Beautiful 8th floor condo at the Majestic Beach Towers in Panama City Beach. This unit is newly renovated with new furniture and stainless steel appliances. This end unit offers unbeaten wrap around views of PCB. With 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, a twin size bunkbed and sleeper sofa in the living room this unit can sleep 12!

-The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the private balcony.

-The second Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony.

-The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds.

-The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen tv.

-The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is an end unit on the 8th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB!

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

It was great, great view. The middle toilet leaked the entire time we were there. I got water heater stopped working on Wednesday but the maintenance people were pretty prompt in fixing it. Everything else was satisfactory.

Great resort! Room could use some upgrades...

We took four generations of family for a fall beach getaway. I've stayed in many resorts in PCB (3 different ones this year), and Majestic was impressive. The parking deck is spacious, and we had no trouble navigating our 4-door truck. The room, itself, is not very well-equipped. The kitchen cookware, for lack of better word, was yuck. I'm also very relieved that I took my own Keurig. The master bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky, and the furniture is not all as pictured. It looks as though it may have been staged for pics. The layout of the condo is good, and it is a good size; however, the laundry is disappointing. One bedroom had no power the first night we were there, but maintenance came a couple hours after I called. There was no working hair dryer in the condo, and my email to the rental agency was unanswered. These were the only negatives. Overall, I loved the resort, especially in the "off" season. I'm sure traffic in that area would be impossible in the summer. With some TLC and some personalization, this condo could be exceptional. As is, it's pretty good.

Check in times need to be staggered. It's a total nightmare and takes at least an hour and a half just to get into your room, mainly trying to get an elevator or spot to unload. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. We have been staying in PCB for the last 38 years and this location is in the top 2. We were skeptical at first but once you are there a day or so it's very, very convenient to everything no matter which direction you go. I would give this place a 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Overall, we had a great time.<br/><br/>Con:<br/>There were very few day-to-day provisions provided. There was one roll of paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no tissues, and no trash bags. In the kitchen there was no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil and no coffee filters.<br/><br/>Pros:<br/>The owner was quick to answer questions prior to the stay.<br/><br/>The condo was as described and very clean.<br/><br/>We had a couple of maintenance issues but the issues were taken care of the same day.<br/><br/>The balcony is large with a fantastic view of the ocean. The large table on the balcony provided a great place for meals and playing games.<br/><br/>The air conditioner worked very well.<br/>

Great view and location. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. <br/><br/>Cons: the dryer stained some of our clothing and swim suits with something black. The toilets were slowly running but it didn&#x2019;t bother us. The dish washer was tricky to operate. The hair dryer did not work so bring your own!!<br/><br/>Overall would stay here again!

I&#x2019;ve stayed many times at the Majestic and this was probably the most outdated unit. It had many issues with things not working or just old but not enough to call and complain about as we didn&#x2019;t want to have to deal with people in the unit trying to fix things while on our vacation. The balcony saved the day for the lackluster unit overall. The unit has leaky toilets, no remotes for some of the tv&#x2019;s, old furniture, not great pots and pans, lights that blink, dishwasher did not get anything clean, etc.. nothing major but it needs a lot of upgrades and TLC.

Was a great time. Beautiful condo, enough room for all 12 of us to not feel crowded. Wrap around balcony was a treasure and saw spectacular views. <br/>Only problem was master bedroom toilet ran constantly. The foot of bed was wobbly.

I loved our condo, however the washer wasn't working so we had to call maintenance. They did fix it within 24 hours but it would have been nice not to worry about laundry. Maybe do a walk through or have the cleaning staff communicate with owners that something isn't working properly before renting out. I will say you defiantly have to pack towels since not too many were provided. The parking garage is a little walk. Overall I would stay again! We loved it.

My husband and I took our daughter and her three children, ages 6, 4 and 2. Majestic Tower 1 is the place to be and all the amenities are wonderful.<br/>About the condo: there was no can opener; not enough silverware for a family of 6, dishwasher didn't work, trash, debris and sand under the beds; some of the cabinets and chests of drawers had knobs that would fall off; there were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker from previous guests.<br/><br/>We had difficulty getting gym passes but the leasing company got them to us asap. The movie theater didn't show movies that week.

The pictures give an accurate view of the unit. Its very spacious and the panormac view is awesome. Some of the fastest elevators I've been on and during the week of Thanksgiving there was no waiting. You'll get your steps in with car parked across the street and your at the end of the building but good exercise, the view is worth it. Owner has a front loading washer with stacked dryer thats top of the line, but if previous occupants didn't leave the door of washer open you'll need to get something to run through it. we did and worked fine. There are two charcoal grills at Majestic at the right side of parking lot that are excellent and the lighted grilling area is well maintained. One review complained about slow sink drains, not an issue I fixed that. Our bed was very comfortable and had no complaints from my boys and their wives about theirs, bring my own pillows so no issue there. Kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking utensils, however I always bring my own omelet pan and tongs for grill. If there was one thing, it would be a little more seating in the living area, but then that would infringe on the openness that it has. Table was large for every one to share meals and play games on. Emerald Coast Destinations were very accommodating and communication with them was always friendly. Over all would book again if I were to bring my family down next fall.

The view was amazing from the 21st floor. Elevators were not an issue for our crew of 7 adults though our visit was no longer tied to a school calendar. The unit is spacious and photos are perfectly accurate. I had been concerned with previous reviews about limited towels and kitchen necessities which have clearly been addressed. There were plenty of towels, Pots/pans, utensils, Dishware and Silverware. I loved the light airy and spacious accommodations for our trip.

Three beautiful spacious bedrooms, each with a TV plus a bunk bedroom for the little ones with its own TV as well served our family well over the Thanksgiving holiday. We Loved the balcony and its view. The weather the entire week was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it everyday, preferring to stay in. We received all the information we needed from the owners promptly as soon as we paid the balance due after the deposit. Due to Covid, we were instructed to bring our own blankets for the beds, which we did, but discovered they were already there for all the beds except the bunk room. We were prepared, so this was not an issue. It was awesome to have the full size washer and dryer. We used those every day. Since we cooked in, the dishwasher was a real plus as well. And...the coffee maker! Couldn&#x2019;t have been happier. Awesome to enjoy coffee on the Balcony each morning.

It was very nice and accommodated nearly our who family - excluding grandchildren! It could have been a bit cleaner- just minor things like lamp shades real dusty, one bathroom had a little mold but nothing really bad. Even with the hurricane and tornadoes, we enjoyed it. It was exciting to see the turbulent ocean from the 21st floor!

We loved the location and the condo was perfect! The views are beautiful! The property condition is great and very clean. The management company was our only complaint. They changed the door code to the condo without notification which caused us to get lockout. After several phone calls with voice messages and inbox messages through the VBRO app went unanswered we went to Security. They were very helpful. 3 days later I received a message from the property management asking if we solved our problem!!

stay was great called for bed repair and was very fast in getting some out to fix and bring out fans too ceiling fan wasn't working. however the floor was dirty and had sand on them and two in our party got sick wasn't sure if it was from the room or not. great views down stairs front desk wasn't really help full at all .<br/>security lady Tressa was very help full in helping with parking pass she was the best.
