Includes 2 SETS of FREE beach service 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

This Marisol unit is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

Every room in this unit is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 plus 4 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 40” flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.

The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a large 40” flat screen TV in this large SUITE.

The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin size bunkbed. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 2 more in the twin/twin bunk bed. It has a 32" large flat screen tv.

The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 50" large flat screen tv.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

We had 12 people, the condo had plenty of room for all of us it was very clean and maintained the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment the staff was friendly and helpful . They also had an overflow parking lot for a second vehicle at no charge. We give it a 5 star rating it was in a great location and we got 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach at no charge.

Our family of 9 had an amazing time at the Marisol. This unit was clean and well kept. It was conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, and activities. We really loved that there were 4 bedrooms with 3 of those equipped with King sized beds while the 4th was a queen with bunks. We will definitely recommend this condo and likely return to it in the future. 10/10

The Condo is great for a big family or group with four bedrooms and three baths and room to spread out or gather in the open kitchen dining great room combo. The view of the beach is right out the big sliding glass doors and presents a great morning pick me up as you sit on the balcony, bask in the sea breeze and the white sand and surf is populated with fellow beach goers. You can be relaxing on a your own reserved chair and umbrella three minutes from your bedroom. Go out the opposite direction and your minutes walk from the city of Panama City - eats drinks and shopping. We found our time to be the consummate Panama City Beach vacation.

Condo had a great view. We had 4 adults and 8 kids in our group. Lots of things to do with the kids nearby. The beach was just a quick walk out the back of the condo. Seemed like a very private stay witch we liked. Had comunity pool which the kids enjoyed while not in the gulf or on the beach. The bedroom overlooking the the beach had a very uncomfortable bed. With the length of the stay it would have been nice if there was Tupperware in the cabinets. My main reccomendation is check in/out times would be better if it were 3pm in and 10am out.

Loved how big and spacious every bedroom was! Great for large families. Especially the one with the twin bunks. One master suite is great for a family with an infant because a pack-n-play can be set up easily. Also has a small balcony perfect for sitting and watching the morning sunrise and coffee! <br/>The washer and dryer looked brand new. Not rusted out and sandy like many other rental places I&#x2019;ve been to. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of cups/glasses. Could use a few more. But we used a lot of paper goods. (I mean we are on vacation! Right?) <br/>Short walk out to the beach. Parking was not a huge issue with having only two passes on the property. The only major issue we had was the couch had a lot of stains. We called and voiced our complaints/concerns and they sent someone over to steam clean the couches immediately. Simple problem taken care of. Just need to let the management know! No need for ugly reviews. We will be back! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

All in all we had a great time. I called a head of time about the reviews I read about the cleaning of the condo. It was clean but the furniture was dirty and needs a deep clean. I will be sending pictures about something I'm really upset about. The hot tube in the main front bedroom was missing the cover to the part of the tub that sucks in water catching my daughter's buttocks in and hurting her and bruising her. She is terrified of the tubs now. Like I said all in all it was a good trip but they need to deep clean the unit and fix a few things because my daughter could have been hurt way way worse.

4 Bedrooms,Plenty of room, nice furniture, Dishwasher had a broken sprayer in the top. TV's were very complicated to work. Someone, several times, breached security in the building by scotching the door open to the stairs in the parking lot. I closed the door and threw the wedge in the garbage. We we first checked in we couldn't get the door to lock from the outside. I had to call the emergency number to learn the locking procedure.

Recently rented a 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Condo layout was amazing! However, parking was unacceptable. Had to pay to park in a public lot @ $12.00 per day & this was not prime season! With a condo this large you need at least 3 parking passes. When I called to request an additional pass(lots of spaces vacant the entire stay), my call was not returned. Not enough hand towels or dish towels for a long stay(1 kitchen towel, 1 hand towel per bath.

