13th Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 9 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort.
Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

We really enjoyed our trip to PCB. The condo was very modernly decorated and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teens. The large bathroom was amazing when we tried to all get ready at the same time. The security made us all have peace of mind. There is always someone on hand watching and making sure things are good. <br/> Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Very comfortable, good location. Needs a few more kitchen utensils like regular spoons and serving utensils. Curtains need to be replaced with something else, they drag on the floor and wont open fully. Management company is very helpful.

Pros/ We always stay at majestic beach resort, it&#x2019;s one of the best places! Low wait times on elevators, great amenities, good location to get where-ever you&#x2019;re going in Panama, plenty of pools and hot tubs to accommodate everyone! <br/>Cons/ The condo needs some maintenance, front door coming off of the hinges, mold or mildew in the showers. Also the lamp shades looked cracked or broke. <br/> Cleanliness, main areas were clean but the balcony was covered in bird poop and lots of sand, something spilt all down the wall in the master bedroom, dead bug smashed on the wall, curtains in living room and master bedroom drag the ground so the bottoms were very dirty. Under the beds looked like they haven&#x2019;t been cleaned in a while, I dropped my phone under it and had to wash it off. <br/>All in all we had a great time and didn&#x2019;t let any of this bother us but I do think there&#x2019;s some things that could be addressed to make the experience even better!

Really nice condo, beautiful decor, could use some essential utensils added in the kitchen like a spatula. The couch is sooo comfortable! Only downfall is the condo is very narrow but they made the best of the space. Would really know where the couch came from because I want one just like it! Also security was extremely annoying this time about the bracelets seeing me get off the elevator and immediately asking for it when clearly I was staying there. Also the drink rule having to be 6ft from the pool spend all that money on a drink and you have to get out of the pool every time to drink it is a waste.

Location was great, check in and check out was so smooth, owner of unit was very accommodating when we had an issue arise before our trip, unit was clean but could have used a little more attention to make unit very clean. the layout of the unit was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pots/pans, service pieces, etc. Primary bedroom, closet and bathroom were huge.

this is a beautiful condo! extremely well stocked in the kitchen-furniture was comfortable, balcony view was gorgeous! It is a bit of a walk from parking to the room, but the luggage racks make it easier and the cross tunnel was nice and cool! Close walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc-UBER was great and on time! If you have a larger party, bring or request additional bath towels as there were 4 total sets-plenty for our party though! Property management was excellent to work with and answered all questions in a quick timely manner.Trash removal was also close by just outside the door and a few steps away which was really nice-no lugging trash!

We have been going to PCB for 4 years now, each time trying a different property, hoping to find the &#x201C;perfect&#x201D; place. We were able to easily make reservations, get into our condo and checking out was no problem. <br/>Majestic Towers property itself was always clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The heated pool wasn&#x2019;t as heated as we were hoping, but it was fine. As for our condo itself, it looks beautiful when you walk in, but for being &#x201C;newly renovated&#x201D;, there were a number of things that we feel could have been better for the amount of money we paid. There were a few dirty dishes in the cupboards, stuff stuck on the island, something sticky and full of hair at the front base of the refrigerator, and the couch was pretty stained and full of sand. While these were things we pretty easily dealt with, our biggest issue was we were eating dinner Christmas night, when all of a sudden another family unlocked our condo door and started to walk in!! We immediately called the &#x201C;emergency&#x201D; number and were told someone would get back to us with a solution. THREE HOURS LATER, and three phone conversations later with a rude customer service person, we were finally given a new code for our door. Someone with the rental company gave the wrong condo information to the family, booking them in our condo. It was very unnerving having someone walk in on you when you&#x2019;re supposed to be in a secure room. <br/>The location of the condo and the view were absolutely amazing!!!

My family had the most amazing vacation at this condo! So beautiful, plenty of room, very clean, everything we could possibly expect or want. Felt like home away from home.
