The Gulf Crest Condominium and Resort rests on the exclusive Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach described as 'the World's Most Beautiful Beaches' by Travel Channel. Eat, sleep or just relax on one of the largest gulf front wrap around balconies (719 square feet) on the Emerald Coasts. From your 23rd floor beach front view, watch your family play on the beach, swim in one of our two gulf front pools, two outdoor spas or kiddie pool. You get free Beach Service (in season) so you can relax in the cushioned lounge chairs with a large umbrella directly on Gulf Crest beach.

This large, open floor plan (1801 sq feet) boasts three bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a queen size sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 people. The master bedroom, living, kitchen and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through large floor to ceiling windows.

All the bedrooms feature king size beds, flat screen TVs and balcony access. The large open kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet dinners and has stainless steel Appliances, granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar. The unit has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms and hi speed internet access provided by the property. There is a large flat screen TV in the living area.

Gulf Crest Resort features two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaraunt, a gulf front fitness room, a video arcade game room, covered assigned garage parking, 3 high speed elevators and 294 feet of sugar white sandy beach.

You may never want to leave your unit, but in case you do, there is a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment just a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State Park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Condo had normal wear and tear but was a great rental option. Could use a few more towels but I'm sure that is because it is late in the season and they have gone missing.

This room is very spacious and has great views from every point of the wrap around balcony. Being on the 23rd floor isn’t for the those with the fear of heights tho. All the rooms are a good size. Which makes it easier to move around with a large family. It was stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. Each bathroom could use more bath towels and washcloths considering the size the condo accommodates. The outside grounds were well maintained, staff friendly. Parking garage was easy access and having assigned parking spaces was great. Elevators worked faster than any place I have ever stayed before. There were a few things that could have been better: the condo needs a really good deep cleaning. There was noticeable dust on the furniture and from the ceiling; especially kitchen area. The kitchen faucet sprayer leaks and squirts water in different directions. The beds ( all of them) are extremely squeaky and loud. It made for restless nights. The furniture in the master bedroom is very large and the drawers hard to pull open and close. The beds were the most annoying part but even with that it was a pleasant stay. Due to the location, the property grounds and staff, we would definitely stay at Gulf Crest again.

For the extra fees you pay especially so called cleaning fees,your room and balcony should definitely be taken care of much better...the previous guests makeshift ashtray&#x2019;s were left on the balcony and the floors were definitely dirty both small issues overall but you do pay a hefty fee for cleaning!!! Overall the room was very nice definitely recommend

WONDERFUL TIME AT PCB ! ONLY FEW DOWNSIDES WERE THE BATHROOMS WERE VERY OUTDATED AND NEEDED SHOWER HANDLES. ALL TILE FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY, MADE OUR BARE FEET BLACK AFTER VERY LITTLE WALKING ON THEM.

The property was amazing! Every outdoor entrance was gated and required a code to get in which helped us feel safer staying somewhere we had never been before. The room had the prettiest ocean view, and it was a lot more spacious than I had originally thought from looking at the pictures. It was very clean upon our arrival, and all of the staff we interacted with were very nice! We especially enjoyed the hot tubs and tiki bar by the pool :) I would definitely stay here again!

We had some issues with checking in on a Sunday. Namely no one was in the Gulf Crest office,and no one returned our phone call from emerald on Sunday.One TV out of the four worked.This unit needs a professional painting the touch up painting and wall repair was hideous to say the least. The pictures were accurate that were shown but they didn't show the poor condition of the walls and baseboards.

This condo was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pools were great and the beach chairs with umbrella were an added plus. Views from the balcony were to die for. We'll be back again next year.
