Come stay in our beautiful 4BR 3BA condo located on the 9th floor in the wonderful and conveniently located, Ocean Reef Condominiums. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has a breathtaking view of Panama City Beach! There is access to the private balcony from the master bathroom as well as the living room. The second master bedroom has a king size bed as well. Both of the master bedrooms have private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.

-The 4th Bedroom has a TWIN OVER DOUBLE BUNK, and a TV
-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

As a family of 7, we had a great stay in our unit. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. Love that there were 3 bathrooms! Balcony overlooked the beach. The parking deck was tight, so if you drive a big vehicle, be ready for that. <br/> There was 1 guy who was closing the pool a few minutes early and my drunk brother was being dumb and wanted his last 4 minutes in the hot tub. The guy continued to escalate the situation and talk **** to my brother. I didn&#x2019;t appreciate that from either one of them. They do close the pool and hot tub at 10PM sharp. Some employees were nice and gave folks a few extra minutes. Some did not. <br/>

Was a nice place but the TV in room 4 did not work and bed was broke and I would suggest higher toilets and slip guards in the bathtub. But overall we love our stay

We had a great time staying here, the condo is great size, we had 7 people and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities, the beach was not busy and the water was beautiful. The location was excellent and close to so many things, no with all that said, i like to workout, and the fitneaa center was more like an office with 4 pieces of cardio equipment. So if you are like me and lift weights, you will need to get a gym membership for the week or not lift duringbyour stay.

There was 8 of us. Myself and husband and four children (5, 3 and twin 1 year olds) and my parents, there was so much space. As most of the time you don&#x2019;t stay in the condo it&#x2019;s really just somewhere to lay your head at night, we did spend quite some time in the condo and enjoyed the view and tvs. <br/>We did cook, pots and pans were there and utensils. Again most might just eat out. <br/>It had a wagon to help carry things in and to beach, a pop up canopy and chairs. <br/>Make sure to wear your bands. The condo security is very on top to make sure only the guest are on the premise and using the ammenities. Felt safe knowing people wouldn&#x2019;t just be walking through the area. <br/>We definitely plan to come again in the future.

Ocean Reef 901 is a corner ocean front unit with amazing views of PCB.. Fully stocked the only thing I needed and couldn't find was a pair of scissors.. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans.. Housekeeping could do a better job.. We left some beach toys in the laundry room for the next guest to enjoy..

It was well taken care of and we had one issue and they came and fixed it that day. Only issue would be parking lot was it is all a little weird luckily not busy. Would have been harder getting in and out of. But still not bad

This condo was perfect for the amount of people we had. My only complaint is the stove can be updated. It took an eye about 30 minutes to boil water and the oven took about an hour to just preheat.

The entire trip was good.From the evening we got there to the final conversation I had with security they were BERY accommodating.There are rules and that&#x2019;s understood but this place uses common sense when it comes to the rules.After staying here I&#x2019;ll never stay at Tidewater Resorts again.The experience at this place was by far superior to our recent stay at Tidewater.These folks are very nice and Tidewater you felt like you were in jail but not here.

the views from Ocean Reef are exceptional, the grounds and building are clean and well taken care of. You can always nit pick these rentals and if I had to give a complaint it would be that the water pipes are extremely noisy.<br/>If laundry was being done the master bathroom would howl, or a toilet flushed the same thing. The place wasn't spotless but wasn't terrible. I know its the 9th floor but neither patio slider locked which made us cautious at first but all in all a nice rental for the money.

The property was clean and spacious for our family vacation. The only problem was the shower curtain was needing to be changed along with the shower mat in all bathrooms. The pots and pans should be upgraded and the coffee maker was not cleaned. I would recommend this property and I would stay again. Keep up the good work.

Good morning as far as vacation vacation was awesome that one thing I was not happy with as far as vacation wise couple things I was not too happy with with the condo as far as utensils for cooking as in like spatulas stuff that would normally be an every day household was very limited and not very satisfied the most important thing that really upset me is I could&#x2019;ve swore I read in my contract that I had two chairs available with umbrellas at the beach I get down there and they want to charge me $50 because they say my calendar does not include them OK fine it is 2 o&#x2019;clock in the afternoon I pay the $50 I plan on sitting there till sunset at 4:15 he comes around takes my umbrella tells me 15 minutes he&#x2019;s taking my chairs I said to him I just got these chairs hour and 45 minutes ago why are you taking them already he says it&#x2019;s our policy I said well why did you tell me that when I paid for them second of all I believe his name was Josh I can go look but he had me run them under his personal name on his cash app card and said he would pay the realtor company for the reservation find that kind of odd but you know what time I just think about it cause I was just too ********** I had to pay $50 but anyways other than that I would recommend staying there to anybody but the $50 really pissed me off

Great location and close to Pier Park. Go karts and putt putt across the street. Nice condo, beach is not super crowded. Nice sized kitchen and family room area, except someone has removed the sleeper sofa mattress which makes the couch sink down and not comfortable to sit on. Very large balcony. Rooms are small. 2 of the beds did not have covers for some reason. So bring blankets and towels (the local Walmart told us they can’t keep blankets in stock b/c a lot of condos don’t have enough blankets this year and people are buying them up every week) . Could have been cleaner as well. Pretty sure one toilet was never touched and my mother in law cleaned out the refrigerator and disinfected it from some kind of crud at the bottom. Cooking pans are terrible and need replaced. We had to rewash the silverware and glasses b/c they obviously were not clean. Condo stayed cool, all appliances worked as they should. Elevators were a pain but only on check in day. No luggage carts to help bring your stuff or groceries to the condo which is a pain. Parking garage is tight, take wide turns when turning into another floor. Overall this condo is nice but the cleaning crew need to step it up. To be charged a cleaning fee it needs to be cleaned appropriately and have clean dishes and silverware and especially bathrooms. They do require wristbands but only at the pool. Security was very nice though if you accidentally left it in the condo. They really only check adults and not kids. Overall if we need a 4 bedroom condo again I would consider this place again.

There were not enough towels or sheets and blankets the pots and pans were awful and the knifes were all dull. I tried calling the property company twice left messages no one ever called back.

I would highly recommend staying here. This place was amazing!! Gorgeous views, tons of room, comfy beds and the owner was super easy to communicate with. The condo was super clean and the people working there were so friendly. We came for a week to celebrate our daughters18th birthday week as well as our 20th anniversary. The only issue was the microwave didn&#x2019;t work but that was no problem Bc we worked around it. We normally stay in Daytona on vacation but we loved this place so much that we will now be staying here from now on.
