Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic.

This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a spacious KING size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 queen size bunk beds and a flatscreen TV.

The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sleeper.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. Come join us at Majestic 503 and have the vacation of a lifetime!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 4% convenience fee when using a card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

So far it was one of the best condos we have stayed in since we have been coming to PCB. It was clean, well kept and beautifully decorated! The only issue I had was the master bedroom mattress was terrible! It felt like I was rolling off a mountain because it had a huge hump in the middle and dipped way down on the sides. The only other issue we had was the parking cost that we didn’t know we were going to have to pay until we arrived! I don’t think that had anything to do with the condo itself but I was not happy about that. It was $42 per vehicle and I ended up having to pay an additional $125 just to park my vehicles. But overall we had a great time!!!

We have been going to PCB for the last 25 years and this is the best unit and management company we have used! Easy to work with, and this unit has everything we need. We will stay here from now on.

This unit was absolutely beautiful! I gave cleanliness three stars, simply because some dishes were not clean and kitchen drawers had crumbs and food stains inside. One thing I didn't care for was the refrigerator smelled like bleach when we got there; not sure if it had just been cleaned, or what that was about. There were no pot holders, and only two kitchen towels, which is an issue when cooking.<br/>There was also dirt and crumbs under the chair in the living room - nothing that a GOOD cleaning couldn't fix. The bedroom closet to the entryway was super hot. Luckily my daughter just slept on one of the (AMAZING) bunk beds - so cool!<br/>The unit was beautiful and very spacious! Being a family of five and having multiple sleeping options, we would stay again... and just bring more towels and pot holders. Ha!

The condo was nice and spacious. We loved the huge balcony. Decorated nicely. The living room and balcony furniture were new. Beds were comfy. Great location. Pools were nice. We loved the condo. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo was not up to par. It could really use a good cleaning. I would definitely stay here again but only if they were to do a good deep clean. Overall a very good njoyable vacation!

We loved this condo! We visit Panama 1 to 2 times a year and this is by far my favorite we have stayed in. The only issue I had would have been the cleanliness. It could have been cleaned better since we paid a good bit for the housekeeping.

The condo was very nicely decorated and an amazing size with a beautiful and large balcony! We enjoyed having all the pools to choose from and the short distance to the beach. Upon arrival there were a few issues. I pulled open the curtains in the back bedroom and the rod and curtains fell right off the wall. It was very heavy and completely unexpected. I also went to use the bathroom in that bedroom and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. There were also some area of the condo that were not cleaned very well. My mother found nail trimmings on a table in the master bedroom, which is pretty gross. We went to sit on the balcony and my mother put a tiny bit of weight on a chair, and it completely broke under her. I emailed multiple addresses and times with this concern and with a picture showing the damaged chair with absolutely no reply. There was conflicting information on whether or not beach service was included with our condo. Communication with the renting company was my biggest issue, but the other issues also need to be addressed.

The condo was very nice. Decorated very nicely. Everything was in working order. Condo was very clean.<br/>I was surprised that only one bedroom had a closet. The middle bedroom had what appeared to be a closet, but there wasn't a bar to hang clothes. <br/>We had a great time! I would love to stay in this condo again!

Unit 409 Tower 2 is amazing. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen has every thing you could think of to cook any meal. The couch fits six or seven comfortably and the dining room table is HUGE and a great place to play games after a long day a the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We were having some issues with the dryer but the condo was amazing! We reported it and they sent repair team to fix.<br/>The information on the refrigerator said we would have a voucher for 2 chairs at the beach but Zack at the rental hutch said no we paid about $178 for 5 days. We didn&#x2019;t have the parking pass as noted in the email but went to the rental office where Sib called and got it worked out for us.
