***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This first floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed as well.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

We had the best stay. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was very nice, loved the smallness of the whole building. Beds were very comfy. Nicely decorated! The condo was clean. New batteries and light bulbs would have been useful. Also, instructions on how to operate the TV's would be nice. The 3rd TV did not work at all. If you plan to sit on the balcony, bring your own patio cushions,we used the cushions and pillows from inside the condo to sit on. Not the perfect solution, but it was workable. Also, the owners do not allow for the tenants to occupy the 2 lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach for your use. Asked about this to the beach guys and they said NO, the owners do not include this with the rental. What!!! We talked to others that were sitting in them and how they got them and it was included in the rental. They did have 3 beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for our use. If the chairs had not been rusted and broken, the umbrella was broken also, it would have been nice. Added expenses all the way around. In the long run, I would definitely rent this condo again, only for the location and being on the 1st floor.

Convenient to everything on Front Beach Road. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. <br/>The view was Great !<br/>If your going for the pool, I wasn&#x2019;t impressed as I knew I wouldn&#x2019;t be prior to arrival. But when I go to the Beach, my focus is to stay on the Beach and not at the pool. The pool is often shaded most of the day, which might be great for small children your trying to keep mainly out of the sun. <br/><br/>

It was a great week. Clean. Easy to walk down stairs or take elevator. Never a wait. Lots of gate codes is one inconvenience, and the master bed was hard as a sheet of wood. But overall a great place. Bring a mattress topper.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo! The rooms and bathrooms were even more beautiful in person. I did not want to leave the shower!! We never had to wait on the elevator and we really enjoyed the reserved parking. We never had to worry if we would be able to find a spot when arriving back on property. The beach in front of Marisol was not crowded at all and the atmosphere was very family friendly. The only negative to the stay was the pool- the pool is completely shaded and gets very little to no sunlight throughout the whole day. The water stayed freezing and the shade just made it colder. All in all, we had a great time and would absolutely reserve this condo again in the future!

This condo is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It has many nice upgrades, and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The showers were great. I didn&#x2019;t see the fireplace in the photos, but it was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed it on many of the chilly January evenings and on rainy days. Small touches such as the games, puzzles and newer books on the bookshelf and blankets in the basket by the fireplace were appreciated. We have stayed at several different condos in Panama City Beach over the last few years, and this oc ranks right at the top! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

The unit is beautifully decorated with a relaxing, light and airy beachy feel. It is so convenient to the beach, an easy walk down the stairs to the pool and beach entry. The master bathroom is spa-like and both showers are wonderful - great upgrade for vacationers! All the TVs worked. Marisol is located in a good area of PCB, close to stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. On the downside, the &#x201C;well equipped&#x201D; kitchen is in dire need of better pots and pans -they are inexpensive and worn. We had to purchase a new saute pan for our meals. The floors and carpet were sandy and dirty - had to be swept first thing. Coffee grounds were still in the maker and the dishwasher smelled bad - had to clean both with vinegar before using. The balcony door does not lock. The air conditioner closet is filthy and the filter was packed with dust.

Condo was well kept, clean and roomy. Pics do not do not do it justice. The building is quaint and the property manager was awesome. My only recommendation would be to update the cookware. Other than that we had a great stay!! Thank you so much!

We had a great time here with friends! There were a few issues but were taken care of. I will say bring extra plates and silverware if you plan to cook while there and have a full condo. Also bring paper products and dish soap as there was only 1 dishwasher pod there and we cooked almost every night. Overall great stay!

We enjoy the area, and have made local friends. We are pretty quiet folks and find that Marisol is populated with like minded people in January and February. We would definitely work with Emerald Coast again.

The condo was very clean and spacious for our family group. It felt homelike. There was never an issue with the internet. Kitchen was supplies and utensils were more than adequate for us. There were board games provided for family time. <br/>Plenty of clean towels. The view was great. There were some issues. <br/> The balcony furniture cushions could use a good wash. We discovered on our last night that our balcony door did not lock. Luckily it was my 11 year old who discovered it and not my 4 year old. <br/> The pool was cold and there really wasn't anyone on site to help with immediate issues......like the little boy on like the sixth floor kept throwing things down onto the pool deck. Blankets and such weren't that bad but the metal firetruck could have done some damage. We did enjoy our stay and would probably stay again.

Condo was excellent!!Just a small complaint, the wifi was out alot and had NO service on our phones,not sure if it was from the road crew working out side or what.Over all stay was awesome.,just wish the weather had been better.

Great location, great property. Had a group of ten and had a ton of space, property was clean, location was amazing, and the view was out of this world. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The property was everything we needed.

Our experience was incredible! A group of teammates and I decided to head to Panama City Beach for our spring break and enjoy a week away from school and our sport. We were so excited for a week of relaxation and that is exactly what this experience was for us. The condo is right on the water with super easy access to the beach, within walking distance to many restaurants, was very clean and well stocked for us when we arrived (they did warn us to bring more bath towels and I would agree!) and the entire complex was well kept. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The only complaint had nothing to do with the condo or the owner. They are working on the road in front of condo and getting in and out was a bit a tough at times - but we had an amazing time! I would definatly rent this condo again.

This is a great unit. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, plenty of really soft towels. Mattress could use updating and the floors were not cleaned before our arrival. Other than that it was very clean. Their is no DVD player, iron or ironing board. They are widening the road so parking is bad. My daughter had back surgery on monday before our stay on Thurs but we came anyway rather than loose our money. Our parking was across the street and the only 2 handicap spots were used by people with parking under the condo. On Thurs I checked to see if there was ice before picking up some groceries and there was, by the time we ate and got back with the groceries the ice was melting. Repair man came the next day but refrigerator never got cold. We had to put the milk in the freezer then back into the frig every couple hours. The management company was quick to respond when I called Friday morning. They were closed on Thurs. Overall it's a great condo, once they finish the road and get parking but they need more handicap spots.
