***8th floor 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo at the Long Beach!***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful condominium featuring wall to wall ocean views from every room. Truly believe you will relax in this amazing condo and take in the spectacular views from the *** 30 foot curved balcony ***.

The living room has a NEW large 50 Inch LCD TV and a DVD player. Queen size sleeper sofa. With floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, marble floors with beautiful details, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with direct access to the balcony also. LCD TV.

Master bath room offers dual vanities and a large garden shower/tub combo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests very comfortably!

Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage and 24 hour gated security. Onside availability of beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para sailing, banana boat rides and more.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Nice condo but Unable to Sit on Balcony

My family stayed in this condo for a week. It was clean and the rooms were nice however the furniture on the balcony was very rusty and unusable. My kids who enjoy eating breakfast on the balcony were unable to do so because of the terrible condition of the furniture. I contacted the number provided and they said they would look into it but I never heard anything else. This was very disappointing for us. Also the water in the shower was very hard to regulate. Otherwise everything else was fine for our stay. I would recommend this condo if the furniture was changed out to something more safe to use.

Based on previous reviews I was worried what we would get. Was so happy when we arrived!!! View is beautiful and I would definitely book again. Everything you need is close so we walked every where. Enjoyed both the beach and pools. The rooms were clean. The shower temperature was a bit tricky but with some patience it was adjustable to get the right temperature.

The condo was perfectly cleaned when we arrived, and I’m very picky and would normally reclean when I arrived. However this place was exceptionally clean. The condo had perfect views of the gulf, check-in was smooth. The communication with the rental agency Emerald Coast was greatly appreciated and very professional as we had questions about touristy things and they were very helpful.We will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well..

Condo has superb location, and was fairly clean upon arrival. Kitchen provisions adequate. Great location, close to basic necessities shopping, and fantastic views. Previous reviews, and now mine, mention TWO main fixes that are needed. Shower cartridge needs replacing, and balcony sliding door lock broken. Shower water scalding hot or too cold. Kitchen needs wine bottle opener and shot glasses! Would return again with these fixed.

The unit has wonderful views of the beach and a wonderful balcony to relax on. The unit needs some updates and cleanup to make it a premium unit. He condo complex I think is the nicest complex on the Strip at Panama Beach. The security and gated unit is really great.The unit is a great set up but it needs new dishes and knives forks and spoons. A new faucet in the shower would be a major improvement to the unit. It takes forever to get your water to a comfortable temperature. The pots and pans and cook ware was ample. The free chairs and umbrella on the beach was a major plus. No running to the beach to get a chair. The beach was groomed and had beautiful white sand. Overall a wonderful stay and a great spot to find rest and relaxation. Three pools two heated with very nice chairs. well maintained property.

The only things I found to be any type of an issue was the hot water was difficult to regulate it was either very cold or extremely hot, and the sliding screen doors didn't work so I bought new rollers at the local hardware store and replaced them they work fine now. The resort employees were very friendly and I enjoyed the entire stay, great place and great value.
