Description

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach!

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a king size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra twin size bunk bed is in the hallway

The living room has a pullout sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

wonderful location, property could use some TLC. bed in master room very uncomfortable - needs new mattress, broken tile in shower in 2nd bathroom needs repaired; currently covered w/tape, furniture on balcony needs updated/painted and needs new cushions - current ones mismatched and flat - We've stayed in much nicer rentals and paid less; also chose this unit because there was a 5th floor parking garage that should have made access to rental easier for my husband who doesn't do elevators,most often filled by guests on other floors - he walked 5 flights of stairs most of the week, could be a really nice unit w/a little TLC, through cleaning and some updates

This property was exactly as pictured. The view was absolutely amazing. We could see the pool as well so I could keep an eye on the older kids while enjoying a drink on the balcony. It is a good 3 to 4 miles from pier Park so you are on the quite side of the strip. You also cannot hear the people above or below you which is wonderful. No footsteps from above to wake you up in the early morning hours. All the staff was extremely nice. This will be our go to place for every visit to Panama city beach from now on.

We loved the condo, just beautiful. It was clean when we arrived and had no issues all week. Big plus being on the 5th floor the week of 4th of July. Loved the balcony, so much bigger than some of the balconies at Grand Panama. Definitely recommend and will be booking with ECDI next year!!

This place was great for families. Everyone has plenty of space. Everything was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the floors were dirty, not to the visible eye. We had a baby and his hands and feet were dirty after crawling on the floor.

Condo 503 at the grand Panama resort was very nice close to the elevators and parking ramp the condo itself was excellent everything you need for your stay . The view from 503 was perfect for sunsets. Close to shopping or if your looking for something to eat was close .

Nice unit. A couple things could be taken care of cosmetic wise but overall a good stay. We vacation and stay at Grand Panama 3-4 times a year and love the property as a whole. 1st time in this unit, I would stay there again.

We arrived 30 minutes after check-in and the cleaning crew was still in the unit. We waited outside and they 'finished up' and left. We are confident they skipped some cleaning in order to get out of there. There was sand all over the table and some garbage left around. We spent the 1st hour cleaning up ourselves. We didn't feel like the unit had been disinfected. The unit itself is pretty cute. It says for 6-8 persons but there was only seating for 4 in the living room. The kitchen chairs weren't comfortable enough to sit in for a long time. The sofa was very uncomfortable due to being an older pull out. There were no batteries in the LR tv remote. The large balcony was nice, but there were no light bulbs in the lights. The resort itself was pretty nice. The elevators operated faster than any resort we've ever stayed in. The beach access was also very good. The parking deck was ridiculous though. VERY small spaces and awkwardly situated. The 'Would you recommend this property to a friend' question below only allows for Yes or No. I would say Maybe.

Our rental at Grand Panama was just what we were looking for in our two week stay! The property was well maintained and everything was exactly as we anticipated! This place is absolutely stunning. The view is gorgeous, the condo is clean, perfectly located to everything, and literally steps to the ocean. We didn&#x2019;t get in until later in the evening after the office had closed, but check in was perfect and we had an issue with the balcony door locking. I messaged the owners that night and the next morning as soon as the office opened back up maintenance arrived to fix it. It&#x2019;s a very quiet and family oriented environment. The condo was perfect for our 7 guests. We are so pleased with our stay and can not wait to visit again!

Nice room. Nice view. Just couldn't get any bedding for the pull out sofa. Also we had to find a comforter in the top of another closet for the master bedroom. Parking wasn't ideal but overall it was a pretty good place to stay.

we had such a great time at Grand Panama. I was a little worried about the cleanliness of the condo because or all the reviews but it looked great to me. yes there were scuff marks on the wall and a little sand in the floor but we aren't picky... we have a pre teen and a 4 year old so we are use to it. the condo is beautiful and in a perfect location, the view of the ocean was amazing. I would like to thank Ms. Sarah for her help with the lock situation(user error lol) I really hated to call but you were so nice and helpful. I do recommend this property it is wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

We had to change accommodations last minute because of owner being displaced from Hurricane Michael but Paula was very helpful in finding my family another condo and this place did not disappoint! The room was clean and nice, grounds well kept, with great access to beach and restaurants. We had a great time and definitely will use this service again!

Overall it was a great place. Nice dcor with home feel to it. Great location on the beach and convenient to everything. The layout of the unit was good and we utilized the space well. We had 5 adults and an 18 month old. We were able to get parking without a problem with a short walk to the room. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the beach as well. We used the washer and dryer often keeping towels and beach towels washed up. Great view too. Couple of minor maintenance things - washer would only put out hot water. Think it was hooked up wrong or something. Put on cold, water hot, put on hot, water still hot. Refrigerator leaked water from freezer into refrigerator part. We turned off icemaker but still had pools of water on the shelves. Just kept wiping up. Relating to more towels being washed. Balcony area nice. Lounge chairs not very sturdy so used table with chairs. Not really a problem as we didn't spend much time on balcony. 18 month old controlled that more than the area. We would definitely stay again at this place. Well worth the cost.

Rental process was easy! Great condo! Pics showed as is! It as clean and all updated! View was perfect! Only issue was with parking! What a disaster! You drive around and around in the parking garage, only to end up parking outside, across the street.

We really had a good time while we were there. Hurricane Michael cut our vacation short. The condo was really nice, there was plenty of room for my family. The Gulf view was just amazing. The good thing was the condo was on the 5th floor which is straight across the street from the parking garage, no going up and down the elevators all the time. The condo was really clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hallway, it was right next to their parents room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to work with. I loved the deck you could go out and enjoy the gulf view. Just wish our vacation could of been longer.

We spent a week with 14 of our family staying at Grand Panama. This was our 3rd consecutive year staying here. All maintenance work was done professionally in a timely manner. However, the housekeeping came up short. Upon arriving, we had to sweep the floors and they needed mopping. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and plan to return next year.
