. We had a spot on the condo lot, and another pass for the overflow (not many spots at all), and our third car was in the paid parking lot ($84 for week). We did call maintenance for a few things-no locking mechanism on bathroom door in one bedroom, some electrical outlets were not working, the door to main living room balcony was very loose. Overall, it was a positive experience.

A beautiful place with plenty of space for the five of us who stayed. Beds were comfortable. Great location with many places within walking distance, or just a short drive to other attractions. Beautiful beach area too. The condo did have a broken ice machine in the freezer, and one toilet didn’t work properly as we had to lift the cover off the tank to lift a handle to make it stop running. Also, the cleaning crew needed to look under the beds as trash was left under the bunk bed. Some surfaces in one bedroom needed better cleaning too. Otherwise a nice place to stay for the money.

Perfect layout.Great Location. Loved everything except whoever they have cleaning it did not do a good job. The floors were not clean and there was garbage left under beds and locks on balcony are broken.

Unit was in a great location. There were 3 issues. First was that we had to move from our parking spot due to construction on roof for 3 days. Second was the refrigerator smelled like fish the hole week. Tried cleaning ourselves and the smell would not go away. Third was the tub in the second bedroom on the right would not drain. Wind up calling maintenance to unclog it. Other than that it was a nice unit

Overall the view you get from this place supersedes the negatives

The cons-<br/>Furniture is old although it says recently remodeled, it does not look recent. Sofa is worn and has stains, dining table has cracks, and fridge hits the wall but opens enough. The balcony furniture is rusted but expected with ocean mist. The fans and vents are covered by dust so it needs a deep clean, surprised if we are paying so much for a cleaning fee. The front door frame is coming off with dings and dents and the lock looks worn but works. There is no cable, just local channels so bring your own streaming device. 40mbs download speed. Two floors of parking with 1 reserved spot for each unit. Additional overflow parking lot is directly across the street but only 20 spots. We were given 1 spot for the overflow (place tag in your window) If you have more cars, you will have to park in the city lot directly behind that, maybe 100 feet behind it and charges $6 a day through the app. Communication was not good prior to us arriving. I would get a reply back from management 1 day later for a concern or question but once I arrived it wasn&#x2019;t an issue.<br/>The Pros-<br/>The view is incredible; it&#x2019;s great being on the lower floor to see people walking on the beach. Elevators were quick and they have luggage carts. Water is hot in bathrooms and pressure is great. The Unit sleeps 13 comfortably and has a very large balcony with enough seating for everyone. Especially nice being a corner unit so you can see more of the coast. It&#x2019;s rare to find a place with two bedrooms that have an oceanfront view. Having a separate bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms was also an advantage. The heated pool is fun and hot tub was the perfect temperature although can fit maybe 5. Inside the fitness room is a dry sauna which was a bonus. There are 2 propane grills ready to go on the side near the pool. Location is great, we made 2 trips to Walmart which is just down the street within walking distance and also a liquor store.

Overall the condo was very nice. Lots of space, huge balcony, everything we needed. The location is great. The only negatives were the parking is tight and overflow is across the street. Not convenient for one of our group who has difficulty walking. The living room furniture needs cleaning. I would stay again, though.

I have stayed in many different condos. I stayed here long term while waiting for renovation on my home. The management that I spoke to was GREAT. However, we put in several complaints of repair needs and no one ever came to do the repairs. we did them ourselves. Pool maintenance was horrible. Too many chemicals it bleached out our suits and gave a rash occasionally to my son. I brought my own pots/pans as the provided items were a little iffy. Still overall I give this place a 4. If I was a short term renter, this place is great. If I was an owner paying fees, I would not be happy.
