We loved staying here! The location was perfect. Boardwalk to the beach close to the shoreline. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and each of the 4 bedrooms having their own bathroom was great. The only downside to the unit’s location was having the trash chute just outside the door. It was a bit noisy some days. Overall pleased with everything. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were addressed very quickly and thoroughly. Great management.

Everything was easy as far as booking and dealing with the ECD. Great location to everything, easy access to the beach. Complaints would be cleanliness, beds were uncomfortable, and one parking spot for a 4 bedroom condo was not enough.

Rental was nice. should be cleaner- tile floors and even balcony need deep clean. Condo was great location, our 3rd year- different floor. <br/>We did have a serious fall in shower (my daughter) and no one cared about the issue. Stairwells for walking up and down instead of elevator are disgusting - that&#x2019;s not on this room but is part of whole vacation. If you stay make sure you bring tub mats for inside tubs and outside of tub. <br/>

The condo was very nice.<br/>However, the parking is difficult. our second parking pass was worthless. They had to pay to park. The stairs to level 3 were filthy because the Maintanance guy drags the trash up the steps the chute. They should be pressure washed weekly, not monthly.

We really liked this condo! It was exactly what we needed! The condo was clean, had a large balcony with plenty of seating, close to the stairs and elevator, and easy access to the pool and beach. We would definitely rent again!

The condo has a great layout with 4 beds and baths and is nicely decorated. The balcony furniture is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked, we cook in most nights. The only downfalls are the uncomfortable mattresses in the bunk room queen and in the one front bedroom. The bathrooms are a bit dated but no issues with them. We would stay here again.

Thank you so much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, had everything we needed from linens & cooking utensils & more. All the kids enjoyed having their own space and room. The condo was so spacious! The views from the balcony were phenomenal! There was so much seating on the balcony and inside the condo. My family would definitely recommend staying here & we will definitely come back. Thanks again!

This place was amazing! We had 5 adults and 3 teenage kids. Everyone had plenty of space. The 3 kids shared the room with bunkbeds. Loved that each room had an attached bathroom & closet. Everyone thought the beds were REALLY comfortable. The patio is HUGE with an amazing view!! Dinner size table on the patio, so we got to enjoy eating some meals out there too. We really enjoyed laying in our bed watching the dolphins playing in the ocean. The kitchen had plenty of dishware/pots & pans to accommodate larger groups. Only complaints were minor little things- lights on the patio and above stove were not working and meldew in the washer. We would definitely book this condo again!! Also, will recommend to family and friends!

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The balcony is huge,we spent most of our time there. There was plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The condo could use fresh paint, a new door, and new curtains. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a family trip including 3 generations. Let me begin with the parking. We were in 4 different vehicles because one of our party had to leave mid-week. Fortunately we had a vehicle short enough to fit the underground space because my husband's truck would not. We had to pay for parking for three extra vehicles. Parking and unloading was a huge mess. Once inside, we truly enjoyed the size of the unit. Since the pandemic was still causing issues, we loved being able to prepare and share our meals together, play games at night and sit around and talk. The extra large balcony was a huge bonus. The only drawback was the poor condition of the dining chairs out there and the mildew on the cushions. The patio curtains in all three rooms were filthy and needed to be cleaned and rehung. We did our own cleaning when we arrived because there was evidence of poor cleaning. The common area and the balcony were our favorite areas because we could all be together. We did not use the pool as much as we wanted because there were never enough chairs and there was one particular group that had a 12 in by 12 speaker blaring their music whenever they were there. We couldn't escape it even when we went up to sit on the balcony because our unit was one floor over there pool and hot tub. Having an on-site office would have addressed many issues for us and others. We have all stayed many times in condos on the beach and this was a good experience in spite of the minor issues.

the condo floors and linen were quite sandy and it felt dirty. cleaning crew could have rushed maybe? sliding door was hard to close and lock at times. the front door key pad locking mechanism wasn't explained and we had to call. The response was quick and satisfactory. Though it could be explained in the email more easily. The overall look of the condo is nice. Beware of the trash shoot outside of the front door. It's loud and the trash dumpster is below this unit. It comes at 6am everyday and will wake you up. But with the negative comes a great view of ocean sunsets. You will spend a lot of time of the balcony, its a game changer.

Our large family stayed in this unit during our annual fall break trek to fill up on large doses of Vitamin Sea before winter. The unit was beautiful. A third floor condo right above the hot tub, pool, and grill area. The condo itself was well appointed, but did lack some basic kitchen needs. A few more pots and pans, along with serving utensils would have been appreciated. <br/><br/>While the condo was nice, the building itself could use some upgrades. The elevator situation was horrible. Upon our arrival, part of my family attempted to get off on the third floor but the elevator shot to the 16th floor, open the doors, and dropped to the 12th floor. They walked back down to the 3rd floor. We did not use the elevator for the remainder of our trip. From speaking to others and locals across the street, this is a common occurrence. Also parking was horrendous. The spot for the our unit was barely usable (underground and super small for an SUV). We utilized pay parking across the street. If you can manage all of that, its a great property.

Condo was nicely decorated and beach view amazing. The cleanliness of the unit was not up to par! we purchased vacuum and cleaning supplies and swept, vacuumed and mopped all floors, washed wall scuffs and spatters and pulled tons of hair from two shower drains not allowing water to flow. Aside from the lack of 'good housekeeping' everything else was a good stay. The little coffee shop/ice cream shop across the street is AMAZING.. wish I would have discovered earlier in week.

The condo was big enough to accommodate us all and overall I think everyone had a great time. The issue with the sliding glass door to the balcony was a problem and apparently it has been going on for months!! The handle is broken, the door won't stay closed and the lock is jacked up. A man came to check it and mumbled something about a part, locked the door and never came back. For the prices you charge I would think you could find someone capable of fixing the door. It would also be nice if the cleaning crew would use a wet mop on the floors to get some of the grit off the floor.

The condo was decorated nicely throughout. The floors throughout were sandy and dirty. We were not impressed with the cleaning. The bedspread in one of the master bedrooms was blood stained. We washed it several times, which remedied the problem. Not enough silverware for large group. Refrigerator was large and clean. Garbage collection happened at 6am every morning. Very loud, but necessary. The facility met our needs, but it wasn&#x2019;t the highlight of the trip.
