(The Laketown Wharf does charge a $90 plus tax charge upon arrival for parking passes and arm bands)

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean and had a good view of the light show. Close to the parking garage which was a huge plus with two toddlers! Will definitely be back again!

This unit is very spacious and easily sleeps 6-8. It's very easy to park at the garage and walk over to the unit. Elevator rides can take some time when going down and coming back up from the beach due to the many units at this facility. The facility has multiple pools which is nice and many restaurants on site and near. The unit has sufficient pots, pans and dishes to meet most cooking needs.

Very nice Condo with the lake view. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and just look over the lake and onto Thomas drive. We would stay again when we come back.

It was the best condo we have rented in PCB ! Very clean, well stocked with essentials. Great restaurants & Walmart within walking distance. The beach was amazing! Amenities at the resort were great!

The rental was fantastic. It had everything our family needed. The location was awesome. It was in the middle of all the local attractions. Over all this was one of the best vacations we have ever had hands-down. Thanks for the great memories.

We stayed at Laketown Wharf beginning of October for a week. It was a fantastic experience! Condo was clean and had all the basic amenities plus some. Light show over the lake was amazing each night. Ocean was just across the street. Local taxi to tote you around to any sites/restaurants. Pools were clean. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to stay!

Great place to stay. Three issues, one is one of the chairs was broken on the deck, two is that I haven’t received security deposit back yet. I’m unsure if it’s because of the corona virus or what. Or I would like a reason why I didn’t get the deposit back. And three is the WiFi wasn’t working and the guy came to fix it on our last day. Aside from that, amazing place so close to the beach.

Unit 0326 was exactly as advertised. It was perfectly equipped with new appliances and with abundant kitchenware. The condo was clean and very comfortable for ourselves and visiting family. The bunk beds were a bonus for our great granddaughters.<br/>The location was ideal with many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Very enjoyable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Laketwon Wharf. The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy, adequately equipped, very spacious. The beds were comfortable, the sofas were clean and comfortable. Our family of four traveled to PCB to see our son who was completing Dive School in the Air Force. He stayed with us so there were five of us in the condo and it was not cramped, it was truly a wonderful condo and felt like home.

Great place. Enjoyed the location and the view. The parking and elevators were the only headache along with the construction. Be nice to have a parking area for rental bikes and buggies instead of having to park off site.
