Description

Third floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It can sleep 9 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large flat screen tv. It has a en suite bathroom with walk in shower and garden jazuzzi tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. This room can sleep 5 people.

The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The living room has pull out couch and a spectacular ocean view with private balcony.

****IT DOES HAVE A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER****

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in.

The towels, sheets, countertops, and toilets were cleaned but the couch was greasy (sunscreen I'm sure), the baseboards were dirty, and doors were sticky, the floors were sandy (hard to combat that at the beach), there was mold in the bathroom, the blinds and windowsills were dirty and right by the bed. The master was spacious but the second bedroom was very cramped. The view was amazing and it was very nice to be on the third floor.

Had a great time. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. Refrigerator leaking water. Other than that we had a great time. Loved the balcony. Pools were real nice.

My family had a great time. The condo was as pictured I loved being on the 3rd floor. The pools were wonderful my granddaughter loved the big hot tub she could touch! Would definitely stay here again

This was a really good condo. I will start with the positives. The condo location is 5 star ***** the 3rd floor is the BEST floor at majestic. Its the floor you cross from the parking garage to the towers. NO elevators used.We used the stairs to go to the beach all week. The condo was clean. <br/> There are some things that could be improved minor stuff like drawers and cabinets need tlc. The living / dining room furniture could be better. The kitchen utensils were sparse. Waiting for an elevator at majestic is torture there are just too many floors and too many units. But majestic is still worth the trouble (We have stayed there atleast 10 times over the years 3 rd floor a few years.) Overall I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on the beach at panama city beach.

Beautiful views. Wonderful condo facilities. The condo itself could use a deep cleaning. Update cushions on the 2 chairs. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep. Management company ECDI were great. Brought me a new coffee maker when the one in the room died.Overall great week.(The condo was nice, but could be updated a little. Good for the price)

Overall it was a good trip and we enjoyed it a lot. The view from the balcony is perfect. We loved the layout with the kitchen open to the main room and balcony and lots of counter and cabinet space. The building was in great shape. This specific unit needs a few upgrades though. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan did not work. The furniture was not very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was awesome, but the hot water runs out while the water level was still very low (below the jets). Some other little things like no pot holders, and some of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work.

The condo was great. It was just as described. It was clean and the property was a great location. There could have been more seating in the living area but was not a big problem. We were just a short walk to the beach and we loved the view from our room. It was nice to see the security out walking checking everything. Thanks for a relaxing time! We will be back!

Gonna be honest, I was totally worried due to the reviews on the property because all that I had seen was mostly negative reviews. We arrived at the property and I was so concerned that I volunteered to go check our condo out before the family came up to the room. I was completely expecting to have to throw the Broker card into play with that being my profession and have issues. However, as soon as I walked in, the room smelled of cleaning products and I walked through and was very satisfied. Does the room need some fresh paint and maybe some updates? Of course, but it was nothing to ruin my week with my family! We had a great time. The Majestic does have some great amenities and it is a little too crowded for our liking. The location is convenient to driving to good eats and shopping.
