(The Laketown Wharf does charge a $105 plus tax charge upon arrival for parking passes and arm bands)

Laketown Wharf Resort offers guests unparalleled amenities: five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, multiple restaurants, covered parking, and more. Now available on site, 810 Billiards and Bowling. Featuring 16 bowling lanes, billiard tables, sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, and an arcade. There will be a full menu, including a Mean Mugs milkshake bar. As the largest resort with some of the best values in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views, Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway!

Guests enjoy secure covered parking and a covered walkway to the building, with access to four large modern elevators. The onsite restaurants offer a variety of quick snacks, including gourmet lunches, fresh salads, buffet dinners and more. The convention center also offers year round events and entertainment for guest and owners.

Property location was great. Family vacation for 8 adults experience was good. We brought a wagon to carry supplies. You can rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. You will need to buy household items, such as extra toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags.... There were very few beach items to use at the beach. The couch was uncomfortable, master bedroom<br/>was warmer than the other rooms. We would definitely go back to this property. Worth the $$$

We scheduled this family vacation at the last minute. We were very pleased to find this condo had spacious accommodations and a beautiful view from the balcony. We plan on coming back next year.

Absolutely loved our stay. The unit was exactly as listed and accommodated our group of 10 very comfortably. We had plenty of space and loved that there was enough seats on the balcony for all of us together. Unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The complex is very large but they keep it very well maintained. Loved all the options on the property. We ate Juan Taco multiple times and also enjoyed In Cahoots and The Wharf during our stay and I definitely recommend all. We also enjoyed ice cream and fudge from the candy shop on site. Definitely recommend this unit and can&#x2019;t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious and so many accommodations. Just a few things were broken. Otherwise very nice condo we loved it and will definitely book again!

It is a great place to stay. The price was right. Plenty of room. There are quirks with all rental units and none serious to complain about. Maint team was fast and courteous. Things to improve on in my humble opinion are as follows : water heater needs upgraded to never ending hot water for a full unit of 10 people, couch. Things to rave about as follows: views, did I mention views, short walk to beach, balcony, hot tub, water pressure for shower, main bed mattress , main bedroom bathroom , glad I found this unit. See you next time.

We were able to get in to the unit an hr. or so earlier since we were in town early and the cleaning company was finished with the unit. The unit was great, clean, spacious, well stocked with amenities and utensils. Gorgeous view from the balcony. We weren't able to get connected to the units wifi during our stay but made due.

We had 7 people total and it fit all of us very comfortably and could easily fit 10. Beds were comfy, there was a beautiful view and a stocked kitchen. The location was perfect and easily accessible.

The room was very big and spacious, the porch was a great place to hangout too because you could see the ocean. The room was clean and we had a blast! Highly recommend.

This was our second year at the condo. It is spacious and comfortable, but the best part was spending time on the huge balcony overlooking the Gulf. Whether eating lunch or watching the sunset, it was wonderful. We also enjoyed the pickleball court and heated pool. We all had a great time in a terrific location.
