Description

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

You can access the Pools, Hot Tubs, Tiki Bar, and Beach on one of 3 high speed elevators.

Gulf Crest is an Ocean Front, Gated Resort located directly on the beach's of the Florida panhandle. The 22-story condominium features tropical landscaping, attached covered parking, with reserved parking, three high-speed elevators, two large outdoor pools (one seasonally heated), a Tiki Hut serving food and beverages (in season), two outdoor Hot Tubs, Kiddy Pool, One Gazebos, Four Charcoal Grills, a Fitness Center, Game Room, Club Room, and Direct Access to the Beach. An on-site office is staffed daily from 8:30 to 5:30 CST, and 24-hour security is provided.

This 1,800 square-foot oceanfront unit features an open floor plan with Floor to Ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light and an unobstructed view of the Beach and Ocean. As you can see in the pictures there are windows all the way around the condo with spectacular views all around you.

Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king size bed flat screen cable tv, a 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and cable tv, a third bedroom with a king size bed, and an out of the way bunk area with 2 twin size bunk beds, & a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper Bed in the living room.

Each bathroom has a tub/shower with glass enclosure, and the master bath has double sinks. All bedding and towels are provided.

Additional amenities in the unit include ceiling fans, 52 inch flat screen smart tv, High-Speed Wireless Internet, DVD player, and in-unit Laundry room with Washer & Dryer for your exclusive use.

Numerous Restaurants are within easy walking &/or driving distance. From the beach enjoy parasailing, pontoon boats, and wave runners. Golf courses are minutes away. Shopping is abundant, and a popular destination is Pier Park, a distinctive Key West-style shopping, dining, and entertainment complex for everyone.

There are bunk beds in an out of the way area behind the dining room table. They are twin size beds and are big enough to sleep grown adults, not only children.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

10/10 on this place. The condo is super nice and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and a closet full of beach accessories. It was a super quiet facility with security present at all times. We loved everything about it and hope to return again next year to this exact same condo! If I had to make one complaint it would be that the sliding door to the balcony from the living room is quiet hard to open and was a hindrance to my elderly parents.

This is a fantastic condo for a family - beautiful views - enough space. Although we didn't need them the bunk beds were well built - the best I've seen. Only draw back to unit is no third bathroom - really needs at least a half bath. Gulf Crest Condos are located just in the right spot and the people in the office and security are wonderful even if you didn't rent from them.

This was the perfect condo for our family! The condo is HUGE! The pools and beach were never crowded so it was easy to keep an eye on our kids. Great location in Panama. Also love having the designated parking!

We absolutely loved the location, quiet but close to everything we needed. Great parking for this unit and fast elevators. Security was great felt very safe. Unit was plenty big for my family of 7 I’m bringing my grandparents with me next time and sure we will still have plenty of room! The master bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable definitely could use a better mattress but overall such a really good stay!

Excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants and activities for teenagers to do. Amazing view. Plenty of room for 8 people plus friends that stopped by for dinner. Lobby and pool area were clean and the elevator was fast. My only recommendation is more mirrors in the condo. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms and it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom for when everyone is getting ready to go out.

Easy check-in and out. Everyone Friendly and Courteous. Plenty of Parking. No wait for elevators. Pool was heated. Loved the balcony and plenty of seating. Beautiful View. Very Spacious, room enough for 7 adults. Very Clean. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were Very Comfortable.Slept like a baby. Watched the Sun rise and set. Location was Perfect for Favorite Restaurants; Nick's Pizza, Finns, Dat Cajun, Shrimp Basket, Steamers Seafood. Very close to St. Andrew's State Park, one of our Favorite places.would definitely stay here again.

The staff was able to assist with a rental very last minute and we could not have been happier with the room and location. It was very clean and spacious and had great access to all amenities. The pool area was clean and well-managed, along with the beach area. We will definitely be back.

We rented this particular condo to get a full view of the ocean. Being on a corner we did have spectacular views. Overall the location was good close to the golf course we played at. This condo is very spacious. The corner units have 3 bedrooms. Sorry to see out time end here at PCB. Will definitely be back.

We&#x2019;ve stayed previously and loved it so much we wanted to stay again. The condo has recently been renovated and has all new appliances. Ecdi staff and gulf crest staff was amazing and very helpful. My favorite thing to do was sitting on the balcony.<br/>Only thing missing is more patio seating. <br/>Just like before this was a perfect fit for our family and we will be back again

Awesome family vacation spot. Location is great for families of all ages. Condo was exactly as described. My only issues were the cable in the master bedroom did not work and the drain in the master bathroom was stopped up. I called and emailed ECDI but never could get a hold of anyone. The condo could have been cleaned better too.

Enjoyed the stay. The unit was in a great location. Lots of positives and we'd stay again. But know some stuff about this... First the price was $59 a night. But after all the fees to include an outrageous cleaning fee of $175 the total for 4 nights was nearly $800. No idea why I paid a cleaning fee as I was told I'd need to empty the trash, fill the dishwasher and put the linens by the washing machine. Anyway.. broken stuff here and there in this rental.. door to deck doesn't lock, light switches broken, wicker blinds all jacked up... Property needs a refresher/updating.

Such a nice condo in a great area. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone was able to spread out and have plenty of room to relax. Couple of issues need to be addressed such as the arm chair in living room is totally peeling it's fake leather and the bamboo blinds in living room are absolutely shot as far as raising them to get the splendid view of the gulf , also the showerhead in the hall bathroom leaks excessively while showering. Otherwise we had a wonderful time in this condo.

It was good. The issues I had were we had 10 people with 4 children. The condo is allowed only 6 towels. Hand towels and wash cloths. We had to continually wash towels all day long. Another there was a very ragged chair that kept flaking everywhere. Other than that our stay was nice. Pools were great and the Tiki bar.

The staff was so friendly and professional. After 30 years of vacationing in PCB <br/>This was our first time at the GC, We were so impressed with how hard the staff worked to keep The Gulf Crest so clean. Even to the point of <br/>Using at floor cleaner to clean the isles going to<br/>your room and power washing around the pool area. We will be back to stay in your complex very soon. This condo is a great place. The balcony is amazing and offers amazing views of the gulf. The beach is a bit overcrowded (we were there on the 4th of July) as it is right next to a public beach access point. The appliances are in need of some repair. The refrigerator never really got cold and the dishwasher was a bit tempermental. Other than that, we had a great week in PCB at this condo.
