This spacious Panama City Beach beachfront vacation rental is furnished to perfection; all amenities are provided with this unit, from front door covered parking to big screen TVS. Enjoy the stereo/CD/DVD.

A set of 2 padded beach chairs and umbrella are included with this rental at no additional charge for the entire week. This is a $150 value.

About Gulf Crest

Gulf Crest Condominiums are located on the East end of Panama City Beach. This well kept condominium features tropical landscaping, assigned covered parking, three high-speed elevators, two large outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs and a kiddy pool. You’ll also find a Tiki Bar serving food and beverages, poolside wireless internet access, gazebo, two grills, fitness room, game room, direct access to beach.

The condo overall was excellent. The location perfect for us. We did have a problem with the washing machine that wasn’t really resolved. I called customer service and someone was out pretty quickly and addressed the problem; however, they did not fix it. I called back and as far as I know no one came the second time. The washer would not spin. It did not affect the fun we had but we normally pack clothes anticipating that we will wash them at least once - we were not able to do that. Minor problem and again didn’t affect our vacation.

We absolutely loved our time at gulf crest! The condo was spacious and the large balcony has a view that can’t be beat! My absolute favorite place to stay and I’ve been coming to Panama City beach for over 50 years. The location is great, the staff is friendly, the pool area is beautiful and the beach is steps away.

The views from the 22nd floor were great up and down the beach. Plenty of room, especially with the bunk beds and fold out couch. Convenient location and pool and beach areas were nice. Tiki Hut is a plus. Unit could stand a good cleaning and another coat of paint, but for the price, we found it a good value and would return.

We loved our rental! The view was amazing, the set up was great! We vacationed with our friends and I loved that both bedrooms had a king size bed that was important to us and not many rentals had that option! The kids loved the built in bunk beds! The patio was great for the kids to play games outside while listening to the ocean! Our only complaints were the rental did not have pot holders and we were cooking a few nights we were there and the master bath tub does not drain so we would shower and the water would just be standing tub high by the time we were finished and it usually wasn&#x2019;t drained out by the next day &#xD83D;&#xDE2C;

This is a very nice condo with the perfect location. However it does need a good deep cleaning. The outside of the kitchen cabinets are dirty. We also had to go purchase a broom to sweep the floors as there was NO broom in the condo and crumbs and sand were on the floors when we arrived. We did leave the broom and hope it stays there for the next renter. I have never rented a condo at the beach and there be no broom for our own use. The end tables in the living room area was not cleaned before our arrival either as we had to clean them. They still had the rings from drinks sitting on the table and sticky from either food or drinks. The couch is very comfortable but does have some rips on the top of the couch. Overall this is a very nice and roomy condo and would stay there again but does need some detail to cleaning.

We loved the overall stay and location. Great view of beach and pools. Lovely heated pool that the kids loved. The property is very dirty and needs a good deep clean. Floors were so dirty my socks turned black after a half hour of walking around. Couch is in need of major replacement it is terrible. We asked for a late checkout since we had to wait to move to our new place and was given a noon checkout. Day of departure we still woke with housekeeping knocking at 9:15 saying we weren&#x2019;t given a late checkout. Had to rush to get out by 11 after I got a call from housekeeping manager. They had no communication with each other. If this property was cleaner it would have been perfect.

Location and condo common areas are great. Condo spacious but not clean. Furniture in living room worn out and maintenance neglected. Could be a 5 star unit with a little care to details. For example, ice maker worked sporadically. Needs upgraded shower units. Condo had not been cleaned at check in. Had to wait to unload stuff as clean crew showed about 4:30. Poor clean job and owner was not concerned and management staff, offsite, was rude. There are better options for the money. If this is your last choice then grab it as we had a great time but consider others if available.

The property was dirty, I had to spend that night and the next day cleaning it. There was broken glass under the couch. The floors looked like they were never mopped. Don't know who they pay to clean it but they are not doing there job.

Very nice condo and would stay again ...a few issues with the condo including the leaky toilet in the master ..the walls by the showers were a little water damaged ..we couldn't get the dishwasher to work ..and upon inspecting under the beds there was trash etc ..the lock on the front door needs updating ..the security guards around the pool were ridiculous about drinking even a bottle of water by the pool ...however we loved this condo and will stay again!!

Our only complaint was that there wasn't any of the misc. staples that people usually leave behind for the nxt guest such as paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap dispensers, trash bags, dish detergent, coffee filters, ....etc. It was totally bare and we had to go buy everything the first day to make it a week. It lacked enough towels and pots and pans, pot holders,..... all the things we have become accustomed too when staying in a nice condo. Everything else was perfect.
