This beautiful condo can accommodate 8 people!

The KING SIZE MASTER SUITE with PRIVATE BATH & its personal access to the Gulf front balcony is a comfortable, private retreat with awe inspiring views, overhead & indirect lighting, quality bedding for the KING size bed, ample storage space & a flat screen television.

The SECOND BEDROOM is a spacious & serene bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, ceiling fan, flat screen television & PRIVATE access to the SECOND FULL BATH.

BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo. They are both furnished with QUEEN BEDS, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet & private access to the third full bath.

The WASHER & DRYER are in the large storage closet, right outside the fourth bedroom.

The open KITCHEN is spacious & well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal.

The LIVING ROOM is also light & airy, with the dining table, sofa, love seat & 65 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV.

We stayed in this unit Summer of 2022 and decided to rebook for Summer 2024. The only complaint we had last year was that there was no door in the second bedroom bathroom for separation or privacy. This issue has been resolved and we have no complaints this year. We had a great stay, great weather, no crowds and very peaceful and relaxing 7 days on the beach. The unit has been a favorite of ours now the last 2 years and we’ve stayed in the building for the last 9 years. The only suggestion I would add would be the mattresses in the second bedroom off the kitchen and the bedroom next to the laundry room could use new mattresses and made for a few restless nights and sore mornings but overall this was an amazing stay and we plan to book again!

The condo was just the right space that our family needed. I will say, things were not as clean as it should be when we arrived. Crumbs and sticky knees were on counters, tables and bar stools. Some of the kitchen items were missing as well.

Such a beautiful condo, my family and I had a wonderful time. it is very spacious and we loved watching the sun set on the balcony. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your condo and are looking forward to returning soon! Everything was wonderful except the fact we had double red flags on the beach the entire time we were there but it was definitely something out of our control. Your place was beautiful and we loved it. We are interested in coming back in August (late) over our anniversary but we were wondering if you had other units equivalent to what we stayed in for 2-4 people at the most? We enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of room and was clean. The middle bedroom could use a door to the restroom and it would have been better if they hard luggage carts. Parking garage was a tight fit. Location was great and we would stay there again in the future

The indoor pool area looked amazing and our room was very nice. When we arrived we couldn't figure out one tv and the washer door wouldn't close so we called about it. They had guys up there to replace the washer and fix the tv in an hour or two. All of the staff there were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend Ocean Reef to anyone!!

Upon arrival the unit was very nice and spacious for 5 adults. The furniture isn't the same as the pictures shown in the living room, the balcony, and 4th bedroom. The dishwasher did not work but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were no gas grills as shown either. The floors were gross as many reviews have said. Vents were covered in dust. Overall this unit was beautiful with an oversized balcony to enjoy the sunsets.

Location was great, however the apartment needs some TLC. The dishwasher didn't drain properly so dishes did not get clean, garbage disposal side of kitchen sink was stopped up and stinks and garbage disposal dont work. Master bathroom sink is stopped up as well.

Nice condo,everything worked fine.Full size washer and dryer, but washer needs a cleaning cycle run, it had a nasty gasket. <br/>Nice place but the lights and fans and tall places needed dusting badly. Floors needed cleaning better.

Great location and easy beach access. Easy walk to many restaurants and Pier Park. Needs a deep clean. Mattresses in second bedroom need to be replaced. Bought a broom to sweep up the sand from previous renters.

we had a wonderful stay in room 709. it does however need a good deep clean! and new mattresses for the room with 2 queen beds. 2 adults can't comfortably sleep in either of the beds. one has a big dip in the middle and the other, the side is broken down and you will roll off. other than that we were please with everything. kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. would love to stay there again!

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious enough for 4 couples and gathering with friends that were not staying with us. The location was great, as you could walk to some restaurants and shops. Everything you need is right there if you choose not to drive. The parking garage is disappointing as other reviews have stated. We thought we were getting 2 assigned spots, but in reality the second spot was across the street if there was space or down the road if that lot was full. We also thought a lounger set was included with our stay because that's how the listing read. When we asked the beach attendant, he said the owner didn't pay for the loungers this season. All three shower curtain liners were moldy and the floor was pretty dirty. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. I would still recommend staying here even though it wasn't pristine. Just know going into it, you will need to wipe things down on your own. We had enough towels for our stay and appreciated having a washer/dryer. The kitchen is poorly stocked with cookware. There is only one small frying pan, the rest are pots. There aren't any oven mitts so you'll need to bring some if you plan to use the oven. There were enough utensils, etc. We did bring our own paper plates, cups, etc. The balcony is very large and we spent a good deal of time out there in the evenings. The beach is beautiful and we truly had a great time. Just being honest for future bookings.

Highly recommend this unit. Elevator was the only slow issue and yes don&#x2019;t bring a truck. Otherwise everything was clean inside and outside, comfortable, just as advertised and staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.
