Reservations include this fee in the total shown when you click on view details. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles.

Beautiful 13th Floor 3 BR 3 BA 2450 sq ft luxury condo 10 foot ceilings directly ocean front on the Gulf of Mexico. The views from the balcony are amazing. The Master Suite has a King Size Bed & En-suite Bath and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The 2nd Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed & private bath, 3rd Bedroom 2 BRAND NEW Full Size Beds and adjoining bathroom. The living room has 2 pull out COMMERCIAL GRADE QUEEN SOFA SLEEPERS with 6" Mattresses that Sleep like a bed comfortably sleeps 12

NEW IMPROVEMENTS AND UPGRADES: Fresh Paint, New Refrigerator, Stove and Microwave. 3rd bedroom all New Beds, Frame Headboards and mattresses

The flooring is all tile in entryway kitchen and bathrooms and engineered hardwood flooring in all bedrooms and great room. No worries about stained carpets in this unit!

We rent to families with no cash security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation.
. State, County, and City taxes are included in the rates.

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $400 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

We had a blast in PCB. The condo was so spacious. Great kitchen and loved the balcony and hot tub. The only issue we had was the master bed was very squeaky and loud. The mattress needs to be replaced.

We loved the condo that we stayed in at the Hidden Dunes. The only problem we had with this resort was the beds. Not very comfortable and very squeeky. Every slight movement was very noisy. Other than that it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful place right on the beach! The only issue we had was the lights in the bedrooms were controlled by remotes and were somehow all connected haha so when one person turned on their bedroom light the other bedroom lights came one too &#xD83E;&#xDD26;&#xD83C;&#xDFFC;&#x200D;&#x2640;&#xFE0F;

Condo was very nice just like pictures. Only problem we had was 2 days before we left the freezer went out then the fridge. They tried to fix it but didn&#x2019;t work. We had no ice or cold drinks and lost a lot of food.

Overall things were good. Just wish things had been fixed and working properly before we got there. Hot tub wasn't working took 3 days into vacation to get it fixed, door handles to bathroom were coming off, and one of the showers couldn't be used due to knob for turning water on being broke, no sheets for pull out beds, and a lamp in one of the bedrooms had a broke switch. Socks, chargers from previous guests were found under edge of beds and was full of dust could tell hadn't been cleaned under them in awhile, coffee was spilled down front of cabinets, counter was sticky, and the jacuzzi tub in main bathroom was full of sand when turned on.

We loved the Hidden Dunes and 1304 has a lot going for it. Cleanliness however is a problem. Sand in the bed sheets, the hot tub was very dirty with coins and paper in the cloudy water. Property manager was quick to respond and these issues were quickly taken care of. However, some toilet and shower maintenance are needed. Overall my family had a great vacation..

Great location and very clean. Do be aware listing says 3 sleeper sofas, but there are only 2. Good beach front and views are very nice.

Perfect place to stay for our family! Very clean, plenty of room for all 13 of us. I can&#039;t say enough about the HUGE balcony and the view. It is perfect and breathtaking! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Panama City Beach!

Perfect amount of room for the 14 of us that stayed there. The service was very responsive when we needed more supplies like pillows and blankets. The place is very well kept for the price you pay. Completely worth booking! We all enjoyed our time and would come back again.

The property itself was big, spacious and in a great location. I would however like to share that the hot tub was not working for the entire stay, which was not communicated prior to arrival. This is an amenity that drives up the price of a property which was very disappointing. When making a reservation, a non-refundable disclaimer is very scary when booking a trip and with that kind of price tag. I had sent an email out on Monday 4/5/21 and have not heard anything back in hopes to make this right. Would I stay here again, yes, but would I call to confirm the amenities are all working before locking myself into a reservation, absolutely.

Great place. Just what we needed. Great layout and convenient. Some furniture is in need of replacing but if it were mine, I probably wouldn't replace it either. Really no complaints. Staff in office was great also.

We have stayed in unit 1304 for two months each time with great results. Very roomy with GREAT OCEAN VIEW...Nice heated pool and Jacuzzi on the personal patio is amazing. Owners and maintenance respond in a timely and professional manner. Lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance. 5 star.

We had a really good experience with our vacation! We had lots of fun. For being a pet friendly condo, it was very clean and no signs of pets anywhere. A few minor maintenance issues that were addressed, but not enough to stop us from enjoying our time! The condo is in a great location, its not a long walk to the beach! The beaches are not super crowded either. The staff at the front were very helpful and friendly! Thank you to Emerald Coast Destinations for a great experience! <br/>

Very BIG open 3 bedroom condo. Right on the water. Spent many hours sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. Wonderful! Would love to own one of these condos.

It all started as a dream, a crazy idea that was unimaginable at the moment. Who knew it would turn into this, who knew you could take 12 friends and turn it into a lifetime of memories. Beyond blessed to be able to stay at a place as beautiful as Hidden Dunes! Everyone was so welcoming, from the security officer asking about our trip and waving every morning, to the very amazing people that checked us in! The positive attitude of the staff really made things so much better! Never greeting anyone with anything less than a smile! Thank you each and every one of you for the amazing week I will cherish forever, I hope to see y&#x2019;all soon again!
