Description

This condo comes with 2 frees sets of beach chairs from beach services. This is a $500 value during the season!

The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!
Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's. Free Wifi available in room!

The dining table seats 8, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

We have conveniently provided you with two sets of free beach chairs (4 chairs), usually which cost to rent!

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities throughout the peak season March 01- October 01.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

One of the most memorable family vacations we've had (mom and I aren't getting any younger). The room was nice, clean and plenty big enough for our family. The owner/manager was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for many years and will continue to do so.

Long beach resort was great. Beautiful views, easy beach access, nice staff, fast elevators, nice pools. The room itself met our expectations and worked well for us. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. It could have been cleaner, floors were pretty dirty. Only minor things like no pillow cases for the extra pillows for the pull out bed and one lamp was missing a light bulb. Overall we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again .

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven don’t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

We had a great time. We were there during spring break, so there was a little commotion down the beach from us, but the PCB police did not let anything get out of hand, and contained the kids in an area away from the Long Beach resort. The unit was very nice, as represented by the listing and the pictures, we were all happy .

This condo has the greatest layout. It has been updated a little from the original condo back in early 2000. Took out part of the kitchen wall and added nice counter tops. Master bathroom shower/toilet room has been updated nicely. I&#x2019;m not sure what else. Toilet lids could be replaced in at least the master bath not sure why they would not have been fixed sometime ago. Very inexpensive to replace with new. The big sliding door and the windows all need the inside areas deep cleaned. There is dirt dust hair and other things in them. Coffee pot worked great. Has a regular coffee with K Cup built in and a separate k Cup. <br/>The toilet paper supplied at arrival you could actually see through. Not sure where the cost savings comes in when you use 6 foot of paper every time. <br/>The dinner table or dining table is old and could be replaced. The garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen need a deep cleaning inside. I would not have left this information had I not received this email requesting and saying that you want to know. This condo is perfect for larger families, extra friends that may come or parents. Layout is perfect. We live this condo just needs some very minor updates and a littleTLC. <br/>You asked for it so please do not take offense.

We enjoyed our stay here. The resort and surrounding area is safe and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The resort is gated with security staff and the beach access is key coded. The view is terrific; right on the beach. The condo is as pictured; no surprises. Plenty of kitchen items and beds are comfortable. The management team was quickly responsive to our needs. They were easily reached by text or phone. Suggested areas for improvement: deep cleaning of the unit and more comfortable couches. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and the stay and are already booked for this unit next year.

Plenty of space. Huge rooms. Great location. Gorgeous views. The only downside was the place could use a good deep cleaning but it was fairly clean. The freezer smelled like fish but went away after we cleaned it with Clorox. Would definitely come back.

The property and the condo was beautiful. The 2 queen beds were uncomfortable. I loved that it was NO smoking. We are NOT smokers. The balcony was comfortable. One guard at the gate gave us trouble 3 times even though I had the reservation paper work upon arrival and went up and put the tags in the 2 vehicles once we got there. We followed all the rules. He made us feel like we didn&#x2019;t belong there. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would also stay there again if I decide to visit Panama City Beach. Again the host was wonderful and their condo was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed, such as extra pillows and blankets if needed and also had beach floaters and extra umbrellas. And the rules were simple to follow.

Great location and plenty of room for all of us. The lockout room was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. <br/>The rental chairs were great having!!! The unit itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. Floors were filthy as we found out when our grandson was crawling around. Bought a mop and bucket to clean them ourselves. Rental agency was notified and they offered to have them come back and reclean. A few things different than the pictures showed. No table and chairs in the lockout room and there was a card table and one broken chair on that third room balcony. Two people couldn&#x2019;t sit out there together. Well really not even one person with the broken chair. Only one elevator was working. We have stayed at the complex prior and feel that it has become a little run down. We had a great weather and spent much needed time together!!

We are a group of "forever" girlfriends who now are living scattered all over the country. This was our 2nd stay at your condo, and We all agree it was perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We were celebrating my sons high school graduation. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was furnished nice. The kitchen was well equipped for all the cooking we did.

This is our 2nd stay at Long Beach. We love the property and will return for sure. The unit we stayed in this year was nice other than two things. The stove top was badly cracked and seemed unsafe. One if the bed frames kept falling and needs to be replaced. The space had ample room and plenty of sitting places. The tile floors and nice counteracts were great.

The views were just amazing in this condo. The heated pools and hottubs were great. The property was kept very clean. The condo itself could use some TLC and updating but we would stay there again.

Condo condo was beautiful and clean. There&#x2019;s plenty of room friends and family. We listen to the waves crashing every night. The restaurants in the area were delicious really had a great time! The owners were very responsive.

We got there early had to wait till after 4:00 to get in. Was everything the ad said and more. Was clean but it could always be more. But we did not notice that the lock out room did not have sheets on the bed till after 1:00 in the morning. Called sunday morning. And by early they came with brand new sheets and everything we needed. I was very pleased with everything. The dishwasher was very tricky. The lock out bed was a little uncomfortable for the guests that stayed in there. But otherwise it was a great condo. We are going to rent it again next year !

The property manager was great! She stayed in contact with us prior and during our arrival. The condo could have been cleaned a little better. There was sand all over both couches which I guess is normal for being right on the beach. But the walls were very dirty and all it would take is to take a wet washcloth to clean them. But other than that I would highly recommend this condo! It was great!

perfect location, right on the water on a less crowded beach. Pools were very nice and the grounds were well kept. This was a very nice 3Br 3Ba condo. We took 9 people and had plenty of room. Great location close to Walmart. Would stay here again. Could have used a better cleaning. Not bad, but not up to my personal standards. Spent the first hour disinfecting and wiping down counters and such.

The description was extremely accurate and was perfect for our group. 9 adults slept comfortably in the apartment and enjoyed every second. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The beach is just a few steps away from the condo and if it is too windy for a beach day, the pool is incredible as well! We have nothing but great things to say!

We had a great experience renting here. At first we did not have enough wristbands for all of our guests but this issue was resolved in a timely manner. The beach chairs were not set up under our condo when we got there but again after the first few days this issue was resolved as well. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. The resort itself is in a great location with many options of pools and hot tubs. We had a great vacation and I would recommend this place.

This place was as advertised. i did end up washing the sheets, vacuuming, and scrubbing down the bathrooms when we arrived as the unit was dirty. I did make them aware of the cleanliness and I hope the address it next time. The rooms were large and the condo is in a great location. i would come back to this same condo.
