20th floor condo at the Ocean Reef in Panama City Beach, FL.

Our condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach residence that sleeps up to 10 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony to be quite large as well with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy incredible views of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated with a fun beach theme that’s very comfortable. We wanted to make it a family fun beach condo. We also wanted to make this a home away from home, for us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

-Electronic KABA lock so no keys to worry about
-Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residences once you’re in town
-1600 Square Feet of Living Space on the 20th floor
-280+ Square Feet of Balcony with a high top table and a kiddie table
-The Living room comfortably seats 6
-Living Room includes a large Flat Screen
-Dining Area seats 4 around a beautiful wood table and kitchen bar seats 4
-Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker
-Master Bedroom has a KING bed and a flatscreen TV and gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower and double vanity
-2nd Master has KING bed and flatscreen TV
-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
-3rd Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and TV
-The 3rd bath has a combination tub/shower and is access from both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms
-The 4th Bedroom has a QUEEN, and a TV
-Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for the whole family!
-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit
The assigned parking space (P3-21) is on the third level of the parking deck. The parking spot number 21 is on your left. It's just a short walk to the elevators. From there one of the 3 elevators will take you all the way to the 20th floor where the unit is located!

More about Ocean Reef
Ocean Reef, built in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street is miniature golf and go-cart track. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street.
Ocean Reef has unobstructed east and west panoramic views of the gorgeous white sand beaches and glistening emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by one of the two pools. Ocean Reef has one outdoor and one heated indoor pool for your pleasure. It also has an outdoor hot tub an indoor saunas and steam room. Exercise in the sixth floor fitness room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Better yet lie on the sugary white sand beach and tan yourself. Ocean Reef offers it all.

The condo is in a great location and beautiful! The only problem we had was the condo had dirty floors and our cousin found some shards of glass in her bed sheets the first night we were there. My 10 month old son has dirty all over his feet after crawling in the floor the first day we got there. I would just look into a better cleaning service, other than that, absolutely no complaints!

From the initial booking to the day of departure, everything was simple. The only issue we had would have to be the attention to detail regarding the cleaning. It was not that the place was dirty, but that it could have used a deeper clean for my preference. The views were amazing and the beach was never crowded, which was a plus for me. The beds were a little on the harder side, but some may like that. I did love that the unit was on the end. I would recommend having the remotes checked, because we could not find the correct remote for the Livingroom TV, but was not a big deal for me. Overall, this was an AMAZING week and I would definitely recommend.

Loved the condo. Wish there were a few more things furnished for convenience (toaster, extra towels) but still enjoyed our stay. They might want to hire a new cleaning crew. I noticed it some other reviews that under the beds and floors weren't cleaned they weren't for us either. Didn't bother us we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

This condo was amazing. Probably one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The view was amazing from the 20th Floor. I would for sure come back anytime. We went in September and I do not regret it at all. There were not alot of crowds anywhere so dining and laying on the beach was awesome.

My review will fall in line with others- very nice place, newly renovated, actually larger than the pictures do justice! I wish there were more dishes and cookware but everything else was GREAT! The cleaning crew needs some much needed direction. There were dust and cobwebs everywhere and just don’t look under the beds or couch! All in all- I read similar reviews and that didn’t deter me from booking and it shouldn’t deter you. I would def book again!

My group said here for a week the beginning of April. The condo had been freshly remodeled and was very well done and updated. If you plan on cooking while there I would recommend bringing cooking utensils with you. The kitchen isn’t equipped with a lot of that stuff. Also if your group showers like my group (2/3 times a day) I would recommend bringing extra towels there is only one towel per guest ( I’m sure a Covid thing). Also there is no live tv in the unit only streaming services. While you are at the beach and the tv is more of an after thought it would be nice to know what’s going on in the area. We left the morning of the tornado and had no idea at all about it. Knowing all of these small details I would stay here again and would recommend it.

There was blood on the top sheet in the balcony bedroom, so we had to strip the bed and wash the sheets upon arrival. For 7 guests there was only 1 towel and wash cloth per person, so we had to wash towels FREQUENTLY. There was trash under the love seat in the living room from a previous guest. The curtains on the living room sliding room were very dirty and the whole place was very dusty. The cleaning was subpar. This is a beautiful condo, but the upkeep and cleaning issues put a damper on an otherwise great stay. Mary, the security guard, was particularly helpful. The view, pool, hot tub and beach were fabulous.
