CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk Upon arrival to pay the Resort's registration fee. Instead a $50 registration fee PER CONDO must be paid to ECDI before arrival for 2 Parking Passes that will be in the condo upon arrival. Reservations include this fee in the total shown when you click on view details. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles ad trailers.

Hidden Dunes 5th floor 3 BR 3 Bath extra-large condo 10 foot ceilings private hot tub on patio is just a few steps from the Master Suite King Bed En-suite Bath, 2nd Master BRs with King Beds adjoining bath, 3rd Bedroom 2 Full Beds, private bath, Queen Size Murphy bed, Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, 2 pull out Child Size Sleeper Chairs suitable for children. This 2450 square foot condo can comfortably sleep 12.

Bring the whole family for a wonderful vacation getaway in this beautiful ocean front condo. This unit is very conveniently located close to the elevators if you have children.

This unit has a large balcony with your very own hot tub to enjoy. If the pool is heated, you are only a few steps away from a relaxing swim. If the sun and sand are what you crave then you are a few more short steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evening you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the hot tub or taking a romantic walk on the beach! You'll just wish your vacation didn't have to end SO soon.

We rent to families with no security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation.

State, County, and City taxes are included in the rates.

PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $400 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit card you provide including a 3% Convenience fee

PROS-Very large condo, beautiful quiet view, pool was great hardly no crowd. Beautiful beach, not crowded. <br/>CONS-condo could use small updates, maybe more kitchen cooking equipment, if there was a small amount of money put into the condo this would be far away the best condo my family has ever stayed in.

This property had beautiful beaches and outdoor facilities. Definitely had a quiet residential vibe in October. The condo was huge. Spacious, clean, open floor plan that had plenty of sleeping options. Plenty of towels and hot water. Beds were comfy, elevators were quick, and there are food and souvenir options within walking distance. Large balcony with private hot tub and swing was a nice touch. With that being said, it could use some TLC on the plumbing and living room furniture. Pool was frigid as it is not heated until November. Expect to bring your own toiletries, TP, dishwasher/laundry pods, beach toys/chairs. Overall, this was the most spacious condo I have ever rented, and it was reasonably priced. We would book this property again.

Great Unit and location, had everything we needed. We do have a couple of suggestions. Upgrade mattress' in the two front bedrooms. The bedroom on the left mattress very uncomfortable and one of the mattress' on the right had broken box springs.

Upon arrival at 4pm the condo was not already cleaned. The cleaners came about an hour later while we were there to clean. After that, we noticed dishes in the cabinets that were still dirty. Other than that, the place was nice and very spacious. A property manager does come to the condo to look around twice during the week.

There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 children, 7-13 yrs old) and there was so much space to sleep in and just enjoy the condo. The location was perfect! Close to everything, yet away from the extremely busy areas. Tons of really good choices for food near the condo and shopping as well! The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony when we were there and having the hot tub was a huge plus! We also enjoyed the heated pool and being right on the beach. We loved everything about staying here and would definitely stay here again! They were very accommodating!

The condo was very nice, the pictures online were very close to actual. Wonderful view and great beach access. Only complaint, we overheard a man being really rude to another guest and told the guest, 'I am on the board'. As far as other guests, it was very pleasant meeting them in passing.

My family had a wonderful vacation even with the one day of storms. We are so grateful for being able to have a beautiful place on the beach that we can bring our fur babies to. The condo was as huge as the pictures show. Everything was clean. New hot tub with easy controls on balcony was already warm for us. Communication with rental management was quick and friendly. Nice dog walk area between beach and condo(away from passing cars which can be a hindrance for some dogs trying to take car of business.) Puppy poo bags were provided along with a disposal can in the enclosure. Nice sloping boardwalk down to beach. No steps which was great! Wish we could have stayed longer.