Room was great! Mattress in 2nd Master has seen it&#x2019;s better days so I&#x2019;m hoping it&#x2019;s changed before next year. Don&#x2019;t let the 1st floor room fool you. The view is terrific and you&#x2019;re right on the beach! First floor is actually above parking underneath so you are actually elevated still. No wait times for elevator. Door lock on 2nd master didn&#x2019;t work either so that&#x2019;s one more thing that really needs fixed. The room overall was hard to beat. This is the second stay in this room and first stay in 2nd master. Hopefully the minor details will be corrected. The kitchen fully stocked. Check in time was 4pm and the cleaning crew walked out right at 4pm so don&#x2019;t expect to be able to get in too early. Overall we love the marisol and it&#x2019;s location to everything.

Perfect for our multi-gneration family stay. This unit was a perfect location, easy to take the stairs if needed, parking was explained very well. The rooms and unit layout were both perfect for our family's needs. It is also in a great location within PCB. The beach was not over crowded. It was in need of a deeper clean and some minor maintenance repairs. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous place, both the beach and the condo. It was fantastic for our family reunion. Plenty of space with the required utensils so we could cook meals in the condo. Walmart is close so you can easily get supplies. With it being right on the beach, you can spend a lot or a little time without a big hassle. Just make sure you double check where you park-towing really happens. Would return!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Marisol #105! The rooms were very spacious, and the ocean front view was breathtaking. Sunsets that would take your breath away! The kitchen was very well stocked to cook for 11 easily. We loved the lock out bedroom that had 1 of 2 jacuzzi tubs in the unit. 3 king beds, 1 queen bed with twin bunk beds in that room. Hugs laundry room as well. Truly one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.

We couldn&#x2019;t have asked for a better condo that meet our needs. Perfect bedroom size and it accommodated out multi-generation family. The first floor had a perfect view of the beach and just a short walk if you wanted to enjoy the beach in person. The location of the condo was also nice as the location was not quite so full of tourist, just a short drive got you wherever you wanted to go. The only negative comment I would have would be the housekeeping. The kitchen was nasty and we had to clean the whole fridge before we could use it, food under the kitchen table, dishwasher full of dishes and two of the tubs also had to be cleaned. Again, this has zero reflection on the condo itself, but clearly a housekeeping fail.

Emerald Coast was the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with. Never could talk to the same person. One would tell you one thing and promise to call you back and never hear from them. Horrible experience and unorganized. Owners need to change rental companies. Condo was great. Clean , roomy , great location. Only complaint was too many gates to put in code to get to beach. If your hands were full, it would be hard to put in three different door codes , but room was great.

The location of the condo is great and right on the beach. However, there was no internet and only 1 TV worked. The mattresses were uncomfortable but overall a decent place to stay. Very roomy snd spacious. Could use some updating with decor.

The condo was great first floor Not a lot of traffic or noise , clean , plenty of room for the family . With COVID rampant we cooked in most night and plenty of room for that . Beach access great , pool was also very nice

Was a little concerned about being in first floor because I wouldn&#x2019;t have a view but I was so wrong. 1st floor is actually better view of beach and the ocean than the penthouse we stayed in a few years ago in the same building! Pretty clean too! Could have used a few more towels and washcloths but we bought some wash clothes and did a load of towels daily. Still would give this 5 stars! Awesome vacation and we hope to book again next year if we aren&#x2019;t in a civil war.. lol.

Overall the room was good. There was a few issues that need to be addressed. <br/>The biggest is the washing machine. It's broken to the point that it can't be used. It appeared to me that whatever holds the drum is broken. It worked fine until the spin cycle, then it sounded like the machine was coming through the wall. <br/>The couch has some stains on it and was very uncomfortable. <br/>The shower in the master bath has black stains on the caulking in the corners.<br/>We never got any of the TVs to work properly. We finally got 1 on a music channel and left it there the whole time. I think it was more of a remote or cable box issue rather than the TVs. We didn't go to the beach to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal.<br/>The last thing is the parking spot on the beach side. Great location right in front, but it has a fire hydrant in the front of it that takes up 4 or 5 feet of the spot. No problem for a smaller car, but we were in a Yukon XL and it felt like were sticking out blocking the lot for others. We never got hit, so I guess it was okay.

The property was in a great location,well kept,roomy and lovely accommodations, quiet,near the gulf and we loved it. Would definitely stay there again.
